Big improvement 👏🏻
The latest update is much better , cleaner layout and easier to use. Previously had issues with frequent auto logout, but it seems improved now. Still exploring all the features, but so far it’s been a better experience 👍🏻
Unable to check out
Very disappointing experience with the Caring Pharmacy app. It’s not user-friendly at all. I spent time downloading the app, creating an account, and logging in, only to find that I couldn’t even complete the checkout process. I tried closing and reopening the app multiple times, but the issue still wasn’t fixed. It ended up being a complete waste of time. An app that’s meant to make shopping more convenient shouldn’t make customers struggle with a basic checkout.

Cart not showing anything
I am iphone iser, i able to add cart, but when i click the cart to see the list it is blank and not showing anthing. Even press multiple time waited, relogin, cart item not showing how can i select and proceed buying?
Better but texts too small
I like the new look but the texts are now so small I can hardly read. 5 star if you can give us dark mode.

Lousy app
What’s the point of created an app when literally nobody able to check out and place order through the app. Pointless to give new user discount and lure ppl to download a useless app.

Chance to Win Event
Bought in store and qualified for the entry of the Chance to Win event. Told as long as I bought over RM30, it would have a record in the system. The app doesn’t show anything relevant to it, hence untraceable. So I guess they call u if u win? Lol what a “S.. I don’t want to use the word”
Terrible app
One of the worst apps I’ve ever had the chance to use. It lags constantly when I try to look for products on the e-store. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
