From recently - app hides instant payments - (you need one more click to enable Instant)- instead of making them being default when transferring money. Whoever made that UI change should be fired..
Advanced warning for internal client bank payments
I have recently had far too many amounts of money taken out of my debit accounts that go into the negative when using my investments and moving money around. Taking money that I’m moving around without warning nor any more details on the transaction make me feel incredibly vulnerable when a client should feel trust and transparency

Zeer toegankelijke app voor blinde gebruikers. Enkel jammer als mijn vriend grote overschrijving wil doen naar onbekende rekening, ik ben bang om daar fouten in te maken, via de pc dat hij it'sme vraagt. Ik zal die it's me toch als blinde eens moeten gaan proberen maar een vriend vindt dat niet zo veilig voor mij. Of het terecht is weet ik niet. Jammer dat het niet altijd met de Digipass is en dat je itsme nodig hebt voor grote overschrijvingen. Ik vind de app nog steeds gebruiksvriendelijk als voiceovergebruiker (blind)

Melding krijgen bij ingestelde in en/of uitgaven werkt niet op iPhone. Anders kreeg deze nog een ster meer.

This app exists for about ten years as far as I know, and yet it is as useless as its first day. After all those years and so many updates, it’s still far behind other apps developed by other Banks. It’s most of the time down in the evenings due to technical problems! Absolutely useless!

L’utilisation de l’a.appris est trop difficile pour une personne plus âgée.

Compte bloqué à l'étranger
C'est la 4e fois que mes comptes sont bloqués à l'étranger car soit disant le mot de passe est incorrect... alors que j'utilise face id avec un iphone...c'est tres handicapant pour les voyages...
Fais le job
Bon pour les virements. Sinon ils devraient s’inspirer de Revolut/N26 pour etre à la page. Par exemple, il faudrait qu’ils implémentent les notifications pour chaque transaction. Aussi je préférais que le nom sous l’icone soir “BNP Fortis”. Pour moi “Easy Banking” ça ne veut rien dire et pas intuitif. Et pour finir, le message “ceci n’est pas une preuve de paiement” sous les transactions n’a pas de sens. Cela pertubent tous ceux à qui on veut prouver un paiement. Les autres banques n’indiquent pas ça.

Comme personne d’un autre âge je regrette que les contacts de personnes à personne soient devenus difficiles😩

Triste de devoir demander de l’aide au premier venu car le numérique me dépasse. Une honte sociale, que d’isoler les personnes âgées de la vie quotidienne.

Lors d’une première utilisation , les messages d’erreur de sécurité sont difficilement compréhensibles et peu intuitifs. Je fais des opérations sur le compte de ma maman trop âgée pour le faire. Le système me refuse les virements instantanés .

Pas moyen d’avoir des extraits bancaires mensuels du 1 au 31 de chaque mois, dommage

APP BIGGED AND POOR SERVICE
It has been fées days I was not able to make any transfer. Called the client service and they asked me to refresh or re-install the App. After having done it, nothing worked up to today. Poor service to my taste. I had an energy and needed money!

Having only just started to use the app, I find it intuitive and easy to use
Not working for more than 3 days.
When trying to log in the app blocks, the only thing I see is a circle that keeps circling. I hope that this issue gets solved very soon is it causes a lot of inconvenience when living abroad!

L’application est bien faite, elle est fonctionnelle et rapide… Mais il manque un mode sombre pour qu’elle soit parfaite !
Mise au point appareil photo
Bonjour, depuis la nouvelle mise à jour l’appareil photo ne bascule plus en macro sur mon iPhone 14 pro pour le scan des qr code! Donc quand j’approche le code pas moyen de payer car c’est flou. Hors j’ai vérifié mon appareil photo n’a aucun soucis. Merci d’avance de corriger ce problème.

New look of the app is good but there are still limitations: one feature I would appreciate is the Notifications with bank movements (when you receive or pay). Please add it to next release

La banque d’ un monde qui change? Rien ne fonctionne et tout est ultra compliqué. Du jamais vu. Même dans le tiers-monde ils sont plus avancés

L’exécution du virement s’est bien passé, et c’est très facile à faire. Ça fait du bien de pouvoir agir en toute sécurité et aussi facilement.

Absolutely horrendous service and app. Trying since Friday to contact the bank, impossible and can’t access my account through app. Won’t recommend at all!
crashing on start
The app starts to crash, tried to restart switch off internet or todo anything can’t help. Please remove videos and photos of unknown people. At least use what I have in my phone.

Ondermaats in vergelijking met andere bank apps
Te weinig functionaliteit, je moet teveel zaken via een bankkantoor regelen ipv zelf digitaal via de app bijv je bankpas activeren voor gebruik buiten europa of om contactloos betalen uit te zetten. Hoog tijd voor verbetering van de digitale dienstverlening.
Nog altijd niet aangepast voor iPhone X
Meer dan 2 maanden na de release van de iPhone X en enkele updates later is de app nog altijd niet aangepast voor het grotere iPhone X scherm.

Je suis ravi de cette misse à niveau. La nouvelle appli offre un usage fortement amélioré qui met en avant les aspects importants du mobile banking.
Werkt regelmatig niet
Derde opeenvolgende dag dat er problemen zijn met deze app. Het is allemaal mooi en wel om kantoren te sluiten en mensen aan te moedigen om digitaal te bankieren. Het zou dan wel handig zijn moest jullie app ook werken!

Mist nog veel aan functionaliteiten
Ze zeggen het oog wil ook wat, dat uw waar ze aan hebben gewerkt. De Shell is mooi gemaakt. Helaas op de ios versie is copy & paste van Iban nummers niet mogelijk of eigenlijk copy & paste is in zijn geheel niet bestaand in de app. De app heeft geen mobile pay functie. Snelle betalingen zijn niet mogelijk. Hopelijk werken ze aan deze functies voor een latere release.
Moet helaas nog de kaartlezer gebruiken
Net gedownload, ziet er goed uit. Kleine testje gedaan, werkte prima. Op een paar puntjes na. Helaas moet ik toch gebruik maken van de kaartlezer. Moet ik deze toch nog mee slepen. Erg onhandig. Misschien een idee om deze app niet afhankelijk te maken van de kaartlezer? Pincode of Touch ID moet voldoende zijn. Verder sluit het niet vanzelf af bij het verlaten van de app. Je moet zelf uitloggen of de sessie verloopt na een tijdje en sluit dan pas af. En tenslotte, bij het inloggen met de Touch ID sluit de app. Je moet de app weer openen om de (geopende) bankrekening te bekijken. Bij mijn andere bank (NL, Rabo) is het stukken eenvoudiger. Pincode en klaar. Bedrag storten met een klik op de knop. Alleen bij grote bedragen of nieuwe begunstigde moet ik de kaartlezer gebruiken. Uitloggen doet het automatisch bij het verlaten van de app.
