Beautiful home
We had a great time. The house had everything we needed. Close to the beach and the pool was great after the hot days. Thank you for the Duck donuts! 🏝️🩷
Unhappy with app update
Recent app update is not allowing payments to be made through the site. I have to call customer service to process payments each time. This wasn’t an issue before the update!
lots of potential
This house has a lot of potential. We just wish that the owners would give it the TLC that is needed to get a 5 star review. Being AirBnB owners ourselves? we know what it takes to give vacationers what they want. A broken bed frame and a dishwasher that doesn’t work is not helpful in keeping renters happy.

Pelican landing
Great week, clear ocean and few waves. The lost colony was still playing so we went. Putt putt golf, wright brothers memorial, many great restaurants nearby. Pool is very short walk
Help
We arrived to check into our VRBO that we prepaid and we are locked out. We have been speaking with Donnna Ricardo up until today and she is not responding to our urgent phone calls and text request requesting the code to enter the home.
Wonderful house
We have been coming to this house for many years. The kitchen looked wonderful this year. The floors did as well. The new carpets were delightful. Unfortunately, my father was hospitalized Sunday after dinner and died this Sunday. It was good to have the family together. Thank you.
Tcurry
The app keeps glitching anytime I try to view something other than the address of my rental. If I click on the amenities button the screen goes crazy then goes back to the Home Screen. It did the same thing when I was trying to make the payment.
Disappointed
We’ve stayed here 3x now and the cleanliness hasn’t ever been great but this trip was the worse. The floors were disgusting, our feet were black. Dishes were so dirty but I know why - the dishwasher was broken. We called twice for maintenance and never even got a call back. There was a baby pacifier in one of the beds, not ours. The patio furniture is all broken. Had someone called us back I probably wouldn’t have even left a negative review. Also the cleaning staff in lobby was sooo rude. Also got stuck in the elevator - tho I know that’s no one’s fault.

Well equipped including beach chairs and kitchen equipment and very comfortable

Every time I hit a button it just reloads the current page. Nothing works here.
Super Clean
A great house. Super clean and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. I would suggest TVs in the bedrooms. The only one with a TV was the primary bedroom. Also, the primary bedroom does not allow access to the closet. The virtual tour shows the primary with a closet so this is misleading. There was a small portable clothing rack in the corner of the room to use but the closet was locked and required a code for access. A primary without a closet is not feasible. The hot tub was old and did not fully function either.

Clam Bake
This property was listed as keyless. It was not keyless. The home alarm system kept going off also with several messages. There is no outdoor shower as listed it does not work. Yes I told Thomas about this and all I got was we will put a work order in or excuses. The lady who checked us out was very nice. The property was clean and the maintenance guy who cane out to our home was very friendly. We will not be staying at this location again.
Gorgeous Home
This home is in excellent condition. It truly exceeded our expectations. Rooms and kitchen were well appointed. The golf cart, beach towels and chairs were a great added touch. The plethora of dolphins were a highlight of the week. If we returned to Harbor Island, we would definitely rent this home again.
Caribe resort, Orange Beach, AL
Haven’t even checked in and the Caribe has already messed up my reservation details. Doesn’t reflect the extra I paid for early check in or check out and also showing the wrong condo. What’s the point of booking 7 months in advance if they can change your room at the last minute???!
King kracken
A few things about our house first they were ants throughout the house, second there was a lot of trash and junk under the house that I guess others had left, the dishwasher leaked a lot every time we ran it, the interior could’ve been a little bit cleaner. There was grease on the lights in the kitchen from cooking and a couple bulbs are burned out in the chandelier over the dining room table, game room is not really what I would call a game room. It was something that was fenced in underneath the porch with a pool table in it. The dryer probably needs its hose cleaned out because it took forever to dry the clothes either that or the hose is squished in the back of the dryer. Also, check-in time was four and when we got there, they were still cleaning. and I’ve also never had to make my own bed when I got there. outdoor furniture was incomplete. There were no tables at the pool and the tables that were on the deck had no glass on them.
Beach Home
This is a beautiful area and a beautiful place that’s peaceful and most of the time friendly people. What was horrible experience for us was, the home has safety issues with bunk beds, lights not working in the home, bedroom 1 dresser was leaning against the wall tilted upwards and could easily flip over (it’s not small), the sliding doors screen was completely off and we had to actually work on the back sliding door to make it work and was not told this was an issue when we made the stay, if you love the ocean breeze as we do Make sure it was fixed. If you have children staying in the bunk beds, Make sure they are fixed! My daughter was sitting on the bottom edge putting sunblock on and boards started popping under her!! Maintenance was aware and was told he would reach out to the homeowner to fix this. As he also realized it was unsafe! Our daughter is 11 and not a big girl at all! This is our third year staying at Sand Dollar and we have loved it so we keep coming back, this year was really hard with all the issues we had to deal with, we normally stay in building one and everyone was great in that building and also not one problem. This year it was booked so we tried building two thinking nothing of it and this was a problem from day one. Neighbors and all. It’s very unfortunate because we love coming back with our kids every year. Location is amazing and this year bummed us, I definitely recommend Sand Dollar but not this condo. Just my review.

This is our second time renting a condo here and both times we absolutely love the property. This unit was perfect, had everything for the week.

