Good app to use if taking the OC Transport bus
Know when the buses are coming don’t be guessing get this app to know when any buses comes and how long until a bus comes
Doesn’t even show direction of the bus!!!
Why is this such a bad app?! Buses should be icons that show which direction that they are moving. In map view it doesn’t say when the bus will arrive. It says “1 min” on every bus and sometimes counts down a little. No idea what that is. On previous screen it says times of arrival but I don’t know if scheduled or current estimate. Map view appears to say the schedule time. Disagrees with Google but twice today Google was wrong. Update: Again today. “Bus arrives in 2 minutes”, wait, 4 min later, still no bus, “Bus arrives in 26 minutes.” App doesn’t show any nearby buses that could have left early. This happens all of the time. It’s so frustrating. I want to get my trip done within the transfer time. I let the imperfect bus pass waiting for the perfect one but it doesn’t show up!
Directions
The app is really good and I get to see the bus stops around me. The problem comes when walk there. The app doesn’t give specific directions like maps would.
Glitch where stops are doubled and one doesn’t show any bus times, please fix

No option to save your most common routes
Simple and small, you’ll be looking up your common routes until you remember all the stop numbers. Good on the go. No so much when planning out your connection for the day or week since it’s vaca season.

Quite reliable, and very easy to use.
No bus
I am at Tunney’s at 1745. 1 was here at 16:15 and the scroll said 18 minutes. That came and went and then it was 44 minutes and then 59 minutes. I now don’t when or if my will come. People don’t take transit because you can’t keep a schedule and there is no one answer questions. 2/10

Horrible app
Not even an official OC transpo, so much easier just using the travel planner on the website instead.
Doesn’t tell you witch bus you need to take
I think I rather use it for timelines than pestering 560-1000 since it is 1 minute off anyway

I removed it shortly after downloading it on my ipad as it only seemed to have stop times.
Wrong info when buses are to arrive
Bus system terrible buses don’t show have to wait sometimes up to hour and half hate hate the buses in Ottawa. Takes hour and half to go 7 km bus bus or bus train bus ridiculous

I find it very handy, remembers my favourite bus stops; BUT it’s stuck on Daylight savings time, so have to think an hour earlier from time posted!
Doesn’t cover all of Ottawa?
I got this to get live updates for the bus from Westboro to downtown, but the no.11 data stops at Rochester? Why?? There’s no configuration or help either. Frustrating. I’m a technology consultant, so if it’s something simple, it’s not obvious to me how to resolve.

Handy
Though really no different than calling 560-1000. What this app is screaming for is a bookmark/favourites feature - somewhere to store route numbers, as I often would like to check before I am physically standing at the stop, and can only do so if I remember the stop number. This would be an easy, useful feature to add! Please!!
Schedule 1 hour late!
This app didn’t account for the day light saving clock. All stops are one hour to late! Fix this ASAP, otherwise this app is useless

Multiple features that I love!
I really find the features of this app useful, since I can get all of the information I’m looking for in one play instead of using 3 different sources. It would be better if the “plan your trip” option could connect to google maps.

Garbage
The app is pointless because the busses are never on time. The app says 3 minutes away, the bus already came like 19 minutes ago. I know this is OC Transpo’s fault, but don’t rely on the timing to be accurate if you’re worried about being late to work or school.
The worst
Not user friendly extremely confusing doesn’t make sense, worst travel app I’ve ever seen. Transit is way better.
