Rechnungsübersicht
Bei der App fehlt ganz klar die Übersicht über offene Rechnungen mit Bezahldatum. Man könnte es sehr einfach darstellen, welche Rechnung noch offen ist und welche bereits bezahlt wurden. Weiter fehlt mit die Möglichkeit direkt aus der App die Rechnung via Twint, Apple Pay etc zu bezahlen.

Still broken
20+ days ago i left a review that the app was broken. the devs replied to it saying they are aware of it and they will fix it soon. it is still broken. if i want to use the app i have to: -uninstall -reinstall -login after adding secret code app only manages to login once. afterwards every time it just gives a white screen.

Die App ist nicht schlecht, aber sie wäre hervorragend, wenn man getätigte Zahlungen sehen würde und wenn man offene Rechnungen via App mit Twint, Debit etc. zahlen könnte. Dadurch hätte man eine super Übersicht.

Cannot track my monthly statements!!!
I have several key issues with this app. I mainly downloaded this app so that I could go digital and reduce paper waste, but it is of no use to me if I can’t properly track my records through here. MY FIRST ISSUE is that my premium statements are not made available on the app because they are paid through direct debit. It does not make sense that I do not have access to a digital record of the statements, and that I would only be able to access them if I also ask for a paper copy. MY SECOND ISSUE is that I cannot track which benefit statements have already been paid. It only shows me the amount due, but it does not show in any way which payments have already been completed and which ones are still pending. I am trying to minimize waste by going digital, but it doesn't make sense if I can't access my records! Very frustrated customer.

Alles gut; nur einen Wunsch: ich würde in der App sehen können, ob ich eine Rechnung schon bezahlt habe oder nicht. Das würde mir helfen Doppelbuchungen zu vermeiden.
Nötigung zu elektronischer abwicklung
Die app funktioniert eigentlich einwandfrei. Es gobt einfach den halen dass sich swica weigert einem zukünftig rechnungen per papier auszustellen. Dies wird jedocv nicht direkt komuniziert, sondern es wird einem in jedem support chat oder bei jedem telefonat mit dem kundendienst versprochen dass die rechnungen wieder per post verschickt werden. In der my swica app erhält man dann jedoch trotzdem Zahlungserrinnerungen. Sehr schade, da icv mit dem swica kundenservice immer swhr zufrieden war, bis ich diese app heruntergeladen habe.
Kosten
Die Grundversicherung ist im Laufe der Jahre gegenüber anderen Anbietern immer weniger konkurrenzfähig geworden.

Ich musste bestimmt 15 sms Codes anfordern. Die dann alle auf einmal rein kamen. Nach dem Login gefrorene App. Kann nichts anwählen oder drücken. Komplett untauglich.

Zahlen? Absturz!
Hübsches Design. Prämien-Rechnung direkt an das eBanking schicken geht nicht, super mühsam! Muss man downloaden, von da separat öffnen, an das eBanking schicken, dann zurück zum Download um ihn zu löschen, dass man nicht durcheinander kommt. Super mühsam. Handhabung von vorgestern. Derweil steigen die Prämien weiter.
Teils praktisch, teils unpraktisch
Idee super. Belege super einfach zum einreichen. Jedoch unübersichtlich was mit dem Beleg passiert - man sieht nur, dass er bearbeitet wurde.

