Nice new update
Fresh new design. I have some suggestions here: 1. Add swipe from the side to go back. 2. Integrate app with hospital queue system and add scan QR (get queue number directly)/show QR (get QR after nurse verification) button for getting queue number for visits and medication

Application unable to upload update info

Wish they give options to use Apple Map for directions instead of just Waze and Google (privacy and security issues) Better if the location search result for appointments stays on the previous page, when tapping backwards so don’t have to type again for locations (for larger map search area e.g. states, districts outside your current location). Help desk is helpful but cannot really do what you asked them to do straightforward. This is just what I have experienced so far. 3 of 5 ⭐️
Uploaded data, vaccination status not updated
I have entered all vaccination data one month ago and vaccination status updated to Fully Vaccinated after i sent in a review here. After i submitted my pre-departure form, my status changed back to Partially Vaccinated ??? I am travelling this week to Malaysia. Please can my status be changed back immediately to the correct Fully Vaccinated status as soon as possible. Why is this App so unstable and change to the incorrect status ??
User Interface improvements
The look of view is nice just wondering how those middle aged man how to read words on a phone? The font is pitifully small!
Status change
My risk status was from low risk and now change to PUS when I accidentally answered some questions wrongly on the form and have to wait 10 days quarantine for no reason. I have already sent email to helpdesk but there’s no one can solve my issues and kept asking me to update the app to the latest version but I have already updated. Please do something about my status.

Check In/Check Out Needs More Work
The app works great - easy to use and the UI is readable. The check in/check out system works wonders too except when you visit a mall. There’s so many shops you visit and scan in one place so it’s hard to keep track of checking in and out. Perhaps you could colour code it so the places we haven’t checked out will be red. Something like that. Make it easy for us to identify.
A lot of room for improvement
Even if you input a foreign address, app still require you to choose a state in Malaysia. Huh? Apa ini?

I am a singaporean wanting to travel to Malaysia.. I just downloaded this app not long however keep on asking me to key in states, postal code and address in Malaysia.. But I don’t have an address in Malaysia... once I keyed in Johor as the states, I can’t changed it anymore when I go to my profile? When I tried the traveller for myself the app keep asking me to key in address in Malaysia , contact number etc. However my purpose of visiting is just for leisure purposes.
Upload ‘Fit to Fly’ PCR Results
Under the Traveller icon for return to Malaysia: I answer the questions. It asks me if I’m sure that my responses are accurate. I press ‘Submit’. ‘Submit’ icon fades for a few seconds, then returns. It is unclear whether anything has happened. There is no confirmation. Most importantly: I see no means to upload my pre-travel PCR results. Am I doing something wrong?

Overseas vaccinations status no updated
After weeks of submission and documentations given/ uploaded via apps. Nothing had been done and updated on apps.
Should have an auto location logout and pop ups for vaccines
Doesn’t log you out of old locations when you log into new ones. This means you can be logged into places days after leaving them I nearly missed my first vaccination date as received no notice. Lucky I got a phone call on the day. But I did miss my booster. Should be a way to register for missed booster appointments Also removed the info graphic (or made it hard to find) that showed numbers of new infections and deaths. This was a good easy review map of Malaysia. Now I have to hunt on line and the search engines don’t make this easy as they take you to international websites which do not have the state breakdowns

Overseas vaccination not updated
I have uploaded my digital vaccination certificate for a few times but the apps still show I am unvaccinated. It has been more than 5 working days already. I have also verified my digital vaccination cert via mysafetravel as well where the arrival date is only opened 7 days in advance. So expecting the status to be updated within 7 days at most? Kindly resolve this at your soonest. Thank you.
This app doesn’t support IOS 15
My digital vaccine record was missing after being updated to ios15. The app keep crashing. Please help!

Hard to Use
We are flying this month to Malaysia and staying for 3 Days, when we put our information, Vaccine, Flights and etc. it keeps changing to a wrong detail. Like our arrival is on the 10th and it’s says on the App our arrival is on the 9th.. birthdays are wrong even the nationality we tried like 10x changing it but it won’t change… I hope y’all can fix this for travelers we want a smooth Journey not Hassle one.

I forgot my password and when I tried to reset it, the button doesn’t direct me anywhere else or send me an email. I emailed the help desk with no response.

Cannot check in
On iOS 15.1, iPhone SE, the app when checking in to scan QR, the preview is not showing up on app. I see the green square but it’s overlay upon the app. I would have expected the overlay to be black and I can see the code but the preview is not working as expected. I can scan other QR codes so camera is working. Also tried deleting and reinstalling app.

Latest update doesn’t allow checkout?
After updating and enable MySj Trace,the app doesn’t allow for me to checkout even though it states to go into history to do but there’s no option or button to checkout…👎🏻
Useful, but it could be better.
It should have an explanation how data was collected so users can understand how, where, and when covid is spreading so they can make a better decision when to get out from their house.

Vaccination status not updated
Been trying to sort out my app to get my vaccination status sorted out. Approved and verified on mySafeTravel but somehow it does not link back to MySejahtera app. Tried all methods (remove comma in name, update DOB, update different form) read online and with others helping to no avail. Now trying to get help by messaging them on twitter. Almost 1 month to settle all these issues. Good luck to those traveling to msia.

Why the app has stopped working today???? UPDATE!!!!! After latest update it was initially a bit slow in opening but now it seems to be all in again.
It blocked USA’s IP Address
After recent updates, the app and website are no longer can be accessed from USA, it looks like it blocked USA’s IP address. If using a VPN that has Malaysia IP address then only can access but then VPN is a paid service. Please have this problem fixed ASAP
Odd bugs
App is updated to latest version. Registered parents as dependents. After registering them, Things To Do tab shows (2) to fill out health declaration. Submitted declaration but tab still shows (2), but is empty when tapped on. (2) will still show up after a while. Additionally, their Helpdesk FAQ is not fully updated. Some parts of it still say vaccination is still phase 1. No push notifications after first notice. First appointment for first dependent had notification, and all subsequent appointments for all dependents had no push notification. Have to check manually every day. No reply after email to helpdesk, oddly received help as reply to this review. Changed rating to reflect this.
