Can’t ask for more
Has been working well for 5 years. Connects easily to Di2, power meter, speed sensor, heart rate monitor. Excellent mapping (2026). They fixed a horrendous slow GPS which was fine, it’s all good now. Exceptional value.
Doesn’t work reliably!
Don’t bother with Bryton. The App is filled with bugs and communication with RideWithGPS is NOT possible . Spend the extra money on a Garmin or Wahoo.

Applicazione ben fatta e intuitiva. L’integrazione con Strava non funziona più, mi ha buttato fuori e ora non riesco più ad accedere

Cannot create account
I have tried to create an account on the app multiple times and I am not receiving the account confirmation link email. It is not in the spam folder either. I have sent multiple emails to support and have not received any help at all. I have had it for 3 days and if I can’t get this resolved, I will send it back!!!

Per la base di collegamento al dispositivo e minimali funzioni di utilizzo va bene, ma nel momento in cui si inizia a fare un po’ di più iniziano i limiti, sincronizzare con TP funziona ma poi non va sul dispositivo, cadenze che non vengono scritte nel programma, workout veramente limitati da poter scrivere con l’app.

Interfaccia ok, mai un crash ma ogni volta devo dissociare dal BT il dispositivo perché non conclude mai lo scarico dati di una nuova corsa

A me piace, ma…..
Mi piacerebbe di più se riuscissi ad impostare le ZONE correttamente. Ho impostato la LTHR nelle impostazioni e sincronizzato con il RIDER 15 e funziona. Ho impostato le percentuali delle zone LTHR nell’ app e non le visualizzo correttamente nel rider 15, ma neanche nell’applicazione stessa nella pagina ANALISI nonostante i molti tentativi, così non posso vedere il tempo trascorso in una certa zona.

App not sending confirmation
I was really excited for this computer and when I went to login and setup a profile I started registering. I waited and resent the email confirmation, tried a different email and checked spam. Nothing. I contacted support via email but no response for multiple days. I will be returning the device and getting a garmin since the app sync isn’t working and I can’t import 3rd party routes from ride with gps.

Non funziona più la connessione con Komoot
Peccato, comprato perché piccolo, semplice e con una batteria che dura tantissimo. Dopo poche settimane non scarica più le tracce da Komoot, chiede sempre di sboccare la propria regione ma ho sbloccato il mondo e lui non lo legge. Sicuramente l’app ha dei problemi software che dovrebbero essere risolti e nessuno lo fa.
Update issues
There is some issue with the updates could be temporary not sure as I cannot seem to get it from the AppStore :( it simply spins and times out. I was able to update others without issues though.

L’app dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più, qualsiasi operazione effettuata segnala errori di vario tipo. Anche provando a resettare, disinstallare e reinstallare non funziona più nulla

Lo usi con successo con accoppiamento a Strava va semplicemente in maniera esagerata
App no longer updates my rides
App says I need to be logged in to sync rides but there isn’t a log in page in the App. Contact ed customer service but no response.
Good work in Progress
Lots of issues getting the App and especially my 420e to work initially, but after fully depleting the 420e battery, it finally started working. The App+420e have a Lyon functionality, especially for the price, albeit with a steep learning curve.

Buggy
I just got the S810 and while I think the computer is good the app ruins it. Sensors don’t always connect automatically and can’t pair Heart rate with Apple Watch third party app. Even though in the marketing pic it show that watch can be connected. I will be returning it.

good bang for the buck the only downside is its limited to 3 routes (delete and change) and limited to certain apps for download and sometimes difficult to do

