Excellent Way to Keep All My Policies Organized
The Insurance Agent app has been a great tool for keeping all of my insurance information in one place. I have policies with several different companies, and this app makes it incredibly easy to track everything without having to jump between multiple websites or apps. I can quickly view my policy details, stay organized, and have all of my insurance information available whenever I need it. The interface is simple and easy to use, which makes managing multiple policies much less stressful. If you have insurance with more than one company, this app is a great way to keep everything organized in one convenient place. Highly recommend!

Hard to navigate can’t find the actual policy
Pretty good!
I like the app, it has all relevant information and tools. One request is to have the app log out when you leave and be unlocked with password or Touch ID since there is personal information.
Slow
I currently use apps for many of my insurances/ policies/ health. All them you would just type in name and policy number and everything uploaded. Yours I needed to take pictures or request polices, etc etc. Not enough autofill or lack of me finding it!

The fact that I had to do three steps, one of which was establishing a username and password, only to enter and see the design of a kindergartner was highly disappointing. This can’t be the standard for agents can it?

Great seeing all my policy info!
I have policies with multiple companies. This app lets me see all policies and ID cards without having to set-up company usernames and passwords. The ID card is visible too, the 1st time I access the app. Love that!

They have the worse website to get into and the crazy way with auto pay keeps coming up with different amounts

I really like being able to access my insurance card because the one in my wallet has expired. Thanks for the APP.

Not very automatic
Downloaded the app and signed in to my agent. Went to store policies and I D cards. Looks like I have to pull the policies out of the safe and the is cards out of the cars and take photos and manually store them. Uh… my agent has that info on file. No thanks. Wasted my time downloading this.

It crashes everytime I try to select my agency. That's the first step! Didn't the developers test this app at all????? Big fail.
