Vacasa - Vacation Rentals reviews
4.9 out of 5, based on 24,205 reviews.
Extremely Poor Customer Service
Did not give honest information about condition of property. Property was inhibitable but would not give us a full refund. Do not book a vacation with them!
Missing features the website has
On the website it’s easy to select not just the minimum, but also maximum number of bedrooms. Could this be added to the app? Would be most appreciated.
AVOID
Don’t use Vacasa. App sucks, it’s a TERRIBLE service. Recent rental had several issues. Biggest was leaking dishwasher. Robotic responses, said they will get back, never did. When contacted again, got the “sorry for the inconvenience”. I said thanks, they literally replied, “You are welcome”. Unreal