Nice place to stay except when the power went out twice because of high winds.The bathroom needs a couple safety handles in the bath tub for us older people.and washer and dryer in the kitchen was very useful .
Poor tech
App not working properly, but neither is the Web site. I tried to pay my balance, but after I entered the code it took me to the wrong reservation: wrong dates, wrong account balance. I called the property management firm but they were unable to correct the mistake. Waste of time.
Stay in CA602N
First, the view is absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The condo listing mentioned that the owners have been making updates, and it does appear that much of the kitchen and both showers have been renovated. However, considering the price of the rental, there are still several areas that could use additional attention. The tile flooring either needs to be replaced or, at a minimum, professionally cleaned and re-grouted. It also becomes very slippery when coming in from the beach or stepping out of the shower, which could be a safety concern. The kitchen cabinets have been updated, but the remaining cabinetry throughout the condo, along with the ceiling fans, could use modernization. The ceiling fans cannot be operated by the wall switches, which is inconvenient, especially at night. In addition, they are quite old, become very noisy at higher speeds, and are not very effective. The mattresses throughout the condo also need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The king bed consists of two twin mattresses that separate during the night, leaving a gap in the middle, and the bed is extremely firm. The other mattresses sag significantly, even when simply sitting on them. We also noticed that one of the bed frames appears to be coming apart from the headboard. Finally, the rugs in the back bathroom are quite worn, stained, and dated. Replacing them would greatly improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the incredible view and the updates that have already been completed. With a few additional improvements, the condo would better reflect the premium price being charged.
Black Skimmer
What a beautiful beachfront home! We had a wonderful week. The screen porches are the perfect place to start and end the day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Thoughtful touches throughout, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Would definitely book this again!
Frustrating App and Website
Neither the app nor the website will allow me to make a payment. Rental company tells me it’s my browser - no, tried 5 different browsers and the app. ALL of them refresh the page as soon as I start entering info on payment page. Been reporting this issue to the rental company for over a week. Very frustrating. The vacation rental company used to use a different pay app. Not sure why they changed. This system provides way less information on top of the payment issues. DO BETTER!
Handling multiple rentals - not supported ?
I have two reservations with different times/locations/agencies. Both are asking me to use this app on my iPhone to manage them. Once I login to the first rental (using the access code that was sent), I cannot figure out how to switch to the other rental (which has a different access code) to manage that one.
Love the OB
We stayed at 5 o’clock Somewhere. Big comfortable home. We did have some issues with sink faucet in the kitchen that sprayed you when you turned it on and other needed repairs. We also thought they should have left some dish towels and other items such as small soaps for the bathrooms. There was nothing of the sort and it makes it difficult when you first come in you can’t even wash your hands. Otherwise, it was a nice home with plenty of room and nice amenities.
Great place for families
We had 7 of us at the house. It was clean, well maintained, super cute property. Plenty of room to move about. Used the fire pit and the grill. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall - day of checkout property management lady sitting in car outside waiting for us to leave. As our last car was driving out she got out of car and went inside. Kind of ruined the moment - we left 1/2 hr early. There was plenty of time to get in and look around. Give people a chance. That was the only downside.
Why are people reviewing the *properties* and not the app?
This app requires an access code to see anything at all, so it is exceptionally unclear how one is supposed to use it to *make* a reservation. The “customer support” link from the App Store goes to a 404 page. Maybe this app is great for property owners but I am a person who wants to see a reservation and it is pretty lousy for that. It has no way to browse. If you do not have an access code the way you get one is email address and check in date which seems incredibly insecure. Most of the reviews of this app are actually reviews of the vacation houses people rented through the app. Not the same thing, honestly kind of irrelevant and should be removed.
Multiple stays
I cannot add additional rental stays in the app it only will show the first rental we have that uses this app but we have another rental that uses the app as well. Am I missing something??
Invite friends function doesn’t seem to work
I’ve tried to invite friends and the app says emails are sent but this doesn’t seem to be the case
Easy Breezy
Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and convenient to restaurants and beach. Pool was also very convenient for our little ones. Has fire pit for the adults. House was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.
Not user friendly
App is very difficult to navigate, you cannot copy to paste anything you need. It’s hard to find information.
Needs a good cleaning
It’s nice but would be nicer if room was cleaner. The floors need a good sweeping and the whole place need dusted. I don’t like walking on dirty floors. My socks was dirty and we have not even been outside yet. And if they would put better furniture in the living area. They really need to think about some bigger people now days. I’m going to have to go buy a chair just so my spouse can sit on the patio comfortably. When we first got here the patio door was broke called maintenance to come fix I also noticed the microwave door was broken I pointed that out to maintenance. He was really nice he brought us a fan. The shower in the main holds a lot water and really 4 shower heads they really only need one. It was hard enough to try to figure out. You have to turn on in four spots. Oh yea supposed to have WiFi it would not even pull up in the room. I have tried on more than one phone. I will add more later this is only my first night here.

Majestic lodge
The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. However there is a horrible smell throughout the entire cabin. We thought it would fade but today is a new day and it’s still as fresh as day one.
Beautiful Ocean House
Home was very clean when we arrived. Comfy beds great main bath and closet! There is lots of space to gather, the two refrigerators and separate ice maker make it easy to entertain. Outdoor furniture on both floors was great quality. Lots of seating both balconies! easy access to the beach
App is not working and has not ever worked
Have not been able to use app at all to make payments or do anything really. Very frustrating and disappointing. We have to call the office for everything.
