Terrible application. Just takes you to the website. Never works late at night as site always down for maintenance every evening. Very poor.

Ça s’améliore. Continuer ainsi car cela facilite la compréhension du remboursement et cela évite de devoir téléphoner pour demander des explications . Merci

Opdringerige/overbodige vragen en verwarrend/enerverend bij invoer van naam van ziekenhuis.

Vlotte en duidelijk om in te vullen via de app.
Ne fonctionne toujours pas
Impossible d’accéder à l’application après identification. Peux être lié au domicile extérieur Belgique ?

Ik kan de bijlagen soms moeilijk vinden / openen
Kan geen medische kosten uploaden
Jammer dat er nog steeds een bug in zit dat je geen medische kosten kan uploaden. Als ik op die knop klik val ik terug op de homepage van mijn Ag benefits… los dit eens op aub!

Malheureusement, à chaque fois qu’il y a une mise à jour sur iPhone, l’application ne fonctionne plus.

Werkt meer niet dan wel.
Regelmatig wit scherm met een draaiend wieltje. Enkel deleten en herinstalleren helpt. Betrouwbaarheid van de app beneden alle peil.
