Struggling with basic internet and no response
The internet over mobile network doesn’t work and its not easy reaching out to customer care. Probably wasted the money

So far so good with the app.. location isn’t spot on, but that was kind of to be expected. Clear video/calls.. remote call works well.. will update review if needed

After recent updates, app stopped tracking proper location. Also, remote calling is not working properly.
Watch bought but bound to Someone else
Hi I bought the watch new on amazon and when we got it and put the SIM card in and registered it, we found out it was already attached to another admin account. I need help from the app developers to unbind the watch from all its accounts and delete those accounts so I can start this watch from scratch. Thank you
Thankful for peace of mind
As a concerned parent, I wanted to make sure my kids were safe while outdoors. I love the features, and the easy contact between my kids. Thankful for this kind of safety technology.
Cancel account
How do I cancel the account? The watch is not available when I search on app keeps telling me power is off when I have the watch in front of me and fully charged and power on. I can not communicate with the watch. I need to stop getting billed monthly for a watch that does not work. There is no customer service. How do I cancel the account?
Limited profile pix
While this watch is still super new and we’re still playing around with it, I don’t like that there can only be one admin. I don’t like the very limited options for profile pic. It’s only limited to pale-skinned young or very old cartoon pix and that’s discriminatory. There should at least be options to upload a real picture. Come on, people, it’s 2021. Wake up, already!
App Works but Major Flaw
To date can only have one admin. Frustrating because I have to unbind my app each time I am out on work trips to allow my husbands app the primary role. So I’m deleting and resetting the app each time I leave. Being able to switch on the app back and forth who is the primary is without unbinding until 2 Admins can be added would be a step in the right direction ... Outside of that major flaw, it’s a decent app without the ridiculous fluff that SE Tracker uses ... I did like that SE Tracker allows 3 admins with the same level options.
Works great
Fantastic app. Very straightforward and user friendly. The GPS notifications work great so I can have some peace of mind when my son is running around the neighborhood with his buddies. Very happy w this technology, honestly not sure how we got by without it.
I wasn’t able to find leefline on Android
So frustrating that the app not available in Android .. now the watch is useless I don’t know what to do I am weiting the review from my husband phone apple phone Don’t buy the watch if you have android
Low Battery
I try to video call or use remote call and it constantly tells me that the watch is in low power mode even though the watch is fully charged. This happens all the time. My daughter has to call me from her watch in order for us to speak, it won’t let me make calls to her even though I’m the admin and listed as one of the contacts.
Only 1 Administrator
Most features works and is intuitive. We are having problems from the app knowing which watch (we have 2) is sending messages. We really need the ability to set more than 1 administrator.

The app is everything! It helped me keep track of my kids in the easiest, most practical way.
Remote call function disappeared
I specifically bought this watch for its remote call function for my special needs child to help prevent bullying. With last update remote call function has disappeared from the app. Very disappointed as this was a very expensive watch and not useless because of an app update.
How to Change the ringtone??
I have read the manual several times and can not figure out how to change the ringtone. We do not like The one that is programmed. How can we change it?
So Far So Good
Just purchased this Christmas for my 8 year old son. Not perfect (it’s $70 technology), but it appears to serve its purpose thus far. We can call each other and I can track him on GPS. Text function is quirky and I agree that the connectivity is a bit spotty.

Low battery
I thought this watch would be great for my son. The idea is great, but is does not work. The first one I got kept showing a message for low battery, could not track location nor make/accept calls even though the battery was full. I sent it back and received a replacement one with the same issue! The tracking feature and map is not even available. Called several times and they can’t help. Bad product!
Update the app
This app is very basic but could be much better. GPS tracking could b more precise. Alerts come in late. Many easy fixes that just need to be implemented.
One of the best Smartwatch apps currently available
I’ve tried quite a few, but have been repeatedly disappointed. The Leefine app is so responsive and easy to use — I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended for anyone shopping for a Smartwatch for their kiddos!
Can not verify the IMEI code that’s on the watch
This is ridiculous. And to think there are nothing but horrible reviews for this app. I cannot get this app to verify my IMEI code. $100 just wasted
Welp. Was worth a shot.
Doesn’t work very well with the UOTO watch for kids. Very hard to keep connected even in perfect signal areas and very strong WiFi signals. Now I wished I would have gotten another better brand. The phone part works well tho. But that might be cellular carrier part. Lol.

Unreliable, low quality app
They don’t have any focus on quality, even beginner level quality. Several issues going on, let’s start with functional. 1) Tracking is unreliable and 2) Tracking requires notifications: And for some reason tracking the watch requires notifications on parents’s phones to even be enabled. No, I don’t want to be notified on every movement, but I do want the position reported by the watch (presumably to my server leefine account) to be displayed immediately when I open the app. And often when you get the “location updated” message, following it simply gives you a “Gets the address failure 1969-12-31 16:00:00 GPS” error. Seems like some bug in time/clock that the user shouldn’t be bothered with. 3) text messages don’t work: texts sent to the watch # cannot be seen at all. Service activation, password codes etc are usually send over text messages. But they get swallowed up and disappear. Don’t see them on the watch or parent phone app. 4) Notifications are hacked: This is super strange, and I plan on reporting to Apple. Even if you disable notifications in iPhone settings, this app still manages to cause background beeps. I don’t know if they’re using an undocumented API or some other workaround but it’s super annoying to have the phone suddenly go “ta-dung” 5-6 times rapid fire randomly.
Software feels like early beta stage
Unable to add Admin access to 2nd parent in app. Unable to change profile picture on second parent to built in avatar or use a custom photo. User interface needs improvement, not very intuitive. Unable to access photos on watch with app as Admin. Not clear how to add or approve other watch friends to approved group. No link to technical support only a link to Leefine.net where there is a limited FAQ. I want to like this product but its poor execution and no software support make me feel ripped off as the promise it makes is opposite of the reality.
