Hello, I am writing regarding a serious issue with my account in Backgammon Stars. I previously had over 170 billion coins, but suddenly my balance was reset to zero without any clear explanation. I want to clearly state that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any unfair activity. I believe there may be a misunderstanding. I currently live in Iraq, where internet connectivity has been unstable recently due to regional tensions. My connection frequently disconnects during gameplay, and this has happened multiple times while I was playing. Because of these interruptions, I may have lost several matches unexpectedly. I am concerned that this situation might have been mistakenly interpreted by your system as intentional behavior (such as transferring coins to another player), which is absolutely not the case. Fun Game, But Terrible Sportsmanship
I enjoy Backgammon and this is one of the better apps that I have played. I have been playing for over a year now and unfortunately, the people that play this app have very poor sportsmanship laughing at you when they are winning showing bored if they are loosing or you are using some time to think about a play. This would be a better app if they did not allow the emoticons during play I can only give this app a 2 star rating because of the incredibly immature, rude people that play the game. Based on the flags on peoples profile they are predominately from Turkey. If this is a sampling of the mentality of the people from there I will definitely never be going there.
Fun but Futile
The dice are still not very random. Been playing this game several years. Fun but not really backgammon. It’s produced to make money for the developers. Buy lots of coins and you get great rolls. Your pile of coins always gets smaller over time. Win some games, but always lose more than your winning. Gotta keep you buying more coins.

I don’t think it’s much better than other apps I played. Algorithms seem unfair with opponents often rolling exactly what they need or multiple sets of doubles while you continuously roll 1s and 2s and the occasional double 6 when you can’t use it.

The gameplay is so slow. Hard to find matches. There’re hundreds of backgammon games out there I’d rather play with better interface and performance.

Fun but seems fixed
I’m assuming many of the players from Turkey are bots - the coincidental amazing rolls that they seem to always get is extremely frustrating. Makes it less fun than it could be if it were fair.

Rigged dice
The dice are not random. The game is designed in a way that you lose most of the games and need to buy coins. I just deleted it.
Needs some improvement
Overall, very good app. I wish there was a way to block some players so I didn’t have to play them again. Also, an increase in daily coins would be helpful since the lowest game is 1000 coins, followed by 10,000 for the 2nd level. The option to double should be a bit easier to see and access. Other than that, I like the layout and easiness of the app.

Nice App, Strange Dice
It does not seem like a random number generator or similar computational device is used for this game. I nearly always start the game with the same roll, and I have played more than one game where someone seems to always get the exact roll they need to get out and playing again. Maybe this is just weird luck, but it doesn't seem random to me...

I refuse to allow notifications to my phone on your game. It does not allow me to play unless I turn them on, I’ve enjoyed the game till your last update. If you are not allowing play without it then I will not participate. Pretty sad you are choosing notifications a mandatory thing. You e list a player.
