Y I can’t login?
I use Apple 13promax b4 can log in, but after I charge my new hp Apple 15promax can’t login. Key in the email n password, but then pop up other screen say send me the code to my register hp no, but I didn’t received any code?? So how to use it? I just charge my hp I didn’t charge hp no. Y can’t log in?

Issues with OTP
No OTP received via SMS or email, hence not able to login the app. Pls fix the issue.
Pending Verification
Easy to navigate but impossible to make appointment due to pending passport verification, and it’s been months.
Unable to add date of birth upon registration
The calendar is wrapped. There is no option to select year. So temporarily need to put the current date. After successful registration, unable to edit date of birth.

Issues with OTP & profile verification
I am very disappointed with this app. On the very first day of using it, I did not receive any OTP at all, despite numerous attempts. I have also repeatedly contacted the admin to verify my profile so I can access my medical records, but the issue still has not been resolved on day 4. It is frustrating, especially when medical information should be easily accessible. Please improve and provide better customer support because this experience has been extremely inconvenient
User verification
Pantai admin didn’t bother to verify the user. How to improve on the floor service?????? Without verification, all thing must be manually book or call up to the particular hospital. Apps was good must nobody care on the after service for user.
Cannot reset password
I registered and accidentally logged out the app. Tried to login again but forgot my password. Go to the password reset however not able to get the OTP number for password reset despite trying several times. Please assist

Lab work results take 15 days to be uploaded to the app. That’s quite ridiculous.
Phone Number Verification
Did not receive the phone verification code. So what am I supposed to do to book my appointment? Introduce more than one security measure ie email or display the contact number for support team. How are people supposed to access to the app when you're not helping them to? Ridiculous
Could not sign in due to forgot pasword
Need someone from the app to help on how to change the password. I did not get any verification via phone

我这几年一直进医院，之前没有这个apps每次医疗卡不见. 这个apps 我直接方便多了可以直接查询appointment日期和医生名字资料都有. 住院的时候可以自己点餐不会每次被护士打扰点餐
Can’t Sign Up
Despite many attempts to create an account and manage my dad’s appointments - kept getting stuck at the register button. Error message : Captcha Done.
Unacceptable answer
I made an appointment through WhatsApp as instructed and later checked the app, only to find two appointments scheduled on the same date at two different hospitals. When I asked for clarification, the staff questioned me, as though I was responsible for the error. This raises concerns about whether the staff are adequately trained to use the app and assist customers. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were incredibly disappointing. Unacceptable service.
Automation for Appointment
Hi Team, I noticed this function not really convenient for the patients especially for the elders who not familiar or not well how to use app/system. As of now, the appointment need to be booked manually after meeting the doctor and agreed when the next session. When the doctor already booked the slot from his system, patients need to do it manually from the app. Hopefully this can function can be improve and enhance the app/system so the process can be more efficient and reliable. Thank You

WHY DO I HAVE TO EMAIL THE DEVELOPERS TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
The app is frustrating to use. The verification process is unnecessarily tedious, I either have to reach out to the hospital or email the developers. It feels like I'm jumping through hoops just to access basic info. On top of that, the UI is clunky and unintuitive. Navigating through the app is a chore, with poorly placed buttons and confusing menus. For something that's supposed to streamline medical records, it’s doing the opposite. This app desperately needs a more user-friendly design and a simplified verification process.

No queueing system
Came here to see doctor chow yok wai with appointment at 9.30 but doctor is not in until 10.30. The system allow booking when doctor is not available yet. There is no queue status in app to show how long to wait while my planning for the day is impacted. Was told that 7 patients are waiting at time of writing, this all when doctor has not started the clinic. Reservation system does not honor the appointment and certainly the time of patient.
