I’ve been with KBC for years, never had a problem. But when I transfer money to this account I find it’s slow.
App werkt niet in buitenland
Buitengesloten uit de app. Aanmelden lukt niet en moest mij verifiëren via en itsme en telefoonnummer en id kaart en video opname (gdpr boeit hun niet). Alternatief is op kantoor langskomen. Leuk als je 3 maand in het buitenland zit. Video werd doorgestuurd ter controle en dan nog geweigerd. De procedure opnieuw doorlopen en nog steeds wordt alles geweigerd. Rommel

Ik mis KBC touch. Dat was veel gebruiksvriendelijker. Wij oudere mensen (ik word binnenkort 75) hebben nood aan duidelijkheid.
Qr code
Bij het scannen van een qr code vanaf een bepaald rekeningnummer wordt het bedrag overgemaakt van een andere rekening. Telkens goed opletten en zelf aanpassen. Ik heb dit al eerder gemeld maar zonder reactie van KBC….

Ik woon in het buitenland en dit is zo ver veel fijner dan destijds met dat apparaat.

Main finance app
I’ve been customer with them for more than 15y and I love the innovation that they have pushed. Always at the forefront. They cover 85 % of my financial needs with great customer service. Highly recommended. Only criticism I have is their maintenance fee
This app is pas bon
When I first opened a KC account, the teller told me how wonderfully rated this is. It offers some nice things that have nothing to do with actual banking. In order to pay by iban, I had to talk to their AI bot. I also can’t get my historical monthly statements. And the bot just keeps telling me to go to the same place over and over. I would much prefer a traditional search engine and traditional features where I’m not talking to a bot to pay an iban bill. There are far too many limitations on this app and they distract you with features such as discount on train fares.

Het is ongelooflijk dat men een card reader nodig heeft indien men een betaling van meer dan 2500€ wil maken. Niet iedereen heeft toegang tot itsme - sommige mensen hebben een grotere wereld dan Vlaanderen en aldus een GSM die in een ander ander land is geregistreerd. Sommige mensen zijn dikwijls in een ander land en de hele tijd rond zeilen met een card reader op zak is belachelijk. Geen enkele bank in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, geen enkele bank in Singapore en geen enkele bank in de Verenigde Staten is zo kortzichtig! Daarenboven word een debet kaart te pas en te onpas (zonder verwittiging) ingetrokken indien men werkt met Revolut. De Vlaamse klei is heel erg diep. Onvoorstelbaar teleurstellend.

One of worst banking app in the world. Nothing possible to find straight away. Nothing clear. Advice : you need to take a training from British banks specialists to create everything adequately.
Overschrijving
Regelmatig blijft bij een betaling de app hangen. Waardoor deze niet altijd correct uitgevoerd wordt.
Coupled with itsme
Not possible to make payments without itsme app, which is not available on the US app store
Newest version app
Ik vind de nieuwe versie van de app helemaal niet goed en het oogt ook niet mooi. Alles staat nu samen onder elkaar gezet en is traag met laden. Ook het scherm van uw rekening, waar je uw betalingen ziet is totaal niet overzichtelijk meer. De letters die ervoor staan vind ik irritant en je kan het verschil niet merken met betalen die zijn gedaan of nog moeten gebeuren. De vorige versie was perfect, de nieuwe trekt op niks.
Werkt altijd.

Just keeps getting worse
They keep adding pointless features, making it harder and harder to actually do bank things like transfer money. Which doesn't work half the time (signing with itsme almost always needs two attempts). Also, receiving money by QR code can take days.

Literally best banking app ever
I have lived in multiple countries and this is by far the most innovative, easy to use apps. Would say one of my favourites in general! They keep adding on new features that are incredible. Couldn’t live without it.
Verrichtingen duren te lang
KBC mobile goed te kunnen gebruiken is heel erg afhankelijk van het tijdstip en je internetverbinding. Soms kan ik inloggen binnen 30 seconden en een betaling direct uitvoeren, maar meestal blijft het al tijdens het inloggen oneindig lang laden en kan ik niet verder. Dit meest op de peek moment tussen 8 en 21u. Jammer, je staat er dan geregeld zonder betaalmiddel en dat is lastig. De App verwijderen en opnieuw installeren help niet.
Treveden!!!
Het is leuk als je de Apple Pay mogelijkheid zouden toevoegen dan krijgen jullie van mij al de vijf sterren. In afwachting .....

