Just downloaded and tried this app seems to have many features to ease customer to get information however there’s room for improvement which user experience is not there yet as I didn’t receive the OTP to link patient details hope to get it rectify and able to enjoy the features of this App.

I’ve been using this app since it was recommended to me, and it has been a lifesaver in managing multiple dependents, including parents and kids, who often have appointments with different specialists. Instead of relying on cards to identify each person and risking missed appointment dates, the app makes it simple to track who has an appointment with which doctor. It also saves time by allowing payments to be completed directly in the app, avoiding long lines at the counter. The design is clean and easy to navigate, and the interface is especially friendly for older patients, with straightforward and understandable features. Highly recommend for caregivers and families with multiple dependents like me.
Efficient Hospital Companion
I'm impressed with the app's convenient, easy-to-use, and clean interface. The alert notifications and appointment management are great! Checking in on the app on appointment day saved me a lot of time during registration. However, the GL verification isn't working yet and still requires manual verification at the counter. I hope this can be fixed soon. Overall, this app is a fantastic addition to the hospital's services and greatly improves the patient experience.
