Easy to use
The teleconsult is a life saver. I did not have time to sacrifice 2-3 hours for the sake of a 10-min office consultation. A 4-minute teleconsultation was fully sufficient.
Useless app
Worthless app not showing any data
Booked tests gone missing
I’ve used this app for about 10 months and all okay up to now. However, four days ago I booked a pre-departure PCR test through the app and since the latest update, I can no longer access the booking for the PCR test through the app - I’m not sure if this is related to the update, but it’s somewhat frustrating that when you book and pay for something through an app, I am now unable to find any reference to it. Perhaps the recent update is related to this issue?

I love the fact that I got to see a doctor from my own home (I’m too sick to leave my home), received instant advice, MC and medicines delivered to my home on the same day. The process was seamless and efficient!
Review
When booking my appointment, it asks to re enter my address and phone number. This info is already in my profile. Also, in the edit profile, it does not all me to change my phone number.

Total farce of an app
This app is less than useless. After you go through the process of filling out your details, occasionally the app will crash and you have to start from the beginning. To make matters worse, sometimes the reception counter does not recognise the queue number and revert back to a number that they manually issue, making waiting time very long. Raffles Medica really need to get their act together. This app is not fit for purpose

Where is the E queue function? That’s the only reason I downloaded the App.

I downloaded this and spent time setting up an account to book a PCR slot. But no slots are yet available through the app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Save your time by booking your appointment over the phone directly with the clinic. The app system and the clinic reservation system do not talk to each other. This app gives false booking information. I got to the clinic only to find out it was closed and my reservation wasn’t recorded.

False COVID screen reservation
The app provides option to book COVID screen test at Changi airport, but when we arrived there, were told they did not recognize the reservation. I’ve to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Terrible app system!

OTP not sending, no other way to authenticate
I wanted to use this app to keep track of my medical records but am prevented from seeing them by a bug in the OTP authentication. I never receive the text and have no way of verifying my phone number post registration. There is no option to verify via email or contact the app for help.
