appen reagerer ikke godt med ens bank. har forsøgt at overføre penge men intet sker. appen kan godt virke uoverskuelig. Og der er ingen forståelig vejledning i hvordan man overfører fra andre platforme til saxo.
Satisfied, but add accessibility options.
Easy insight in my portfolio with this app. Placing orders, withdrawal of funds, and managing accounts or reading notifications is easy through the new app. Only on Android the scaling with custom system font size renders the app completely unusable. The iOS app is great, but accessibility options lack here too. I expect accessibility options or features to work on a serious investment & banking app.

Customer services doesn’t know how to advise on withdrawals, takes forever to review document submissions, blocks your account if they don’t get requested documents.

Gebruiksvriendelijk app met duidelijke en goed toepasbare functionaliteiten. Ik gebruik deze al jaren en ben zeer tevreden.
Instabiel
De app is gebrekkig. Wil soms niet laden met gezichtsherkenning en klapt er vaak uit bij het schakelen van de ene naar de andere rekening.

Ville ønske at der blev investeret i en mere nutidig og native app oplevelse. Med AI i dag er der ingen undskyldning for ikke at have en forrygende app.

Overzichtelijk
Fijne app heel overzichtelijk maar kan nog beter op een paar punten hier doen ze helaas niets aan bijvoorbeeld dag resultaten zat er vroeger wel in of een notitie veld waar je zelf iets bij je positiekan schrijven zoals bij de concurrent
Twee keer
Bij het openen van een grafiek moet ik eerst sluiten om de tweede keer wél de grafiek te kunnen zien. Dit op een iPhone, iPad of pc
Te vaak storing
Te vaak storing in de app al maanden bv als je intraday daggrafiek wilt zien dat je eerst op de week moet klikken. Dan weer op de dag. Daggrafiek blijft draaien

Helaas niet àlles vlekkeloos
Saxo heeft een goede overzichtelijke en fijne site maar weergave van grafieken, rendement regelmatig onjuist. Ook AutoInvest erg fijn alleen helaas niet op alfabet. Erg jammer.
Poor UX
The app has amazing functionality. However, it is hard to use it. Since a few months, the candle bar graphs dont work as smooth anymore as they used to. Every update the problem persosts. The menu has aways been terrible to use. The chat / support is poor. Only reason to have the app is that saxo has a very good price to value ratio.

Slechte dienstverlening
Mijn rekening wordt onnodig lang en onnodig geblokkeerd. Saxo claimt binnen 5 werkdagen te reageren, maar inmiddels is het al 10 dagen en geen uitzicht op een einde. Ik kan niet handelen, ondanks meerdere escalatie via de helpdesk. Ongelooflijke slechte dienstverlening en geen begrip voor de klant.
Music pauses when opening. Please fix. Issue persists after latest update.
If you open the app while music or radio is playing from your phone, whatever is playing pauses. It appears that something called 23video overrules it. Please fix this.

Ik heb de vraag beantwoord die al meer dan twee weken in behandeling is! Dat kan niet.

Manage to get my account up and running on this app in a short time. Was concerned with some of the feedback left in apps store, but I didn’t encounter any major issue. I did had some hiccups but was quickly resolved after calling the helpdesk. My overall experience with this platform is quite positive, so far, fingers cross.

Can’t seem to withdraw out my money. Have been writing to their customer support but they dont reply? Just do not invest with saxo. You can’t even take your money out if you want to. What a scam
Tevreden, maar ik mis iets
Overzichtelijk, makkelijk te hanteren. Ik mis echter een overzicht van mijn portefeuille qua regios, sectoren. Zoal morningstar dat , vroeger, had met de functie X ray.
Back to the 90ties user interface design
The user interface design is so outdated.
It’s not simple - not even close
UI is horrible, as if someone from the 90’s took ‘old school’ to another level. It’s basically it’s own OS and there’s just too many menus and sub-menus for the app to call itself ‘simple, low-cost investing’. Their messaging system does not work either, nor does their notification system, so contacting customer support is not easy either.

Slechte broker. De helpdesk weet niet waar je het over hebt als je op de S&P500 hebt. Buggy app met vaak login problemen. Je eigen liquide middelen op de app vaak niet beschikbaar op drukkere momenten. Slechte app.

Before you invest on this platform, check how to withdraw. This bank doesn’t allow me to withdraw my funds. I have raised several tickets. My bank account details for withdrawal don’t reflect and my tickets get automatically closed. Wrote to their Twitter handle- no response. Customer care helpline doesn’t work- kept on hold for 47 minutes. Still no resolution Biggest mistake to have invested my money in Saxo. Still awaiting resolution for 2 weeks now.
Werkt goed, fijne interface
Deze kan nog verbeterd worden door het mogelijk te maken om alle aan- en verkopen in een jaar eenvoudig zichtbaar te maken.
Meget vanskeligt sted at være kunde
Måske prisen er lidt lavere end i en bank - til gengæld er det enormt tidskrævende at være kunde i Saxo. Kort tid efter jeg var blevet kunde skulle jeg igen indsende hvidvaskdokumentation og en hel del fuldstændig det samme materiale som jeg havde indsendt ved oprettelse. Omkring 10 henvendelser pr. telefon og e-mail er ubesvarede. De telefoniske ved at medarbejderne skulle undersøge og vende tilbage. Det skete aldrig. Samtlige medarbejdere er vist studentermedhjælpere der arbejder et par dage om ugen og er helt uden engagement i arbejdet. Find en anden platform at investere på.

Zwakke communicatie. Eindeloos gezeur over info. Dit heb ik op geen enkele andere app. Geen excuses, ondanks fouten. Zou netjes zijn Overweeg om naar Lynx over te stappen

With very little experience in trading, Saxo made it so easy to use the platform.
Money went missing
Just top up my account and money is still not in my trading account after more than a week. It’s difficult to get a reply even after sending them messages!
More details
It would help if the this has the complete charts like the one in Trader app. Also would like Portfolio to have more details like total exposure per position, etc.

Jeres nye sider er svære at indlære. Alt for få informationer pr. Side sammenlignet med det gamle system.
Log in process and others
I suggest to have an option to login using just password without the additional smsa code bcos additional sms code does not really 100 % secure let say if ppl got my mobile phone, the sms code can be retrieve easily by just open up the sms app. Other platform that I used very much easier to use. Another thing is that the wish list that I had created earlier somehow I don’t go where, hard time to find back. I Find it less user friendly as before.
Basic & Erroneous
Very basic app to buy & sell. Great for beginners who don’t know much about trading. Issues include, but not limited to: - random logouts when using the platform - random error screens
Cannot login
What’s the point when I am unable to login? I attempted to reset the my password but system prompts that my password or ID are unknown (checked my records umpteen times). Not the first time I have issue with login since opening an account with Saxo at the start of 2020.
It used to be ok now it’s sh*t

Hvis man ønsker at blive behandlet som et menneske og som om kundeservice faktisk ønsker at udføre deres jobfunktion, så skal man kigge langt væk fra Saxo, deres kundeservice er middelmådig når de er bedst - som er yderst sjældent, vælg en anden platform så slipper man for den behandling
