Love Oh Polly, but the app needs work
I love Oh Polly - their clothes are beautiful and great quality. However, I’m not sure if this is just my phone but every time I use the app, my phone starts to overheat and the app starts to bug. This doesn’t happen with any other app, just Oh Polly. If there’s anything that can be done to fix this, it would make the shopping experience much better as I find I can’t stay too long on the app.

Every-time I use the app, my phone overheats and crashes - extremely frustrating, and this doesn’t happen with any other apps
Bugs and bad UX
Not so great UX, went to checkout, wanted to cancel the payment and use another card, app had a bug, had to close, when opened the cart was empty! Wasted effort. When searching and scrolling down, there’s no way try another search unless you scroll back all the way up!!

The app doesn’t work
I really love Oh Polly’s products, but the app is seriously disappointing. There are constant issues with signing in, updating delivery addresses, and overall functionality. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes me question whether I should keep shopping here. If you want customers to enjoy their experience, please focus on fixing these technical problems and improving the app’s usability.
Application très lente !
Bonjour, L’application est très très lente et bug beaucoup surtout quand on descend beaucoup dans une catégorie. —> peut être que mettre une réinitialisation du cache au bout d’un certain nombre de robes passées sur la page permettrait d’améliorer les performances de l’application. Ça devient un enfer au bout d’un moment et cela ne donne pas envie de descendre davantage pour voir toutes les robes restantes. La mise à jour n’a rien changé au problème.
Lovely clothes, lack of colours.
I’d buy loads of stuff if the colours suited me. I’m a soft summer though I could pull off a soft autumn, and I’ve only seen one muted toned dress on here I could possibly wear. Clean pastels, whites, blacks and golds look bad on me. It’s really disappointing as I love so many of the styles 🙁

Cute clothes but it wont let me create a Wishlist it just keeps loading, thats the only problem i have.

I like everything the o my topic sometimes is not available some items from Bo and tee but you can find in the app on Bo and tee, that’s a shame because I would like to accumulate mi points here for awards

Great clothes but app is still broken despite multiple updates
My wishlist is still broken ! Deleted , updated , still broken ! Also you need to fix your marketing emails , sends emails of offers on app or site but when you try to shop the offer it reverts always to full price . You needs clear T&C for your offers
Loathsome
How is it you can get a bikini bottom in jade green but not get the matching bikini top that the model is wearing ? Bearing in mind it’s actually a set? If an object of clothing is matching - say a shirt or bra , with the bottoms the model wears, it should appear immediately on the suggested when you scroll down the page , it’s so bothersome having to go back to the search bar trying to find an item you want to match the outfit , and then finding on top of that faff that is isn’t even a thing you sell? What’s going on? For a sophisticated looking site it’s got a lot of annoying things on it, not very supportive of the customer. You can’t save clothes to your wish list on their website (logged in on your account) and think it’ll be in the app later - how is this not noticed ?

Love the brand but there are always issues with the app and recently it’s overheating my phone when opened and on top of that it lags and freezes. I know it’s the app overheating the phone as it cools down as soon as I leave it

L’application est pratique, plus besoin d’aller sur Google ou autre pour le site, rien qui change vraiment mais l’avantage je trouve que sur le site y’a des choses en rupture tel que certaines tailles sur certains modèles alors que sur l’appli y’a toujours, peut être c’est un bug je sais pas mais voilà j’ai pu avoir ce que je voulais sur l’appli que jai pas pu avoir sur le site.🌺

Absolutely love the brand however the app needs fixing. Since u got the app I can’t save anything to a wishlist at all, I’d probably buy from here a lot more if I could save things I like to a wishlist but it doesn’t work on the app

Frustrating app
I love oh Polly but the app is frustrating and it throws you out, always saying errors so easier to go through Google search
Never works properly
It doesn’t load my favourites, it doesn’t load videos that reviews have left. It’s a really poor user experience. The website is much better so it’s pretty sad that the app is in such a state.

WISH LIST DOESN’T WORK!!
I used to use buy from oh Polly religiously! I loved looking, placing things into my wish list and then buying it after having a think and comparing to similar items all in one place .. now the wish list doesn’t work? Meaning I cannot track what I’ve seen and loved therefore I no longer buy anything. Please get this fixed..
First time I bought on Ohpolly
The only problem is the notification button doesn’t exist when a item is sold out. The app is easy to use. And I didn’t have trouble when I paid. I hope I will receive my item next week!
Bad app
The app is quite annoying. I dislike having to put my order reference to view an order when im already signed in to the account! Overall it doesn’t work very well
Currency Exchnage
This app still doesn’t change the currency to CAD funds. It continues to keep everything in pounds. You can’t change it to USD either. I am not sure what’s up but it seems like a massive bug and needs to be fixed.

Not received my order !
I placed an order on the 9th of August still with no joy of this arriving !! All I keep getting is it is out for delivery this company says it’s UK based but the tracking I received weeks ago was from china ! I want my money back but again no one to respond to my email ! If it does ever arrive my worry would be what quality of garments will I be receiving! Definitely not Uk based ! Anyone who can help with this company would be gratefully appreciated

love the clothes, just one little thing, i literally can’t like anything. it doesn’t let me add anything to a wish list it just loads and loads even though i have wifi. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s the same.

Sadly at the and i always have to Order on the Website Because Dont Show up when i Click on them . Every product says error . No matter how good my wifi is
Website easier to use
See they have updated the app it’s a little better, for example the rewards system is now on there but it still didn’t give me my first online discount for moving up to silver. The filters still not working properly and you can’t find things like you can on the website. App still needs work. My favourite brand of clothing so it still won’t stop me using oh polly.

amazing fitting and quality
Awful app with some many issues
I have historically used the app without any problems but over the last month I am constantly put into a loop the never ends when going through the payment options whilst checking out to purchase my items. I have used the chat bot to try and resolve it but not very helpful and so frustrating!!! I’ve often ended up not buying the items as it’s proving just too difficult to do so!!! Very disappointing!!!

I’d give this app 3.5 stars . I love the designs and clothes on this site but the app is painfully slow and annoying to navigate . At the checkout I signed in to my account and lost the dresses I wanted out f my basket and went to find them again and it wouldn’t let me add them. I also tried to track my order with the tracking service they provide, which is hard to find btw, and it wouldn’t let me track it. You also have to pay extra to be able to track your order and you can only track an order if ur a member. It’s also cheaper to checkout without signing in because u can get free delivery, you don’t have that option after signing in.
