Was playing this game and the hidden objects switched to match Objects and would not let me return to hidden objects. It froze on me Again this is the second game that this has happen to me. Can you please fix this.😡 Joan
Impossible to play on iPhone
The combination of the inventory button (no option to remain unhidden), the iPhone home button, and the bottom of the screen's use as a back button versus an actual visual back button makes this game impossible to play. I can't focus on the story or gameplay because I'm too busy trying to stay in the app when swiping, open the inventory to use an item, or avoid constantly going to the last room. Truly the worst game design I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

I see your responses from other reviews mentioning the issue and inability to move past the ambulance scene. A bit unprofessional to say to each person reporting this issue, “oh there’s no problems on our side!!”. Multiple people are having this problem with gameplay, including myself. I paid deluxe for this game and I want my money back. DO BETTER.
Little glitch
Game is fun but there’s a glitch in the ambulance. The bike pump is still there after I inflated the balloon thing and I can’t get rid of it to move on. Please help
Still has glitches
It’s 2024 and the ambulance issue is still not fixed. I cannot progress in this game and I barely got started. I love these games but this was nothing but a waste of money. It worked until I paid for it. Then I couldn’t play past the ambulance. It also kicked me out a couple times at the beginning. Please fix this game!
Frustrated
I’ve got to the hall, used the magnet but didn’t receive the valve for the fountain. Can’t go any further without this. Was enjoying it up till then! Sort it please! Don’t want to start all over again in case the same thing happens again. Annoyed is not the word!!!!!!
THE BEST
This game was BY FAR the best game from Domini that I’ve ever played, and I think I’ve played them all. I’m not only saying that because it’s free. It’s delightfully long, the storyline doesn’t get complicated, weird, or hard to follow, all the mini games were refreshingly unique, not too difficult, but not boringly easy. All in all this was such a great game. I loved every moment of playing it and I can’t wait for a new release.
Not fixed!
I see reviews from years ago, saying you can’t get past the ambulance and it’s still true now. The fact that they have never corrected that in years is deplorable. And keep the game online for people to purchase! Refund

I bought the game and have the same issues that people were having 3 years ago! The ambulance and the taxi scenes. Now I am stuck.
Some what confusing at times
It was more of a guessing game for me to figure what comes next, even with the tutorials. But I did enjoy the surprise of things when they turned out. A few things that were suppose to work (like the rubber glove on the broken electrical wires) didn’t work after many tries. And I knew it was the correct answer. It only worked after coming back the next day and it was the first thing I tried with the help of the hint button.....the both items had glowing circles around them and were easily moved together asI knew they should be. I am new to this kind of game, so maybe I just don’t know the secrets to finding things out.....but I sure am enjoying it. I expect in the near future, they will ask for a real $$$ payment to continue the game. That is when I will delete the app and find another. I only play FREE games and never use real currency on any game.
HOP in ambulance not working
Cannot get the dish. Reset 3 times. Bombs every time. Lost my money on this one
Stuck
I was enjoying this until I paid. Now I am stuck. Completed HOP in ambulance but can’t pick up the earned item. It is also really sensitive towards the bottom of screen and takes you out of the HOP. Not the end of the world. Please fix so I can enjoy the rest of it....or refund, please.

Great game! I loved the story line. Side note: I do want to say I am disappointed with the remaster games the company is putting out. It is like you are running out of ideas. There is no real change to the game and it tries to recharge if you bought the original. Smh. Stop remastering games and just produce new games like this. I have been a customer with you for over 6 yrs when you were with Big Fish. No more remaster please.
Glitch at the mortuary
I could not continue the game at the HOP in the ambulance. The basin cannot be picked up at the end.

I like all the games and the way they are set up but I wish the full version of the games could be for free and not just part of it because in my opinion what’s the point of even posting the game if you have to end up paying to play the rest?

Can’t get past Ambulance! Don’t buy this game
I have played lots of these games, and many by Domini but this one will absolutely not get past the Hidden object game in the ambulance. I paid almost $9 for this game. Ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem with a game before.
Oops
When you get to the ambulance, pick up the leftmost scissor first. If you pick up the right one, the game will crash and you’ll have to delete the game then start over. Now, let’s see if I can get through the rest of the game with no further crashes.
Subliminal massages are offensive
Please, stick to neutral themes. There is no need to brainwash people with your sexual preferences or at least have the curtesy to let the customers know so that we decided whether to buy the game or not. I had to delete the game before finishing it.
Can’t finish
I was really enjoying this game until I needed the joystick. I had already gotten the glove and picked up the joystick from the cactus plants, but when I went to use it the joystick was not in my inventory. It vanished, and along with it my hopes of finishing this game. Disappointing 😕

I am a member of your subscription club and I’ve still had to pay for this game and now I can’t progress in the game past the ambulance. Not happy at all 🤬 After the bad start it was a fantastic game I love these kind of detective style.🥰

This game has issues unfortunately
Started out very fun but as soon as I bought the rest of the game I got stuck because I cannot finish the find objects game in the back of the ambulance. I found all of the objects but cannot pick up the final item and therefore cannot move ahead. Also the bottom of the screen is too sensitive as others have said.

