Hate the changes
I have played all the previous Criminal Case games for years. Absolutely love them. This one……nope. Will probably delete it and find a different hidden object game to keep me sharp. I just don’t get the rewarding feeling that I got from the other format.
Disappearing stickers
The game is fun however my photo album is a mess,sometimes when I win a sticker piece it just disappears and then reappears which I am tired of,I just a stable album.
Not my favorite one
I perfer the other games. This is just more annoying.

As for Rocket Money keeps crashing crashing the game. Quite annoying and I keep losing out on the app. Please remove this advertising.

Loved the initial games in series. I play for storyline as well as find objects. Ten stars? 2 stars for each activity on tablet? Need to buy, buy, buy. Deleted after a couple of levels
Takes some time. ……
I’m getting used to this format. I’m glad I have a really good memory. I just make sure before I investigate a scene I have enough energy to play the whole scene in one shot. However in the end it takes watching a video to get more time because I’m playing all the other games as well. These games are fun but the only thing that is bugging me with all of the games right now is it tells me if I sign into Facebook it’ll give me “X” amount of energy. However, when I try to go on Facebook it tells me that the app is down and the developers are aware of the issue. So that is a catch 22. Otherwise I enjoy the cases and storylines. I hope another game is created as well. Enjoy them all
To Many Changes and not for the good to the Criminal Case Games
I have been playing the Criminal Case games since Pacific Bay and the 1st game came out this version has to many changes that are not positive changes. You will spend more time watching Ads than playing the game, it’s annoying. Needing two stars for every clue and 10 stars instead of 5 and all cases now timed instead of just having the one, I personally don’t care for the changes to this version.
App Error
I absolutely love this game and all the other sister games. Super fun, and originally this one was much harder and caused me issues, but I have thus figured out how to do a better job and I get excited to have a pretty difficult game included in my Criminal Case gameplay. If I could I'd give it 5 stars. For whatever reason, my game unlinked itself from my Facebook, which is frustrating because I had solved quite a few cases and quite frankly I refuse to start over. I keep trying to reconnect and it gives me an error message and says the app is not active. I cannot play the game until my progress is restored and this error has popped up for over a month. I tried to reach out through their help option and it gave me an automated response that sent me to the faqs and said that I would receive no more assistance in the matter. I am deeply disappointed that this feature is still messed up on both this game and the City Of Romance game, and that when trying to remedy this their "help" goes to nobody and nowhere. Get this fixed! And while you're fixing this issue, maybe employ an actual person to actually help those who go to the help option.

Different but still the best
It took me finishing the game to realize the changes are improvements and made the game more challenging and fun. You still can get bonuses by watching ads like more time on a level. I still couldn’t connect to facebook but that is okay. It didn’t interfere with the gameplay for me. Still think this series is the best hidden object game there is!
Inaccurate Historical Events
This game is not as good as the previous games because it costs too much money, has too many stars, is boring, and has a time limit for each crime scene. It is also fallacious in terms of historical events. Some of them don’t make sense at all.
I’m of two minds about this….
I have enjoyed Criminal Case for a long time, but this version has some changes I’m having trouble with—the timing of everything and the cost of everything needed. Since I play this game to relax, with the timing and everything adding pressure, I don’t know if I’m going to proceed.
Don’t fix what’s not broken!
I have played every earlier game in this series and loved it. Absolutely hating this new one. I can’t see a way to get a high score in any scene. The boosts are worthless. I don’t think I can continue with the series. Why did you break it????
Good storyline but…
Due to FB having an issue with this game, and was unable to connect to play on my desktop, I deleted the app on my IPad and now cannot return to level 31. I’ve played this game from the very first series. I’m about ready to quit but really want to follow until the end! Complaints: not many but why cannot we use the coins for energy?

