Process was speedy likes its name suggest. Consulting doctor was friendly and caring. Will use the app again

hihi, i've been trying to sign up for the home based vaccination for baby but everytime i press the tab the app seems to kick me out.

Waiting time is more than 10mins and counting.
Great idea but horrible app
It took me 2 hours and 4 phone calls to get out of a loop trying to set up my profile which wouldn’t save. Extremely frustrating while desperately wanting to set up a video consult for my very sick husband.
Front desk staff or nurses can be more pro active
But nurse respond not that gd. Hv to keep checking on them what is the next step . They should tell us that with the report need Dr consult again., they just sent the link for us to view the report.
Lousy app
I was trying to figure out which account I logged in with previously, tried logging in with apple but it wasn’t the one I already used so wanted to go back to login page and the whole app hung. Cannot do anything.now and really want to do a tele consultation urgently
App not as user friendly
The mobile app is not as user friendly. Need to pay extra for supervised art memo. Another online teleconsult app (DA) I am using is more user friendly, you can find invoice, test results, memo in the app, also can cancel the appointment on the app (DA). Test results memo comes with the supervised art.
Account seems to be deleted
Have two accounts for me and my daughter with this app. However, after the update. It seems like the account of gone and when I wanna log in, it’s states that have to create a new account all over again.
Consultation
It’s good and convenient as I only need that medication to stabilise my blood pressure immediately.
App is full of bug
Trying to register 2 kids for home vaccinations. Keyed in the 2nd child info and the whole app became very buggy.
Feedback
Connection was v poor. Response from dr was lagging due to poor connection. Hence affected communication
Super quick
So far so good - consult in 3 mins from asking for one, doc anywhere was 30 mins. Timely follow up to confirm address, teleconsult plus subscriptions including antibiotics was really good value and delivery aiming for within 4 hours. Really awesome
Glitch?
I’m requested to update my customer profile (before I can book video consult), but I kept receiving “ID verification already saved” when I tried to update and I can’t move to the next step.
Not responsive enough
It took a much longer time for a call back It wasn’t a video call just a normal one Then finally after 3 hours there was a call from Dr

Unfriendly doctor bench, terrible customer service, never call back to follow up on medicine pick up, just put you on hold hold hold.
Doctor’s Profile
I booked a video consultation and the experience was smooth and easy. I also received a call confirming the appointment. However, the main concern was that the app gave no details such as experience, specialisation, academics etc; of the doctor. I had no option of selecting the doctor and it was allocated by the app automatically. That’s a major downside. You can charge extra for more experienced doctor but the option needs to rest with the patient and not the app.

Rude doctor
I used spores doc first time to top up my contraceptive pill. I asked for 6 month supply, which everyone of my previous GP has prescribed. When I proposed six months of supply, the doctor simply replied: I’m no a GP, I’m only comfortable giving a max of 3 month, no reason. I was very shocked by how aloof this person is as a doctor and there’s no easy feedback button anywhere in the app. Very disappointing experience.

Managed to get thru the app quite easily. However on both occasions there were no doctors available, once the doc was only available until 12 hrs later the following day.
Convenient & Efficient
Doctors are elaborate, fast, and understanding. Medicine delivered within a few hours. Do not need to leave the house!
Unhappy experience with Speedoc
I booked a Tele-ART appointment with Speedoc one week before, and the appointment was confirmed. Today I was waiting in the video session for 20 minutes but no one turn out. I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp, get the response 10 minutes later but telling me the Tele-ART is not available anymore. No apologies, no explanation, nothing from the customer service on WhatsApp after that. I could miss my flight because of this, and I deserve an explanation why they still confirm my appointment when the tele-art is not available anymore.
