What people like
- Feels like classic Nancy Drew games
- Beautiful graphics and nice visuals
- Fun and challenging mini-puzzles
What they complain about
- Claw machine bug stops progress
- Game crashes and loses save data
- Map doesn't show where to go
Fun game
This game is short but it has some pretty tough HO games. It can be easy or difficult depending on how many clues you get help with. I recommend it for the casual player.
Game
Have to buy the story deeper in the game
It was fun!!
I really liked this game and the visuals were good!!
Things don’t work!
A lot of the mini games simply don’t work.
Fractured storyline but mini games okay
Graphics good and some mini games okay, but this game was hard to follow. The storyline was odd and fractured. I often had no idea what my tasks were, and just happened upon objects without knowing how they connected. I needed to use a lot of hints, and I’m not a novice at these kinds of games. Also, there were too many hidden objects sequences, which were in obscure places.
great story line
very fun !
Misleading game
Why is it advertised as free?
Brightstone Mysteries: Others
A clever story line, great graphics, great help options.
It will only allow you to play the first chapter...that stinks!
Once you complete the first chapter you cannot go on without paying, not even with ads. Deceiving in that you think you can play it with ads. I'll be passing on these. It is somewhat confusing in knowing where to go or what to do...lots of time wasted trying to figure out what to do and what was needed, actually how to find what was needed to complete the steps.
its alright
A little slow and not quite what I was looking for but its alright.
lin
great game
Rip Off
You have to pay to get the full game.
i guess?
ive only played for 5 mins? hard to tell.
Brightstone Mysteries: Others
Way too dark. Almost impossible to see anything.
Good idea, but not great fun!
The idea is good and the graphics are wonderful, but the map is not interactive! I have to press the hint button to see where there are things to do. I can’t just pull up the map. This is very frustrating and time wasted. The movements to the different locations are not intuitive, so the map would be of great help. Also, all of the hidden object games are essentially the same! Very boring after awhile. I did like the “blue” selections, which you had to switch and look for something else, but, again, too repetitive. I hope you continue to continue this series, but hope that you continue to improve play. Thanks!
it rules!
I'm having a blast!
Unable to insert coin
The claw machine will not let me insert a coin. Seems I am unable to go further. Please fix or refund. Thank you
Brightstone Paranormal game
Thought it was slow moving and took time to get the hang of it. But, the message it presented was outstanding about how this earth and inhabitants are creating harmful damage to humanity and the possibility that there are other ways in which we can create to make a difference.
Crashed
Gave good review earlier. Now I have to revisit a HOP I’ve already done but I don’t have whatever I was supposed to get. Turned off. Still stuck. Really don’t want to restart game. Sorry I paid for it.
Brightstone Mysteries
Could be fun, but the guidance map is no help. It only shows where the player is, not where action is needed
Great Game
Typically free games are typically "they are what you pay for" situations. But this game reminds me of playing Nancy Drew in my child hood so far and is great! I love mystery games and would love for them to make more free mystery games!
Delusa
Nemmeno 5 minuti di gioco e poi devi pagare per continuare
nice one
a bit too many hidden object puzzles
A améliorer
Disappointingly short
Nice graphics and a reasonable storyline but disappointingly short for the money and perhaps too many seearch games.
Challenging
The mini-puzzles are challenging. Also, I enjoy the details in the scenes.
Can’t put in a coin
I was really enjoying the game and the mystery until I got to the claw game in the carnival. It wouldn’t let me put in a coin despite several tries. I went back later in the game thinking I had to maybe do another task first, and even when hint told me to do the claw game, the coin wouldn’t go in, this was AFTER. I purchased the game and it’s kind of an expensive game for that kind of game-ending flaw. Please fix or refund.
Fun and free
The game is so fun and free but it’s also very confusing and frustrating for some people
Achtung Absturz!
Brightstone Mysteries: Others
This game is alright but it lacks a storyline. I finished this game in a few hours.
Awesome
Love this game
Am at a game that needs coin
Won’t let the coin go in I want my money back now
Brightstone Mysteries
Fun enjoy it quite a bit
Please fix the bugs!
This game looks the part but with the amount of bugs makes it barely playable. Keeps crashing and when you load it again it won't let you complete the puzzles. I don't know if it has a good ending as I refuse to start over for a THIRD time. Please fix the bugs as this game would be good otherwise.
mr robin Wormald
OK so far
favorite mystery game
fun and challage love that game
Don’t bother
This game glitches. I’ve wasted £7.99 It started out well but got constantly stuck at coffee making game. Tried restarting my iPad several times to no avail! Gutted as I was enjoying it.
love it
reminders me of the big fish games i played as a kid
Very short
Quite a short game and no bonus chapter which is disappointing
Brightstone Mysteries: Others
Just started it but it's great so far.
Screen black
Was enjoying game. Got quite far in - to old house post the scene with grey guys talking about heroine and then loss of game image. Have tried various things, reloading, clicking on things in inventory, etc., but isn’t coming back. Guess will try reloading game and restarting though not wild about that.
good game
fun but the map is not helpful really. usually the map will show areas where you have an action available. this does not
Too many hidden object scenes
It would be a great game if it didn’t have so many of them. In almost every scene there is one and it spoils a good game.
nada
no me interesa
Not working
Maybe my Macbook’s too old but I’m getting some music and a blank screen. That’s it. Opps!
lynnae
great game
