Very pleased for the service through out.
Not happy at all
Since the first day when I open my account, the app never work. The card and the car reader not connect to the app ! The only thing I will do is close this account I opened 3 days ago. Because is useless and frustrating. One positive point the card e car reader come to my address in 3 days.

App werk vaak niet wanneer je een QR wil scannen om te betalen of wanneer je een betaalverzoek wil aanmaken. Erg lastig dat je hier niet op kan rekenen wanneer het erop aankomt. Ik heb dit probleem al opgenomen met ING maar zij trekken zich dit niet aan.
Good! but the path for improving is still long
As an user i have assisted to the efforts of the developer team to improve upon the original app. The result reached is good and sufficient for a day by day management. The path is however still long to compete with other apps like Revolut. Donât give up, developer team!

The app better work for you because youâre not going to get any other customer service⊠One of the appâs functionalities doesnât work for me and itâs impossible to find a solution: they take days to reply on the chat only to direct me to their phone line, and on the phone they told me book an appointment with a bank only to tell me appointments must be booked on the app, which also doesnât workâŠ

Worst user experience in the history of banking - im closing my account and I would rather stab myself in the eye rather to have anything to do with this scam institution⊠6 months trying to close my account from outside the country - simply impossible - lazy employee - impossible user flow. I dare you to try to get an appointment.

The level of service delivered today at the ING branch, Schuman, was exceptionally good. Congratulations.
Not working
Not working, unpredictable and mirrors a general decline in INGâs level of customer service, that used to be good. So not only is the app poor - or at the moment, not working at all, my local branches have closed. As a business customer I have a dedicated GSM for someone in the bank who has literally never answered a call, has never responded to a message left. The call centre tell you they have resolved a problem, but the changes will be made in 24 hours - and sometimes when you logon the following day the same problem has not been fixed. A-BYS-MAL.

Belgische app is identiek aan Nederlandse app maar in Nederlandse app kan ik eenvoudig jaaropgave voor belastingdienst downloaden In Belgie is dat weer lastig

I have been unable to correct my the system with my new address. ING makes it impossible! Find an easier back to deal with.

No App Support and Technical Error
Unable to login due to technical error. App support in Apple Store lands on 404 page. Hopefully the dev team can resolve this soon as the old app is being decommissioned in 6 days.

Faire un virement classique dâun compte Ă un autre avec Wero nâest mĂȘme pas possible vu quâil nây a pas dâoption qui le permet. Il est censĂ©e remplacer Payconiq, cependant ce dernier est toujours disponible Ă travers lâapplication que ce soit pour payer ou Ă travers les logos. Quand allez-vous enfin rĂ©gler cela ?

Bad but no other option.
New app is worse, less functional and requires more updates to stay working. Very bad all-round. very much considering changing banks just because of this.

Disaster
Doesnât work. Despite several attempts and updates over a two week period I still cannot access my account through the app. It sends a message that something has gone wrong. This has caused me significant problems as I can now only access my account through my laptop. PLEASE SCRAP THIS APP AND RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS ONE WHICH WAS GREAT. Otherwise please help me....!
Down grading via previous app
I am sooo upset with the new app. There most have been a big moneysaving. For ING to move to this app. So much less functionality. Also I found zoomit in the meantime, no overview of development bankaccounts anymore, no view on pending transactions, ⊠Is there any way to keep the old app? This is really a step back! Got in the meantime a bit more familiar with it. Still anoid about some missing features like the possibility to see the saldo of all credit cards linked to this account

Lâapplication est globalement bien mais souffre dâun retard par rapport Ă la concurrence pour ce qui est des graphiques des comptes. Câest pas un ajout trĂšs difficile Ă mettre en place et ferait une rĂ©elle diffĂ©rence !

Where is the iPad compatibility?
Claimed compatible with iPad, well if you want a phone app scaled up it can work - but the old app was a proper iPad version. This is a downgrade I will now delete it as a waste of space. The old app was removed from use before this one is ready for customers. Come on ING, you used to be ahead of the game - now itâs heading rapidly backwards.

Prima app maar de omschrijving van een afschrijving laat soms te wensen over en kan men niet zien waar de betaling betrekking op heeft.
Zoekfunctie
De zoekfunctie is veel te beperkt. Er zijn geen filters mogelijk bv voor bedrag âvan .. tot..â
Kaart scannen lukt niet
Voor het aanmelden moet je je kart scannen Ăłf zelf het nummer invoeren. De scan doet er eeuwen over. En het nummer kun je niet zelf invoeren omdat het toetsenbord alleen nummers bevat en mijn kaartnummer ook cijfers bevat. Beetje onhandig dusâŠ.

no English version!!
I was forced to move to this socalled new version but it does not have English version. The is a setting where it appears you can choose language, and there is an option for English. However, no matter how many times I chose it, the app is still in French. It is so much worse than the former app.
Previous app much better than this one
This app is just terrible. Not easy to use and less features than the previous one. I donât understand why we had to migrate to this app when the other was perfect. Unfortunately, this is a downgrade.

De app loopt regelmatig vast, vooral betalen met QR code lukt regelmatig niet. Rekening info wordt traag bijgewerkt. Ben verhuisd vanuit NL naar BE en dit is echt een flinke stap achteruit qua digitaal bankieren.
Terrible
Very bad app, the previous one was ok, so why change it? I can no longer use Zoom payments on this app, and it comes up with an error message when I try to do an international payment. Often it doesnât even work. So bad....

A joke
They « updated the app » and to download the new one you need the outdated card readers... which left me the whole day with NO way of accessing my online account our making the ne essaye transfers I needed that day- if they are using so called new technology I would assume they would have used it for the downloading of new app and facilitated the transfer for clients. The new app has nothing worth all this trouble, just looks different, the previous app was so much more user friendly, efficient, and practical. Big shame, the ONLY positive thing about ING was the previous mobile app which was very convenient but now I am thinking to change banks as there is nothing worth staying with them.

Add the forced updates and you have a recipe for a representation of how heinously backward high street banking has become. Save your money and sanity and go with sobering rooted in the 21st century like Wise (formerly TransferWise)

Logged into my account easily but it is not showing my accounts. It just says âsomething went wrong. Please try again laterâ. Please sort this out.