Improving but still kind of buggy
I’ve been using a Rider 320 and the Bryton active app for a couple years. I’ve sent in a dozen or so bug reports and to their credit, eventually they have fixed most of the issues. Unfortunately with each release they seem to break a few things that once worked. I’ve been using the Echo - watch heart rate monitor app so I can connect my Apple Watch to the bryton for heart rate tracking. As of the last update, it now causes the Bryton to lock up. It looks like the Bluetooth connection is pretty buggy. I’ve also found it crashes when I use the BrytonActive app to turn off the tones on the 320. You can no longer use the app to set up speed sensors. All of these things worked a year ago and over a few releases, they keep breaking. Overall, I give the Bryton a 3 star because of the features that work, they work great. I still use this because it’s the best non mapping cyclemeter I’ve found. But it’s really frustrating to keep having to test and report basic features that keep breaking.
Using with rider 460
It’s been 2 weeks and 5 rides. So far really liking the app and integration with Strava, Komoot. Easy to download routes and send to device. This last update allows you to push the route to Bryton portal and get an updated route with turn by turn info and climbs. I hope they continue to update this app. Really enjoying this combo. Instructions are a bit lacking but they can be figured it out with practice.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND AT ALL COST!!!
The title says it all! If you have not committed to buying any products from this company, do yourself a favor and run in the other direction! It’s not worth the frustration, countless complaints with no avail or relief. And you will find yourself trying to recover money from having to sell these items because they don’t work! I wish I never invested in one single item!
Bryton 750
Lately the app keeps forgetting my rider 750 which I can easily re-add in the app and nothing is lost but it’s annoying to have to add it again before each ride. Otherwise the app is generally very good and works as expected although Wahoo can do on device notifications without the need to run the app first so it would be nice if Bryton could do that. Love the Bryton Rider 750.
You get what you pay for.
My rider 410 worked fairly well and only crashed rarely. Since the most recent update it has now crashed twice. Seems to happen when the device pauses during a ride, it never resumesand I have to reboot the device. Frustrating

Great simple GPS and tracking tool!
I love that this tool is simple and easy to use. It meets my needs and allows me to track my training racing and adventure cycling.
Wish I didn’t buy this bike computer
The accompanying Active app is worthless with the improper sync and crashes. I wish I didn’t buy it. Total crap.
Latest update made it worse
Keeps losing device connection. No sync indicator on screen can’t tell what it is doing. I preferred the old UI. I like the Bryton 450 a lot but fix the app guys. No need to improve what isn’t broken.
Device not pairing
Was super excited when I got my Rider 320 but was disappointed when it stopped pairing with the app. When I first downloaded the app I was able to pair it but then a few hours later it stopped recognizing it so I tried to pair it again. The app recognized but when I tried to tap the green plus sign to pair a loading symbol comes up and the app gets stuck and just says it’s loading forever. I’ve tried restarting everything and re-downloading the app but it’s still not working.
3rd party integration weak
Uploads to Strava but not Ride2Gps.

Please check videos and website there is a lot of information if your activities does not sync via Bluetooth. With the app. There is an easy way to upload an activity that is on the Bryton computer to the PC. I have the 410 and is enough for what I need and works amazing!!!!
Borderline Unusable
Bryton hardware works decently and is a good value but the fact that it forces you to use this app makes it not worth it. This app is borderline unusable. Crashes constantly. Forgets my device constantly. Randomly changes my settings. Setting a route with any complexity is so frustrating I always just give up. Definitely switching to Garmin or Wahoo in the future. Cannot recommend bryton gear to anyone while this app continues to be as unbelievably bad as it is.
Not overly intuitive
I have the Rider 420, and the app seems to work reasonably well with the device. It’s not overly intuitive to use, but I’ve managed to stumble my way through without too much grief. I’ve mainly used the route builder option, but I’ve just downloaded the MS150 route from their webpage to the device and that’s worked well too. In summary, it works, just don’t expect it to be user friendly.
No luck with Strava
Auto sync to Strava and manual share doesn’t work. Maybe should of just saved some money and used my wearable Garmin or Iphone.

Seems like this happens to others Great gps with the info I need. But the app constantly drops the device on my iPhone Losing rides in history Only advise from Bryton download the app again on your phone Done that several times and no improvement