Graag vetter lettertype gebruiken, ik vind de lichte versies niet makkelijk leesbaar. En het is niet duidelijk als ik een betaling doe naar een andere rekening waar ik de begunstigde kan bewaren. Bedankt!
Beschikbaarheid
Ik heb vandaag tweemaal 30 minuten aan de telefoon gewacht vanuit Texas en niemand nam op. Dit is niet aanvaardbaar.
Terrible bank stay away!!!
Terrible bank, terrible customer service. Nothing but problems and I’ve only had an account for 2 months. Spent several hours trying to use card reader and after 3 days of speaking with they still can’t resolve the issue. Instead of resolving issue they do the same thing over and over. I am late for my payment and there’s nothing I can do because they won’t even setup a transfer for me at a branch. Changing banks. Urge you to stay away!!!
Fast and easy to use
This is a good app. It does things easier and faster than using the card reader. I only use it to make money transfers in general, therefore y can't say anything about the electronic payment option.
User friendliness could be improved
App is not very user friendly. That could be improved a lot for the rest app works fine, but is just a bit unclear
It could be better
Not trying to compare but I also have the Bank of America app and it's way more detailed than the KBC app. It took me a while to get the hang of the KBC app bc I had been so used to using the BoA app which was way easier to navigate.
Not friendly for non-residents
I live in the US and can not get access to my documents as I can’t get into Doccle. I used to be able to log in to Doccle with my username and password, but that option has disappeared for some reason.

Great basic functions
I don't use this to do anything complex because my language skills are not so high. However this app allows you to perform all the necessary basic functions and to maintain a watch over your accounts. For basic use, high marks. Can't say anything about complex use.
Scannen van overschrijvingsopdracht laat app crashen
De laatste 2 versies van de app in combinatie met de laatste iOS12 versie crashen wanneer er een foto van een overschrijvingsopdracht wordt gemaakt. Helpdesk zegt app verwijderen en opnieuw installeren, helaas kan dat niet zonder pasjeslezer....
Bon app!
Très pratique! Simple, sûr et ergonomie bien améliorée : mieux que sur le web. Les virements ne sont plus limités à 250€/jour. Bravo aux développeurs! Seul bémol, mais de taille, le PIN est passé à 5 chiffres, contrairement aux autres PIN de KBC. Un nouveau PIN à retenir! Quel intérêt?

How can i pay ? Permanent changes to the layout of their app
I feel absolutely cheated because there is no way that i can easily pay bills, transfer money from account to account. Kbc permanently changes the way this mobile account works. I waste time, can not pay or transfer money because the only applications which are easy to get and understand are the ones where kbc wants to sell services to the customer. Kbc does not want the customer in their branch and then CALLS in order to make an appointment to "inform" the customer about their products. Sharp practice!! As a customer I just feel that I have no control over my own account. This is good for kbc, but very bad for me. Kbc does not offer the service to print bank statements in the branches so that the control of the bank account becomes extremely difficult for people who don't wish to check their account on a daily basis on a mobile device. Sharp practice!!! Kbc employees will lose their jobs on top of it, because they are not needed any longer. The branches are empty and the employees bored and have not much to do because the unhappy customers are not welcome in the branch anylonger. Either mobile banking works flawlessly or the service is customer friendly. Kbc got it all wrong with their wish to control the customer's money through cloud banking and leaving the customer trapped. Sharp practice of which I strongly disapprove and which makes me just angry and extremely unhappy.
Good App but one request
Very good app but on a mobile banking app from another bank I can login using Touch ID on iOS devices. Implement this on your app and you can have 5 stars.
Not that good anymore.
Was excellent. WAS.. because recently the App is excruciating slow. Starting the App is increasingly cumbersome and slow. Logging in, dito. Frequently one has to repeat the procedure before it’s finally working. Connecting by WiFi has become problematic. Even within the own network. It’s suboptimal that one has to reboot the (Telenet) modem each and every time before connecting. 4G works better be it slower than before. KBC help-desk seems to be unable to help on this point. Let’s hope that all the recent and increasing jazzy “bells and whistles” are not at the expense off operational functionality and speed.... ⁉️
