Terrible app to use , complicate unnecessary
App has changed a lot , very unuser friendly, hardly readable on an iPhone 15 !
Do not OPEN account
Is one of the worst investment apps ever. I’ve tried multiple time to close the account, the have delay delay delay - and keep charging me monthly fees, withdrawal is a nightmare. AGAIN DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!

In previous version there was option to login and logout with facial ID. That option was very convenient and simple - is it possible to login with facial identification?
Ständige Fehler, Abstürze...
An sich eine wirklich schöne, gut aufgebaute und benutzerfreundliche App. ABER auch die mit Abstand störungsanfälligste Bankapp, die ich je hatte. Ich muss mich oft mehrmals mittels Face-ID einloggen und werde wieder rausgeworfen. Oder die App zeigt Daten nicht an mit Vermerk "Kontodaten nicht verfügbar" oder "Chartdaten konnten nicht geladen werden" oder im Suchfeld kommt einfach gar nichts "Kein Ergebnis gefunden" oder "beim Laden der Daten ist ein Fehler aufgetreten". Absolut unnütz, wenn man auf Marktschwankungen einigermassen zeitnah reagieren möchte. Sehr sehr schade. (Nachtrag: Ja, die neuste Version ist installiert. Die Probleme bestehen nach jedem Update weiterhin.)
Gut aber ….
In der App kann man keine Daueraufträge sehen und auch nicht bearbeiten. Auch zukünftige Zahlungen erscheinen nicht. Bei einem Elite Konto sollten die Trading Gebühren angepasst werden. Zu hoch ! Könnt ihr das bitte ändern?

Appalling App - Won’t recommend it
Truely horrible app, they should be embarrassed. Not user friendly and limited functionality.
Good overall
Needs a bit of a UI refresh (just as the website) and a chat function for trading support would be useful.

Früher eine gute, stabile App. Nun mit jedem Update schlechter: Dauernde Störungen. Bitte wieder ältere Version aufschalten.

Swissquote is a fantastic bank and place to safe guard your finances, I have had a wonderful experience with them so far and enjoy that they are at the forefront of new technologies, while maintaining great security. Bravo

- Level 3 codes not working when opening from notifications. Bacially you open it and nothing happens you have to go manually to account and find level 3 confirm button. - please add messaging so I don’t have to login on website to read/write to support - crypto takes you to an external website where you need to login again and you not sure how safe it is - please add new managed account feature to the app

The app is very glitchy. Lots of authentication layers that include Level 3 mobile and aren’t quite working. Already reviewed for same but not fixed.

App is generally good. The Cards section of the app stopped working since the last update or two.
Hard to transfer stocks & withdrawal cash
Took over 3 months to transfer $AMAZ & $AAPL stocks out. Had to chase by phone to execute a € cash withdrawal. So customer service isn’t a strong point. Expensive and uncompetitive fees. Also iPhone / iPad app lacks features & $ CHF currency default is annoying when holding £ & € cash & $ USD equity. It’s all Luxembourg based so not Swiss at all. Look around for a better provider. Download different apps for comparison first!
Unfriendly and based on Swissquote not Consumer needs
When you want to extract your money, it’s hard. The app design changes and gets less user friendly each time. Much more difficult to use than other apps of this type and costs are higher than others so I would expect it to be better
Clumsy and not user friendly
Clumsy look and feel written by Euro geeks who don’t seem to understand either financial English or how Anglo private clients like to operate. CSV file export is appalling. Absolutely useless for analysis without rekeying the data. After 3 months use, it is easy to see that this is a big step back from the far superior Internaxx platform in lacking sophistication ( no portfolio X-ray) and ease of use.

Bad outlay of graphs
This new update is not at all practical for the customer: 1) Previously when “assets” were opened the whole screen was available. 2) Now the “assets” section covers only 1/4 th of the screen with limited information and to see the whole situation one has to go left and right continuously. 3) “ Assets” are the most dynamic of all tables and changes instantenously. Why does it have to share space with other tables (overall situation and graph of cash and assets) which are both much less dynamic, only followed daily or weekly, if not monthly. 4) Therefore how can I expand the “assets” section to cover the whole screen? Has some powerful features but the layout isn’t the most intuitive and it can be frustrating to use.

Quite informative…
… but also pretty old school. The app has some good features but it’s pretty clunky, takes ages to load and looks like it was designed in 1999. If Swissquote want more customers I would recommend they address their entire online appearance.

The app is pretty good - but over the last week or so - there are some bugs with data quality (eg spx emini futures are showing wrong values for their % change on the day and option Greeks have vanished ? (How can you trade without these??) - that being said it’s generally a cheap , robust and efficient platform - I’d continue to recommend it

Bad app. Even worse service.
Quite basic trading app. Very high fees. Surprisingly difficult to get money out of the app. When something goes wrong and you need to speak to someone the service is bad. Interactive Brokers is a better alternative.
Poor login system
Despite having Face ID, this does not work often, especially after the app needs updating. Log in procedure is difficult without Face ID.

Every time I log in today I get an error message data not found
Lacks many useful functions
Good start, lacks many useful functions. For each shareholding, what are the several purchases by date and change in price? What are the dividend percentages and amounts? And so on.

No inactivity logout
App seems good in general but there seems to be no way of configuring auto logout after a period of inactivity. That means the app is a security breach waiting to happen. It’s not good enough these days to rely on the platform (desktop or mobile device) to deal with security. The app should have security built in. Otherwise this would be a 4*.

Very limited functionality and unhelpful interface. Virtually no help available just a reference to a phone number!

Good but can’t transfer funds
I prefer the app as I’m not a regular trader. I like the overall layout it’s fairly simple to navigate. I can’t see a way of funding or transferring cash out of the account
Not user friendly
I miss the Internaxx app. I could see my base cost and growth. The portfolio is now only shown in EUR and my investments are in other currencies. Not user friendly.
Limited functionality
It would be nice to see a history of my portfolio with a proper interactive graph. Not a static picture without figures.
