Scam
They claim the report will be ready in two weeks time, it has been over a month and we still haven’t receive our report, tried to contact them through the apps and emails multiple times, no response at all……..
ちゃんと検査されてます
海外のテストなので、ちゃんと検査されてるかちょっと疑問に思いつつ、ハーフの子供達の検査をしてみました。ちゃんとDNAのエスニックはアジア人と半分（49対51）に分かれてたので、ちゃんと検査はされていました。そんなグレードの高い検査してませんが、項目多く活用の仕方がまだいまいちわからないので⭐︎4つ。検査としては比較的低価格でスムースで良いと思います。
Can’t access reports
After latest update unable to access my reports. App went back to basic asking to register kit like the whole app has been reset
Beneficial for health information
This app has been great in aiding how to workout and how to eat. I was having a lot of digestive problems before and it gave me guidance. Critiques: The ancestry part does NOT include ANY Native American break downs and instead spreads it across all of the other domains. Would love to see this updated. A search app as well for medications and etc would be helpful.

Great advise for my diet & lifestyle based on my DNA report & what kind of exercise suits me. Most importantly the DNA also can tell about early detection of the possibility disease that you might get. Prevention is better than cure!

This wasn’t my first dna kit. I liked the special features that circle offered that others didn’t. The results said I was half Asian. I’ve done other dna tests, I’m 0% Asian. Couldn’t trust anything I saw after seeing such a big error like that. To top it off I got slapped with a $120 fedex shipping fee AFTER I already submitted everything back using the prepaid shipping label that was accepted. Worst experience ever. Absolute total scam.
Cannot register
Hello! I’ve recently spent … quite a sum of money on one of these test kits, and the application won’t let me input a password to finish registration. This is incredibly frustrating and I see that I am not the only person to have experienced it.
What can I do
I don’t know why my information has been reset like I’m a new visitor. It asks me to activate, scan the code but my report should be there.
Best DNA test out there!
Wow my goodness when I took my circle DNA test, I found out so many new things about my body! Now I can actively work to get healthy!
Report did not appear
Paid a few hundred dollars to buy the kit, followed the instructions, submitted my sample and started my wait of 18 business days. When I finally received an email that my report is ready, the whole account on the app got reset and I was told that my account does not exist on the app. Was made to re-register with the same account but my report was nowhere to be found on the entire app. Emailed customer support for help and they are extremely inefficient. This staff called Adrian only replies to each of my email reply after 6 days even though I reply him within a day every time he sends me an email. And every time he replies me, he would be asking me for a different screenshot of my app. It’s been 3 weeks communicating with Adrian and my report is still missing in the app.

App works great. Easy peasy.
I read one review that it didn't work on an iPhone 11. Works fine on mine. Got my whole family loaded and I like how the process is tracked. Now waiting for the results! 🧬
Cannot update app
Trying to log in and the app says it needs to update but will not. It passes the update screen snd goes straight into the log in screen. Then I cannot log in because it cannot send a verification code since it’s not updated. Omg what a waste of a lot of money.

Unable to create profile
I’m using an Iphone 12 and have the most updated app and ISO version. Unable to create the profile as the keyboard refuses to go away!!! How annoying. You would think spending so much money on a kit, you’d at least have proper functionality of the app. What a horrible user experience 🙄 Would not have bought the kit if I knew.

After verifying the email, can’t type anything on the password I am very sure all the good reviews from buying 🙄

One year on, app still does not work on iPhone. No way to register on website. This looks like a scam.

Can’t register profile as the keyboard blocks the lower half of the screen. Very frustrating
