Doesn’t work properly
Has a very old UI, doesn’t work properly, can’t add my credit card although it’s valid, the homepage remains white (as if empty) if city is not selected, offers aren’t shown “Loading offers…”

Terrible App
This app is difficult to use and only brings up restaurants for the Middle East. I’ve tried contacting Customer Support and they haven’t helped at all. I can’t find out how many points I have and it’s just a frustrating app.
Xperience support doesn't care
I wrote to the xperience customer service email regarding the issue I was having with the app and they never bothered to answer. The Spin the Wheel game that's supposed to let you win and add more places to your BOGO list doesn't work anymore. It shows you the restaurants but won't let you choose anything. Could be just a tool to fool people.
Good app but keeps on logging out
Keeps on logging out by itself which makes it complicated to use on daily basis

The app is very good but there is some issues, each time i open the app i need to log in again (that is so painful), also some offers are not shown or hidden inside restaurent.

After registration.. app asking me to enter some data which are my dob, gender and country of residence.. after I enter the data and click submit the app crashes and it takes me to the login page Uninstalling it
Some Restaurants Not Honoring Offer
Chilis UAE always refusing to honor the offer for steaks and ribs which is off-course is a main course in their menu. This exclusion is not mentioned any where in the app . We are so disappointed. I am not sure that this exclusion of steaks and ribs are true or restaurants are just making it up only to avoid honoring the offers they agreed with xperience with entertainer

This is a much better version and easier to use. More intuitive. There’s also more Entertainer offers.