Most boring game ever played
I have played most of the games in this series of games. I have enjoyed playing all of them except this one. I do not recommend downloading this game unless you want to be bored and I mean really, really bored.
Trouble with Rankings
For this “Criminal Case” edition, I’m struggling to get gold ranking on previous chapters. No matter how fast I finish a puzzle or whatever bonuses I use, I end up with a silver or bronze ranking. The score system must be fixed, or the rankings will be left unchanged.
Worst Criminal Case So Far
The new format makes the game unplayable. It was hard enough trying to get one star to do stuff, now we gotta get two?! It’s a shame too because the plot is really cool. You got characters from Grimsborough (pretty sure I spelled that wrong), Pacific Bay, Save The World. It’s a shame it goes to waste like this. And then PC players get the old format! How is that fair?! I barely made it past the first case due to the new play style. With the other ones, I’m almost done with the first case, or the second. The game had potential, but it gets scrapped, carelessly.
I don’t get why this is so different from the other games

End of the Line
I used to really like this game but this version is trash. 10 stars as a requirement, a timer and no previews unless you spend for it and limited boosts make this game subpar. I am pulling the plug in the first case because the developers ruined this game with this nonsense. Two thumbs down.
Ads cut out the sound
This is a great game franchise. But some ads kill the sound effects when you return to the game. It’s a bug that plagues the entire franchise. Hoping this review will turn their attention to it. Other games don’t have this issue with the same ads.
Dislike the new format
I’m giving it two stars because I do love these games, I have all of them and I play them a lot, but I HATE this new format, it’s confusing, it’s harder , and it’s just frustrating. Also, why does all of them come with ads, quite annoying, but in saying this, I love the games.

Not the original, but…..
…it’s still enjoyably playable without out shelling out tons of money. Almost all changes made have been to increase their revenue :(. On the other hand they put in work and need to eat too.
Changes Ruined Game
Always liked this game, but the changes in the new version are annoying! I don’t like being asked the question about boosters every time! Pop-up ads that have to be closed are also frustrating. You have taken a fun game and made it cumbersome!
Great, but...
The cases would get increasingly difficult. At first it was simple, but the further you go, like, say case no. 18, and you’re forced to find up to 36 items in 45 seconds. I’m really into the concept of time travel, but it made the game extremely stressful. Still, the game was engaging, and the storyline was rich.

Ok so I’ve been playing criminal case for YEARS now and I can honestly say I like this version a lot better then the other ones but my only issue with the game is the time limit they give us and not letting us get the free preview like previous games b4 this one I like the concept of getting a star after a crime scene but my only issue is the time limit and the free preview Great game and my 2nd favorite overall tbh
It doesn’t feel like a Criminal Case game
It’s so much different from all the other Criminal Case games that it doesn’t even feel like it deserves the title of having a criminal case and even does that cause it doesn’t even say criminal case when you boot up the game. It feels like if someone took criminal case, and just redid it in their image, and said that this is the new way we do this. If you want to play it, that’s your own opinion, but just play one of the other ones maybe even the original one then go play that one and decide for yourself if you still wanna continue playing it because it’s just so much different from all the other ones.

I like the changes- mostly the same as the other games, but with a little shakeup.
Not as good
Don’t bother getting in touch with the Support Staff. I have tried 3 times and never got a response. Why write get in touch with us if they have no intention of responding! This version doesn’t hold up to the previous games. It is almost impossible to get to number 1 in star ratings with this version. Playing with different characters from the game doesn’t change the points you get. I am not sure I will continue with this game. I hope the next game in the series goes back to the other version.

When I play this game it doesn’t have the same thing as the other ones because the time is short and you can’t get hints you have to pay them.

Really like this game. Not as many ch as the others but, I do like it. Only gave 4 stars because we should get all our 110 energy’s when we level up not matter how many we have banked!

Hard to get points
I gave 3 stars because I love criminal case, but this one is just too difficult, like I can’t even get close to cold crowns on the second set of crime scenes because there just isn’t enough points to be awarded. And not having helpers on your investigation, like grace, Ramirez or Jones just doesn’t make sense, because it gives you bonus points to get high scores and get gold crowns. Hopefully you can convert back to original concept and do us a favour 🤦🏻♂️
