Bad customer service
I’m very disappointed with the customer service. and my issue was not handled properly. I expected better communication and support. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

The delivery guy left my parcel at the road by our 911 sign in the night. We didn’t know it was there. Didn’t see until morning. We live in the country our house is 800 metres from the road. Not really a safe place to leave it.

I made several attempts to order on your website and made 2 calls into the support line with no success. I had to ship to your store instead.
So confusing but in the end was worth it
I had came in to look for some shoes and the shoes that I found were expensive so the lady said that there was a deal going on and April every time you brought in a shoes we get 100 points equal like $10. I waited till April too do this deal and on the app it said that $20 was taken out of my account I had called store and they said they can’t do anything about it so then I called customer service and the lovely lady she explained me how the system works in the end I got my right amount of points of 250 points and got $45 off of my $50 heels.

I purchased shoes from this store online 2 weeks ago for back to school and I am just now finding out that my order was cancelled after they ran out of stock after I had already ordered them and I wasn’t notified in any way until I myself had to contact the company when my order hadn’t arrived and it still said it was in process when I tried to track it. I now have to wait a week for a refund. I am a young person and I’m currently not able to work and I spent all of the money I had on these shoes just to not even receive them and now since the refund will take so long I won’t be able to buy other shoes for myself for school. Worst experience I’ve ever had online shopping.

Frustrating
I wanted a pair of sandals. I started trying to order them 5 days and 7 tries before being able to purchase them. The shoe company website would not allow me to enter my credit card number so I called the number provided in the error message. This, I discovered, was an American number. They gave me a Canadian number. When I called this number I was told to change my device or change my browser or call my credit card company to see what was wrong with my account. I have since discovered the only way to purchase these shoes was to become a member. Everything dealing with this purchase has been extremely frustrating. I doubt I will purchase again. Frustrated/Annoyed
