App with bugs
It’s been months I cannot use the app. The book an appointment button is hidden by the keyboard and there’s no way to close it, no buttons. I removed the app and reinstalled it several times but I’m now obliged to book appointments from laptop.
Merkwürdiger Sinn für Humor oder Übersetzungsfehler
Auf der Startseite der App wird man begrüsst mit ‚Vorname How the health are you?‘ Das ist entweder eine Anlehnung an ‚How the hell are you?‘ oder schlicht ein Übersetzungsfehler. Jedenfalls wirkt das unseriös oder unpassend für eine solche Seite. Die Website funktioniert leider auf dem iPhone gar nicht vernünftig mit diesen dauernden reloads…
Funktioniert seit Update nicht mehr
Seit der Version 1.3.0 ist es mir nicht mehr möglich die App zu verwenden. Sie stürzt leider sofort ab, wenn ich sie öffne (verwende iOS 16.7.16). Wäre sehr froh, wenn hier nachgebessert wird, ansonsten fand ich die App nämlich super!
Nicht zuverlässig
Habe schon zweimal einen Termin gebucht und wurde dann am nächsten Tag wieder rausgeworfen. Anscheinend war der Termin garnicht frei. Mühsam, wenn die Termine doch andersweitig vergeben werden. Sonst wäre dieser Service sehr gut.

Ich kann meine Ärzte online buchen und auch Termine stornieren ganz unkompliziert und problemlos. Als jemand der schwer chronisch krank ist und schlecht telefonieren kann ist das eine super Lösung

For the last 5 appointments I could not use the app to book anything because it lets me select everything and on the last step it says there’s error try later, and it’s the same every time

Guter Ansatz, tolle Idee, schöne App. Aber: Termine stornieren geht dann doch nur mit Anrufen (wofür die App?) und alle Daten müssen gefühlt zwei Mal angegeben werden.

Must have for all who also opt to “shop” for a doctor, but also do some careful research. And in a hurry? When there are 17 people before your call will be answered? Also , once booked, it connects to your agenda and places the appointment for you!

Liebes Team Mit dem Login müsst ihr euch jetzt einmal etwas einfallen lassen. Jedes mal wenn man sich einloggen will nach einiger Zeit motzt das App jedes mal mit dem ein und selben Fehler. Das ist nicht das erste und zweite mal. Deshalb nur zwei Sterne. So ist es einem keinen Nutzen. Danke im Voraus für ein besseres Login für alle Geräte Ronaldo

J’apprécie beaucoup cette plateforme avec laquelle je collabore depuis des années. Cependant, malgré mes nombreux messages et e-mails pour proposer des changements ou améliorations, rien ne semble évoluer. Je commence à perdre l’espoir que mes suggestions soient réellement prises en considération. C’est dommage, car même si leur site fonctionne bien aujourd’hui, le fait de ne pas écouter leur clientèle ni d’anticiper des évolutions risque de pousser, tôt ou tard, les utilisateurs à se tourner vers d’autres outils.

Difficile de trouver un prestataire par adresse
Bonjour, il semble impossible de vous contacter ailleurs pour un feedback. Lorsque je cherche une pharmacie dans un quartier précis à Genève, la liste qui m’est proposée est dans un quartier complètement différent - et de plus est - éloigné. Ceci malgré que le quartier en question soit proposé lors de l’entrée du lieu.
Add to Calendar - not working
Hi, the app is great, but it’s not possible to have it add the appointment to user’s calendar automatically. It says access to calendar must be granted first, but in setting in the app, there is no such option. Only location, Siri and search and language. This should be a rather easy fix?

Seit bald einer Woche warte ich darauf, dass mein Login-Problem (2FA) behoben wird. Schweizer Qualität geht anders.

Ich finde die App sehr praktisch 👍👍. Leider kann ich beim buchen von einem Termin die Zeit nicht genau sehen. Z.B. 9… ohne minuten. Erst wenn ich, buchen drücke, sehe ich auf der Bestätigung wann genau ich den Termin habe. Aber sonst genial die App.
Weder Passwort noch Code funktionieren
Man kommt einfach nicht mehr in sein Konto und kann sich auch nach langen Versuchen, an ein neues Passwort zu gelangen, mit diesem wieder nicht anmelden. Telefoncode funktioniert nach einem Mal überhaupt nicht mehr. Außerdem wird auf einmal der Geburtstag verlangt (den man vorher nie angeben musste). Zu alledem kann man auch hier nicht an die Supportseite schreiben. So ist die App überhaupt nicht nutzbar!

Halbe Sache
Ich buche in der oneDoc App einen Termin in meiner MedBase Praxis. Ich gehe zum Arzt und es sind noch 2 Folgetermine notwendig. Die Praxisassistentin gibt mir diese beiden Termine. Im OneDoc erscheinen diese 2 Folgetermine nicht. Wenn nur die Hälfte der Termine in der App ersichtlich sind, ist das miserabel!

Sorry, aber nicht einmal einen Arzt in Baden drin, was soll das für App sein. Man gibt eine Postleitzahl und ist dann etliche KM entfernt.
Passwort ändern geht gar nicht!
Bekommt ein Link für Passwort ändern da muss man zuerst das Alte angeben welches ich eben nicht habe. Völliger Blödsinn
