J’utilise l’application depuis le début et j’en suis très satisfait
Ne fonctionne pas
Lorsque je veux me crée un compte ça ne marche pas et ça me dis que je dois appeler la hello team, quand j’appelle cette dernière on me dis d’aller dans un bureau de post. Je veux juste avoir ce foutu compte pour pouvoir faire des achats en ligne .
Mise à jour à faire
« Un paiement de …€ a échoué » Ok ce serait peut être sympa de me dire il était pour qui/quoi ce payement ! Histoire que je puisse annuler l’abonnement ou bloquer ma carte avant qu’on me prenne mon argent quand j’en remettrai sur le compte principal.
Apple Pay
Je n’arrive pas à ajouter ma carte dans mon « wallet » apple, cela m’aiderais beaucoup de l’avoir mais je n’y arrive pas. Lorsque j’appuie sur ajouter carte bah il y a que mon ancienne carte bnp et pas la hellobank.
Dark mode icône application
Bonjour, serait-il possible de mettre l’application en mode sombre comme toutes les autres qui le proposent déjà ? Le mode sombre est déjà disponible dans l’application mais pas pour l’icône dans le menu home de l’iPhone

Het lukt niet om mijn overschrijving te tekenen met itsme. Al een hele dag niet. Als ik opnieuw wil proberen moet ik altijd alles opnieuw ingeven want ik kan de ontvanger ook niet bewaren.

Pas la meilleure banque
Le service est complètement nul comparé à d’autres banques… vous pouvez attendre un quart d’heure pour qu’une personne vous réponde et toujours rien. Je ne sais pas comment c’est possible. J’ai changé de banque pour aller chez ING et tout est meilleur, les offres, le service, l’application en elle même,…
Notifications lentes
Les notifications arrivent des heures après la transaction.

May 2026 update is just bad...
Nowadays instant transfers are everywhere... but not with BNP / Hello Bank... Starting in April/May 2026 it "hides" possibilityof instant transfers and you are required to do 2 extra clicks to select it as default setting will set it the day after. Whoever came with this idea should leave..
It’s cool
Decent app however there are a few simple thing they need to do, first a language option is seems there is no way to change the language in app. Second it pauses whatever music was playing when you open it.

Wat een flauwe app! Je kan zelfs de memodatum van een overschrijving niet ingeven…
Wero
Zodra een transactie gedaan is met wero, verdwijnt de omschrijving bij de bij -of afschrijving. Omdat ik hier veelvuldig gebruik van maak, is dit voor mij een reden om over te stappen naar een andere bank.
Nog veel verbeteringen mogelijk
- Het is heel vervelend dat media gestopt wordt wanneer ik de app opstart. - Betalingen met Apple Pay worden pas na ruim een dag weergegeven dus ik moet manueel mijn saldo bijhouden. - Betalingen met de Watch worden niet in Wallet weergegeven (de Wallet app op de Watch heeft deze functie niet)

Did not manage to open an account. No customer service.
I was attracted by hello bank as a modern alternative to classical banks. As such I expected a swift and digitalised processing and banking. However, I found my experience to be disappointing. I submitted an application to open an account. It’s supposed to take 5-7 business days. Other banks, such as Revolut, manage in hours. Yet even after that time nothing happened. Weeks later I got some messages about changing my PIN or activating my account. I would love to do that, if it weren’t for the small fact that I never received a card or reader over this whole time. My initial customer request about the delay remains unanswered after 2 weeks. I am done chasing them and will move on to another bank that’s willing to process my application.
Comptes enfants
En tant que parents séparés ayant besoin d’un compte commun, nous apprécions celui dont nous disposons chez Hellobank. Cependant nous devrons changer de banque car l’offre Hellobank Belgique concernant les comptes « enfant » est actuellement insuffisante. Dommage. On ira probablement chez KBC.

The app has become very unstable with basic functionalities, consistently failing due to a “technical issue”. Used to work like a charm, basically useless as of now. Please fix.

No SMS received on USA phone nr 😔
No SMS received on USA number +1xxx.xxx.xx.xx (AT&T) so can’t register my account in the app 😔 receiving SMS works fine from other providers (currently in Belgium on BASE network I get texts sent to my US AT&T number) same problem as someone else reported here so I think this is an issue with the SMS gateway Fortis is using 😒

The app crashes
The app crashes suddenly without any reason. I had to delete and reinstall and configure my profile every time the app crashes. When it crashes the app just flashes and do not open. It is a headache to operate this app.It should be renamed as “Bye Bank” instead of “Hello Bank”
Basisfuncties werken, maar app zeer instabiel
De app beschikt over alles wat je nodig zou hebben, zij het een beetje basic. Helaas heeft de app last van heel wat instabiliteit. Zo kan ik vaak geen QR-codes scannen om te betalen wegens een fout of kan ik zelfs helemaal niet inloggen. Jammer aangezien je tegenwoordig op veel terrassen met QR-codes moet betalen…
Privacy
Zal mooi zijn als privacy mode als basis ingesteld kan worden in plaats van altijd te schudden voor wie dat optie als basis wil kiezen. Mvg

Juste au niveau des notifications sur le compte qui vraiment importante maintenant que la sécurité est choses sensible. - virements ou mouvement du compte -entrée sur le compte etc....

Latest version doesn’t work
What hebben jullie gedaan 😩😩😩 app doesn’t work anymore. First i have to log in 2-3 times cause it keeps saying I’ve been logged out. Then it doesn’t show the amounts in my accounts i have to refresh 3x and i can no longer make transfers!
