Tough job supporting multiple platforms and devices. Backend support is great in ironing out issues. Just one request. Please increase time to redeem eVoucher for health points redemption to 5 minutes. Last year, many cashiers were stressed by the 3-minute constraint. Please help.

Unable to find Nearby
There is no location setting for my phone. Has been updated to newest version. Tried delete app and re-download also cannot get Nearby. But my friend have location in setting will have Nearby. Dunno what’s wrong!

Fitbit app has been replaced by Google Health app for over a month, yet Healthy 365 app is still not updated.

Great but....
Great potential! But the "downloading updates" and multiple server syncs every time the app is launched or when switching between tabs is slightly annoying.
Poor User Experience
For some reason, there’ll be a useless and annoying pop-up after every single meal submission regardless of what was inputted to confirm your submission as if the submission is locked and can’t be edited forever
Changes in point system
Nowadays most people working hybrid, so if wfh and busy hardly get to go out to hit 10k steps.. after changing the point system it only gives point when only hit 5k steps. I hope it change back to previous point system to have points given even when hit 7.5k and 10k steps, at least this also motivates people to hit the 10k steps even they really don’t have the time.

No National Steps Challenge
Downloaded the app for 1 month. But cannot find the National Steps Challenge throughout this process. Kept trying/ refreshing/ logging in/ install & uninstall but cannot find that challenge…no ways to clock points then…
Doesn’t sync if Not Checked
What’s the point of syncing with the phone if you constantly have to check in to ensure the points are updated?!? It’s almost a cheat! I have 100pts from 1-14 May that’s been omitted for the total jus cos I haven’t been checking In! We should be able the Trust the system. If it’s so hard to reward a healthy lifestyle then why start with this Farce of an App?!? Weak.
Step counts haywired
I’m using Huawei health which is linked to its smart watch. My step counts always got discounted by 2000-3000. Why??? Pls fix this. Despite the step counts glitch, I’m grateful for all the free virtual events like yoga, pilates, zumba etc. It’s convenient for those who are working irregular shifts.

I find it hard to believe that a health app often sends notification past 1am.
Can sync overseas
Why app can’t sync overseas different time zone? Switched over from lumi.. so interface feels clunky. But not a bad app

Error loading my progress and Account something is wrong
On Home page, unable to see progress, displays “error loading my progress”. But everything else on Home page is responsive. My Account page has error “Something is wrong”. Other than these two areas, the APP works normally. I updated to latest version, did bot resolve. Close and reopen did not resolve. Finally deleted and reinstalled, was able to login but still see same issue. On 9 Aug around 3pm, I was still able to see my progress for Steps and Sleep It was about an hour later I discovered this issue. Fyi, this issue also occurred on a second iPhone that has never installed this app before, after installing the APP, it exhibits the same issue as aforementioned.

Add support for Black Shark GS3 Sport
I am using the Black Shark GS3 Sport watch for tracking exercises and sleep. The data is sync to iPhone health app. The sleep data is captured on the Apple health app but not available on the Healthy365 app. Please add support for the synching of sleep data from Health app (from Black Shark GS3 Sport watch).

Not updating my steps
What happened to this app? While the syncing of my steps is ok but it is not updating my steps health points . I am stuck from 715 steps health points for 3 days now. How will I redeem my health points if it is always like this? Please do something tnx!
Can’t sync with Garmin.
The title says it all. It was alright for a couple of days then it just refuse to sync. Although it says sync successful but the number of steps doesn’t correspond to my Garmin app. Please solve this issue thanks.

the app constantly block main UI to sync, this is bad user experience. sync/external IO should always be handled by background thread
Can not link other smart band
There r lots of fitness trackers like MI or Huawei honor band . But the app don’t have option to link them .
