Great Apps
I really like the Sunway Medical app. It makes booking appointments quick and convenient. I can easily plan my time while waiting for my queue number to be called, and it is great that my medical reports are also available directly in the app. Excellent job on creating such a user-friendly and efficient experience!
The Worst App Created by Sunway
Appointment with the Doctor were made one week in advance. When the day arrived, the nurse in the clinic mentioned we did not receive your appointment and there are no doctors available at your appointed schedule. Our time is cashless where Doctor’s are precious!
Patient Names
The apps was good, especially the Radiology report we can view. and easy us to monitor and but why all patients I add in before now all gone… when I try to add again, there’s an error. Please advise
Update blood/others test required by doctor at appointment.
This app only can view appointment/lab report. Can it have other function for us to know is it any blood/others test required when check the appointment date. Because now paperless & sometime we facing problem appointment card wrote got blood test but system show no test. It’s wasting our time to wait till doctor clinic open especially for us which arrived at7 but need to wait to clinic open at 9am.
Great potential
This app has great potential. Love the idea that you can make an appointment easily. However, I’m facing issues when trying to add family members into this app. The OTP sms verification just does not come in. Something is probably wrong with your code. Please check it. Instead of +60 in front of the numbers, it shows that the OTP is sent to +01 so the country code is missing hence I don’t receive any OTP.

The appointment on the 27 May 2025 didn't show even though clinic confirmed the appointment has been confirmed causing me having difficulties to make my claim

The appointment booking system is fantastic—super convenient for scheduling appointments for my parents and children. Love it! However there are a number of doctors that have not adopted the app appointment scheduling, which we have to call the clinic. Should get them transformed too:)

The report date is 1st mar 2025, but the date under report showing 2024 May, this is misleading.

OTP takes forever. Patient profile verification goes infinitely even after successful verification.
Password created rejected
Refuse to accept password created as per instruction. I still can’t register to see the report

After the update, UI has been intuitive and works as expected. Can make appointments online and view reports
NO REGISTRATION
How to sign up if there’s no refutation, only sign in and I am unable to sign in using same details as summed go. No verification code sent even after an hour. Malfunction app. The services at Sunway is deteriorating. The ward at 4E is dated and visitor beds has torn covers. It’s unpleasant.
Unable to view full report
The scanned report that comes from the app and the link to view also only provides 3/4 of the entire report - thus you cannot see some critical words on the right side of the paper. This is the same even if you try to ‘download’ the report which is the same as using a web browser rather than the app. Also, can there be a possibility to provide option to get the dicom images of the scans? Its difficult to show any other doctor what is happening especially in event of emergency.

The UI is super intuitive and easy to use. Response time is fast enough.

tried to login to view my son xray report but enter DOB multiple times cannot login, then cannot also order food for inpatient but given a scanner to scan also cannot display to order. rubbish app just installed.

Error upon sign in
I’ve tried signing in for so long but everytime I entered my email address and tapped on “next”, white screen showed up. The app before was fine and had no issue at all.
