Convenient and fast
My family has been using DA for a few years. I like the convenience and efficiency of the system. It’s really helpful when you fall sick on a weekend and is too sick to drive to a doctor.
Paid for nothing?!
Dont know if its deducted by the bank when u took my money. But basically what happend you asked me to pay and then the doctor called the app asked me to update. Then i updated, the call was gone. Did i pay for nothing? Please return back the $27! You shouldve prompted when u want the update earlier even before the videocall session! Not right before the session!
Not for tourists
You can’t use this app if you don’t have a Singapore phone number! Seems like a good app but despite saying online that you can use the service as a tourist and going through the sign up as a foreigner, at the point you get to enter your phone, you can’t process without a Singapore number. I called the customer service line and they said it’s not possible despite having the option for my country code on the app. Very frustrating to get to this point and then to not allow this despite it saying clearly on the website it was suitable for tourists in the FAQs.

Doctor Scam
I requested for a two day MC over diarrhoea but the doctor refused to give me a two day MC due to my symptoms being “mild” and told me I could come back the next day if I wanted to extend. So nice of him to ask me to pay twice just so I can get a total of two days of recovery.
Need to have multiple accounts each
Please have some update to have one account with multiple members. Like in a family. One parent account with supplementary
Not worth it
I’ve been using this, consult then wait for the prescription,no prescription given or display on the app. I need to go to doctor face to face just to get prescription, why using this app then no prescription display? Before It display the medical prescriptions but now, seems to be stalled,
Slow connection to call + hit & miss with doctors
Tried to join and rejoin the call a few times before I could get connected to a doctor and it took time for the connection to stabilize. I was also connected to a doctor who couldn’t help me with writing a referral to see a physio for my niggling neck and shoulder issue because “it is not part of his principle”. I’ve never been denied of such request before, in an in-person or virtual consultation.

Not suitable for urgent requests
I was getting a very bad food poisoning and can barely get around hence I gave doctor anywhere a try. But 4 hours later there’s no sight of medication and I’m dying. Honestly if I have just gotten to a clinic I would have taken my meds and recovered hours again. The way they prioritise urgent and non urgent delivery is very poor. Will not be a return customer

Macicare policy on Issuance of Medica Certificate
I was attended well by the DA Doctor but she cannot issue a med cert as per Macicare regulation for online consultations. DA Doctors or other Telemedicine doctors cannot issue Medical Certificate for us who would need it for medicine reimbursements. To get a med cert I need to visit the Primary Health Clinic or another doctor. It is a hassle for me and for my family members who needs the med cert. There is proof of my illness or condition yet a med cert cannot be issued. This defeats convinience for us clients.

My health insurer is using this service for providing health care. This app is necessary, in order for me to access the service. So sending system level notifications, advertising discount vitamin pills, is abuse of the situation. I feel very strongly about that.
pls put alternative payment options
i dont like putting my card details so it would be really great if this app had any alternative payments options like grab and touchngo.

Most useless app
The most useless app ever created. Stuck in a loop at logging in. Says profile created before then go SingPass to verify. Then says profile existed, to login. Then back to SingPass. I sincerely hope the developer’s mom get aids
No delivery tracking
It’s good that this works 24/7 but there is no delivery tracking which makes patient time hard while waiting for the medication to arrive. This is even more critical for patient who sees doctor at midnight and have to stay up to wait for the medication. Highly recommend Doctor Anywhere to add delivery tracking function for patients.

Payment rejected
It rejected my payment saying I have insufficient balance after I updated the apps. Never once happened before. Please fix!

Wasted money
I went on the online consultation and then when i went to go and call my parents using WhatsApp by the time i went back to the app the doctor had ended the consultation even after i had paid this is such a waste of money
Great consultation from the doctor
The doctor paid attention to all the details and give inside information about how to hear the symptoms as well as long-term checkup and follow-ups if the symptoms remain. The application gives convenience for patient to get the medicines at the nearby drugstore.

Cannot add payment methods. It said try again. My cards are being used currently for other services and apps.

Worst experience I had
Had a online consultation tdy for migraine.. This dr purposely ask me dumb and nonsense questions regarding my migraine. Asking me such as whether i got oxygen tank at home and etc. What the h**ck. Purposely asking these qs jus to extend call and get the money isit?! By the way this dr name is Dr Muhammad Nur As’Sobri Omar (Cyberjaya clinic). And his body language also not that professional,spinning the chair,yawning and keep asking nonsense questions!
Needs time zone on appointment time.
It would be helpful to have the time zone on the appointment time in your app calendar, or clearly state that booking times are for your current local time. Booked while using a VPN from overseas to get the Singapore app, and it is not clear whether you are booking for Singapore time or local country time. I thought I was booking to take into account the one hour time difference to Singapore, but when I logged on for my appointment, it wasn’t for another hour.
No way to track the delivery of the medicine
No way to track the delivery of the medicine. We will have to call hotline to locate the delivery. 4.5 hours for a medicine delivery in Singapore is not a good thing

Shockingly poor app
There is some random new update every time I open this app but nothing seems to be done about the appalling video connection. It can take me hours to actually get a doctor who doesn’t hang up on me l. Connection is an app issue because I have no problems with connection when using any other app and WhatsApp video and streaming will work absolutely fine but doctors anywhere will be completely useless.
Appointment slots
I had so much trouble trying to select an appointment. Everytime you select an appointment and proceed to payment, at the last page when you proceed and confirm payment it says the appointment is no longer available. A timer should be put on the appointment you select so no one else can select it while you are making payment - as opposed to the appointment made available to everyone and whoever pays first gets it.

ART Test on video
I tried to do the ART test for pre- departure to Singapore for Apr17 departure. Followed all instructions right up to the final stage where I keyed in my credit card details to pay…but it could not proceed further to confirm. I went back to the start to check if I had keyed in all boxes and yes they were there but still could not complete the process. I did it all over again with a different credit card and the same thing happened. Wasted a whole hour doing the back and forth. I guess I need to look for another Online ART Test provider.
