This app is a god-send for me. Love it! I am able to manage 3 people’s appointments through this app: mine, my mother and my MIL, including payments.

Smooth Check-In & Appt Records
Impressed with the recent update – it’s helpful to see upcoming and past appointments along with the check-in process. To further improve, please consider adding the attending doctor’s name and a directory map for in-hospital navigation. A feature guiding patients / visitor from the entrance to their department or ward would be very useful.
No reply for enquiry
Appointment for my father not appear in this application. Already email but no respond. Also give feedback in the application, but still no respond. Realy poor of maintenance/support i think.
Can be improved
For one invoice, when there're multiple receipts, the apps doesn't allow to scroll up to download the latest receipts. Now I cannot access to the latest receipts for that one invoice that I have been paying monthly.

Very convenient apps! Easy to use, easy to track and all details are here. Suggest to add on medical report / summary after consulting Doctor / sonographer so that we have the softcopy report too.
Poor onboarding experience
Poor onboarding experience, poor app navigation and user experience
Not user friendly
No appointment appear in “future” tab due to certain reasons but I feel it should be included too with remarks. Payment wasn’t recorded for all payments made.. not a good app if you want to rely on it to check for upcoming appointments or full payment records. Suggest you to upgrade the apps to align the records as per your system so that all records shows in app.

App cannot work
The app is literally almost unusable. I cannot see my current billing, cannot upload GL which lead me to have arrears payment. So annoying and troublesome. Why can't this app function at all?!

dah a few day try nak booking slot..error memanjang..bila call klinik , suruh booking online tapi tak dapat2, nak walk in terus nanti takut buang masa tak boleh masuk, dah full.. tak membantu ur apps
Can’t register phone number
Says OTP was sent to my phone but received no OTP. Tried so many times but never got the OTP.
Feedback
Please consider revising the standard wording to “Please proceed to take a number from the desk” when self check-in is unavailable due to clinic-specific or technical issues. By issuing a queue number first, staff can verify appointment details accordingly, instead of manually checking appointments for each walk-in customer prior to number issuance. This would enhance operational efficiency and provide a smoother experience, particularly for first-time customers. I am trying to submit feedback via the app, however the submission is unsuccessful as the app does not allow me to proceed.
Missing Appointment Date
No appointment found in the apps even the date stated in blue card. Reason given by counter appointment over flow until apps cannot capture. Does this apps got limit of capturing patients appointment? Or system issue?

No Update, No Meds, Now Emergency
I submitted a post-medication request two months in advance, but the system didn’t register or process it. I had to recreate the request almost every week, but there was no notification or history shown in the app. Eventually, my medication completely ran out — even though I requested it early. Yes, I did receive an email saying my last request was received by the pharmacy, but that only happened after two months, and the app still didn’t show any status or payment instructions. This really defeats the purpose of the app. I rely on the app to avoid applying for emergency leave, but now I have to go to the emergency unit just to collect my medication. It’s really frustrating.
Not responsive
This app is faulty but there is no avenue for complaints or improvements.
After update, app is no longer can be used.
After recentl update, every time i click patient journey in the app, it automatically logs out claiming due to mismatch information. But i never change my details/log in info at all. Ends up deleting this useless app.
