App lag
J’appuie sur payer pour effectuer un paiement avec l’appli bancaire sa veut pas me rediriger vers la banque et quand sa le fait quand je paye je tape mon code l’appli crash, merci grace a vous jai pas pu payer mon ticket de train et maintenant j’ai une amende de 150€😊
Meldingen ontvangen
Het zou handig zijn om een melding te kunnen ontvangen als je een betaling ontvangt. Dit ontbreekt nog in de app.
Appli avec beaucoup de bugs
L’application n’est pas toujours fluide, les infos ne se mettent pas toujours à jour automatiquement. Plusieurs bugs constatés pour se connecter à l’application par exemple.
Goede app
Het is een goede app, alleen mis ik de mogelijk om mijn domiciliëringen in de app te beheren. Momenteel is dit enkel mogelijk via online-banking. Is dit mogelijk? Kunnen jullie de mededeling die je invoert bij een wero-overschrijving, ook in het bankafschrift laten verschijnen. Dit is nu niet het geval en maakt het invullen van de mededelingen bij wero niet echt nuttig. Verder vraag ik mij af of het mogelijk is om in de donkere modus zoveel mogelijk zwart te gebruiken wegens het voordeel op OLED-schermen?

Félicitations pour votre mise à jour et le service clientèle qui est limpide. Versement instantané ok - Apple Pay ok le tout sur un service gratuit avec des avantages sur chaque transaction. Je recommande.
Betalingen niet verricht
Vaak worden betaling die ik uitvoer niet echt verricht; ik ga door het proces en na de ondertekening verdwijnt het scherm van het transactieproces, maar het geld is dan niet afgeschreven en de transactie niet zichtbaar. Een bank moet zekerheid geven maar deze doet dat niet.
Fonctionnel
Fonctionne bien. Intuitive. Assez content. Un bémol: la lenteur de certaines transactions (1 à 2 jours). Sur une App de trading c’est assez gênant. Préconisez les placements à plusieurs semaines / mois.
Peut mieux faire
Une banque qui était au top pour le trading, maintenant franchement dépassée par rapport à la concurrence. La carte de crédit gratuite est un vrai point fort. Quelques bémols cependant : les frais de trading restent élevés, et de nombreux ETF n’étant disponibles qu’à Francfort, la facture monte vite. Le taux du compte épargne est dans la moyenne . Enfin, les bugs de connexion récurrents — aussi bien sur Safari que sur l’app iPhone (testé sur iPhone 16) — finissent par agacer. Des améliorations s’imposent. Trading = Il y a mieux, pourquoi ne pas proposer des achats récurrents de etf ? Baisser les frais …Banking = il y a mieux. Conclusion : un moment la visa gratuite ne suffira plus.
Pas stable
Problèmes de connexion 1 fois sur deux. Impossible de se connecter à mes comptes. C’est vraiment pénible à la longue.
25 Ans de pratique!
J’ai ouvert la relation avec VMS, devenue KEYTRADE, en 1997. A l’époque uniquement pour les opérations financières, ni cartes ni compte a vue, rien que les placements. De loin la meilleure plateforme, sans frais, 100% fiable ! Bravo !! C’est maintenant ma banque, compte à vue et carte, la seule et la meilleure…

Cette application n’est pas accessible avec VoiceOver de l’iPhone. Je constate ça régulièrement. À ce moment, dans les réglages, affichage des comptes, les menus de compte ne sont pas accessibles.

Nice app, when it works. Sadly there are too many instances where I log in, but the app repeatedly fails to load my account information. If you use it to do trading/stocks, and need the momentum, this really s*cks.

Het is een ene goeie app alleen jammer dat het super lang nodig heeft om op te starten en super lang moet laden zowel bij het beginscherm na u code of face id in te geven en dan nog eens om u rekening te kunnen zien dat het dan ook nog eens lang moet laden en dat is wel zonde en zou niet mogen bij een banking app eerlijk gezegd bij de andere banking apps heb je dat probleem niet dus doe daar iets aan want tis nie echt leuk om dat probleem te hebben soms sluit ik de app helemaal af en probeer ik het opnieuw en toch blijft het en ook zelf na het opnieuw opstarten dat het soms zelf langer dan 5 min duurt en nog niet lukt.

Heureusement que c’est une banque quasiment gratuite à 100 % parce que l’application est lente, elle bug souvent et patine fréquemment.

Was een vlotte app, sinds de IT transactie is het tergend traag.
Nieuwe update werkt precies niet
Bij het openen van de ‘’nieuwe app” duurt het heel lang voor je de app kan openen.. als in soms opent de rekening zelfs niet.
A bad experience that Even an update won’t fix
Im a belgian user of bank application, so when im using it is always in French (not very important but a Little bit to), i’ve lost the code to start my account in a change of adress, and when i’ve called the customer service, the woman who respond me Said that I am an idiot to loose this piece of papier, what shocked me Since then, I've had an inactive account that's been sitting idle for nearly half a year. It would be awesome to have finally access to this app to change this note..
Peut franchement mieux faire !
Pour une banque qui ose se présenter comme celle « d’aujourd’hui et de demain », il y a de sérieux points à améliorer : - permettre les paiements Bancontact via Apple Pay ; - permettre les notifications ; - intégrer Wero ; - intégrer Click to Pay ; - intégrer Itsme. Bref, ce qu’une véritable banque en ligne « d’aujourd’hui et de demain » doit proposer. Alors, évoluez par pitié !

Même avec la dernière version de l’application, et un compte suffisamment crédité, il est régulièrement impossible de réaliser les virements instantanés… 15.03.2026.
Terrible
One of the worst banking apps available. Full of bugs. Most of the time the scan QR code function fails to work meaning using an alternative card from another bank. App is old and limited in usability.
App doesn’t open
After using the app once, you cannot use it a second time. Ticking the icon only shows a blank screen.
Bad customer support, bad app
Steer clear - customer support is slow to respond and slow to resolve issues. The app is riddled with bugs, and not intuitive.
App loading constantly
In the last few weeks, the app is loading without stopping when trying to log in, tried to uninstall it but the problem is still there. Same on my IPad, very frustrating and annoying

Fed up with promises to fix over email that have not been resolved in three weeks.
Good daily baking app. Useless trading app.
Easy to use banking app. Trading app marred by the hundreds of hoops one must jump through just to place an order including an examination on your trading and investment knowledge before any order may be placed. A market order to buy one share in any company was impossible ( I tried many times for years). Instead I moved to one of the many fintech platforms catering to retail investors. Keytrade telephone support doesn't exist, because nobody has ever answered the phone.