My review was deleted. Still not up to par. Finished bonus. Would have been a good game if not for issues. Look forward to a great game from y’all.
Game crashes
*updated* Where I had the problems with the HO I switched to the match 3 game and was able to get the dish and complete the game :) Was enjoying this game until I got to the ambulance HO.... supposed to pick up the dish wasn’t anywhere to be seen, tried the hint button but was told ‘nothing else to do here’ Annoyed as I paid £5.99 for the game. Have emailed the developers so waiting for a reply and refund.
Technical issue in Fatal Evidence The Missing
I am disappointed with this game. The hidden object scene in the ambulance will not allow me to complete it, so I'm stuck. I tried sending messages to the technical assistance “bot” but it just tells me to rephrase the question (Which I did several times). If this issue cannot be fixed, I would like a refund.
Missing item
Just installed update but the kidney dish is still missing from the ambulance hop. However if you switch to match 3 and complete it is available.
joystick glitch
chapter 4: Hall - use gloves to pick up joystick. I did that, but the joystick isn’t in my inventory. Can’t move forward without it.
Bugs to be solved
I am trapped in the maze, not because I can’t figure it out, but because when I’m standing at the hole in the floor, I have to open my inventory to access the boards. The problem is that every time I attempt to select the inventory I am sent back to the prior screen. Can you please fix this frustrating issue? I was enjoying the game up to this point.
Bonus problems
The main game is great. The bonus game has issues you cannot move pass after feeding dog, you are supposed to feed dog then play game but it throws you back so you can’t go any further you have to play that game and it tell you nothing more to be done in every scene unless you finish that part. I emailed the company already and are waiting for a answer. Update now it’s worse now you can’t get pass the h.o. In the hospital you can’t pickup the hospital dish in the end. June 7 finally fixed, played the whole game bonus game works now. I just wish we did not have to go through this with almost every game. The game itself was quite good so I would differently try again .
Lame
This game won’t even progress past me trying to pry open the ambulance door. Let me not forget that the hint button does not work. If I press it, the map comes up. I want my money back.
Fatal error
UPDATE June 7: I have raised my rating to 4 stars after a prompt fix of the error. You need to reset the bonus game and it will play through properly. Thanks for the rapid response Domini. Stuck in the bonus game after feeding the dog. No way to proceed after that. I was enjoying the game up to this point, but now disappointed because we have yet another flawed game from Domini. Come on - get your act together!
Frustrating
I mean, this would potentially be a really fun and enjoyable game. However, the bottom of the screen is so sensitive, that I’m constantly trying to click on my inventory, and instead going back to the previous room/scene. I’m at a point where I’m trying to stand on a chair in a living room, and I spent 5 solid minutes trying to click on my inventory, but instead kept getting sent back outside the house over and over and over, no matter how careful I tried to be. That pretty much ended the game for me, as I was too aggravated to finish. This almost seems like a design flaw. You shouldn’t be clicking on the exact same spot for inventory and to return to the previous rooms. It had so much potential!! Now I’m just ticked off I spent money on this game. I won’t be doing that on any of these games again.
Faults
Please update as has faults! When in the room that is through the door from the back yard, you can not tap your inventory without it just taking you back outside! Can’t go any further now. 😩

Great story line! I love games with REAL people in them. I am not a fan of games full of mythical creatures, fairies, magic dragons, etc. Please offer more games like this!

At first I was excited to see that Domini had released a game that had a crime theme, as opposed to fantasy. But once I played, which was after the update to fix the fatal error, I was extremely disappointed. It’s unfortunate that this game, which was intrinsically an enjoyable game, was so fraught with technical issues that it ruined the entire experience for me. Several mini-games had to be skipped because they did not function at all. In order to move past the ambulance HOP, we were forced to switch to the match -3 option. There was a lack of touchscreen sensitivity, causing me to second guess myself when applying inventory tools which were actually the correct ones. One issue that really annoyed me was that I had to close out zoom zones with the “x” rather than tap outside the zone. That’s totally ridiculous and outdated. The HO scenes had a nice mix, and there was a good variety of puzzles/games. Sadly, many of the games (especially in the bonus chapter) had to be skipped and I would have enjoyed those games. This game was somewhat light on mini-games and the game was quite brief, inclusive of the bonus adventure. When not dealing with problems the gameplay was actually entertaining, the storyline was interesting and the tasks were enjoyable to complete. Inventory usage was innovative. The gameplay interface was awful. The hint button was so large it obscured areas of interest and it was too close to the map. Even with the collectibles I felt cheated. There were no fun descriptions in regards to any of them. I feel like Domini threw this game together but did not put any love into it, and certainly caused us to endure a technical nightmare. How many times do we have to endure brief games with glitches and fatal errors before we just give up? Domini, fix your issues! All of these issues ruined the game for me. My true rating will be 2.5 stars. I hate to rate it so low, but I’m being objective and it was miserable to play. Plus we see problems in every Domini release. For the price we should have a wonderful gaming experience not ruined by poor quality assurance! In addition, where is EIPIX? We still haven’t received those games, as promised and we need them! We deserve some answers, good, bad or otherwise. Aren’t you all wondering the same thing? You should contact Domini and ask them for answers, because I certainly have not been getting any. Update: Elephant released a new Grim Tales. Supposedly we will get an Artifex Mundi release sometime this month, but I haven’t seen anything on the App Store. Happy gaming everyone!