Poor Effort
SWICA is entirely behind the mark in their online efforts. It’s 2009 chez SWICA. The other Invoice app was a poor effort and this app is equally rubbish. Great insurance company but they clearly need a new provider for their online access. Compared to Sanitas, which is updated all the time and is so slick and easy, the Swica app is a typewriter. I have to email my receipts to Swica still! This app will not even allow a document upload.
Loginprobleme
Das Login über die App ist nicht kompatibel mit Passwort Apps was nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit entspricht. Zudem ist das Feld für den SMS Code falsch formatiert, so dass bei Apple Geräten der Code aus dem SMS nicht vorgeschlagen wird.
Problème avec l’affichage de facture dans l’application
Sincèrement cela fait depuis 2024 que j’ai rejoint Swica et en général c’est top mais au niveau de la facturation dans l’application c’est un gros bordel car primo je qund ont paie une facture il y à aucune prise en compte! En suite j’ignore pourquoi mais en ce qui concerne le registre de 2025 si vous regardez vous êtes en juin2025 puis soudainement cela repasser à janvier 2025 et si vous avez le malheur d’être comme moi en ordre permanent et que à la fin de l’année vous adaptez votre ordre a l’augmentation de la prime et qu il part le 25 12 2025 eh bien visiblement la comptabilité ne le comptabilisera pas pour la prime de décembre mais pour celle de janvier et vous téléphoneras comme à mois maintenant le 7 avril pour vous expliquer que vous êtes en retard selon leur système bien que le mois précédent j’ai payé double! C’est à y rien comprendre je vous jure ! Et évidemment pour la personne que j’ai eut sont système et infaillible!!!!

Wie kann man eine so kaputte App den Kunden zumuten und auch noch Werbeflyer dafür verschicken? Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Haben denn die Produktmanager diese App nie getestet??

in mySWICA ist das grundlegendste, nämlich ob eine Prämienrechnung bezahlt ist oder noch nicht, ist weiterhin nicht ersichtlich!! das war vor 16 Monaten: Guten Tag Herr Gnädinger Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. SWICA ist dabei, dies zu ändern. Wie lange es geht bis die Rechnungen im mySWICA als bezahlt ersichtlich sind, können wir Ihnen leider nicht sagen. Not working
I cannot login to the app despite using the same login credentials that get me into the website and the older invoice app. Displays all kinds of error messages, none of which seem to be true, among which “account blocked” What gives??
Noch nicht ganz ausgereift
Es werden zusätzliche Informationen verlangt und darum Rechnungen abgelehnt. Aber es ist nicht möglich, ein Dokument hochzuladen, um das zu belegen.
Face ID not working
Good app overall but the Face ID has been broken since forever in my case and the login with Sms code eaxh time is very frustrating.

Terrible app. Poor reflection on company. Insulting to users
Not even a real app. It’s a website inside an app shell. Doesn’t even offer saved login or touch ID like the swica invoice app. They claim it’s for security, but my postfinance uses touch ID. This app logs you out when you change any settings like language. This app is a poor reflection on the company and should be removed or dramatically improved.
Très pratique mais …
Envoyer des messages est une galère. L’app n’accepte pas de caractères tels que l’apostrophe par exemple. Donc pour une francophone c’est vraiment pas pratique. J’ai mentionné le problème plusieurs fois mais ils ignorent.
Probleme beim zweiten Start
Ich kann die App immer nur einmal verwenden. Beim nächsten Login kommt nach Eingabe des SMS Code nur ein weißer Bildschirm und ich muss die App neu installieren.

Tried everything, i phone support, app delete and reinstall checked blocked numbers , since 29 october I do not receive the telephone code to log in the app.. contacted swica many times, no success! HELP
Frustrating
Probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. I’m not sure what’s going on at SWICA but the previous app was also terrible. For example, and probably the most frustrating, is that the app constantly logs the user out. To make it worse is each time requires two-factor authentication which is only available to your mobile phone. This prevents you from accessing in only wi-fi mode and forget about it if you’re traveling and have a different SIM in your device. Honestly may drive me to switch providers next time around. I hate it THAT much.
Terrible login experiece
Every time i log in I have to write user/pass and wait for a code send on my Swiss number. The Face Id does not work consistently and 9/10 times I have to do the above. Then there is no option to log in without an sms confirmation code. Face id should be enough + they should have options like 3rd party auth apps to generate the code. Every time I use another sim card it’s a pain to use this app.
Gutes Handling, aber
Das Menü ist an sich gut aufgebaut und es ist wesentlich einfacher als bisher, Rechnungen zu verschicken. Was hingegen sehr nervt, ist das mobile TAN-System. Es ist umständlich und überflüssig. Auch wird mir beim Login nicht vorgeschlagen, meine Daten zu speichern, sodass ich jedes Mal alles von Hand eingeben muss...
