This used to be a good app and now it is not
Cannot see where the bus is as the screen schedule is overlapping by preventing it. Horrible idea. Also when i select the bus number , it goes to another screen with total different bus number . I would delete this app. It does it to other bus numbers I select and wrong information. Spotted a pop up about clean this app and I deliberately closed everything. Either fix it or bye bye and will be deleted.
Clicking Bus times on map
Overall the app is semi-accurate with bus times, may be few minutes earlier or later which isnt updated on app. Main issue I face is the map option or “Near me” button being inaccurate when clicking a specific bus stop location, usually giving me the times across the street even after various attempts, please fix this as I am missing various buses from this issue
The new update has broken the software
The new update no longer shows you bus stops, and therefore can’t show you what time a bus comes to a stop that doesn’t exist in the app.
Improvement needed
I like the change in the app however not as detailed as the app before .. would like to see which bus # are coming at what time like before.
App update - bad!
The worst update ever!!! App was great before the last update!!! Minutes that are shown for bus to come are so not real!!! It seems like the app never refresh itself. You have to go to see where bus is so you know how much time you have. Everything is mixed up and it is really hard to figure out where everything is now. This is the worst update on any app I have ever seen! Updates should improve apps not make it worse. I think I will have to use another app from now on.
Every time I open it I see the notification that I changed the icon! WTF!
Stop updating or find team that don't make dum errors like this. Where is the option to start with Nearby screen? Why you removing useful features?
My Para Ottawa Transit Thank You….
Again the work you do is great keep it up… You are the answer too keep Hadicapt people around town quickly and efficiently, even on busy days, keep those tires rolling and keep working hard for them patience that really needs you…. The fee is at a rather quit redundant low income, family’s money these days are rather valuable….
Randomly closes
The app closes everytime I open it for some reason. Very annoying
Ad Free Option
I pay for the ad free option but every time I open the app it prompts me to subscribe for the ad free option. I also get small banner ads at the bottom. Not sure if that should be there or not.
Consistently strong
Great app, just wish there was a way to pay to clear the full screen ads. They always seem to pop up and lock the app exactly when I’m in a transit panic
Not even 1 star
Absolutely useless
“Favourite Stops”
The app works fine but the Favourites function has never worked. The app crashes every time I try to add one of the several stops I would love to add as timing reference points. Why does the crashing keep happening?
Disaster
Was ok but does not show schedules anymore, bus is in front of me but app says no service today
Tracking not working
Why is the app not giving the option for live tracking today June 25th for the TTC? I’m not getting the little symbol to go to the maps, just getting the scheduled times which I can check on the TTC website, no need an app for that…
Beta
Beta
Obviously the person who created this app doesnt ride the ttc .
Very disappointing . Missing most important feature and you want us to pay for this app? You got to be kidding
New interface is a step backward (4.7.2)
The new interface is not great. When looking at the map for where buses are, it shoes buses going both directions. Used to be, a quick glance was sufficient. Now, I have to inspect each bus. Also, use a different icon for stops (on near me map) and buses (on route map).
Good 😊
This app is the best, everyday I am going to school and this app show’s me when the bus is coming
Bad update
Doesn’t have updates on line outages anymore.
The latest update brings ads
Too bad that the latest version now has ads!
Nice
Real time info when you need it👌
App crashing
ts clearly needs to be updated
Turning to garbage
Was never great but just getting worse. Poorly designed ui, route stops in random order and not searchable, no way to tell if a streetcar route has been diverted. But the ads are totally working.
The best app for OC Transport
Best app I found for OC transport and I organise my travels.
5-8minutes lag on bus arrival
The app is always about 5min to a max of 8mins behind on bus information. No way to track bus live.
The schedule should be on here
Could seriously use the bus schedule planted in here for Tulare county so it’s more precise
On time
Impressed by the timely travel. Planned my trip across the city to the min.
Worst app
Don’t download this app it constantly glitches and will switch directions on stops that you click, which is beyond frustrating when you’re trying to catch a bus because you’re being shown an incorrect time
Needs off-line subway station line listing
Needs off-line station stop listing. There was other CityTransit app that stopped working with the newest iPhone IOS that had this. Yours can’t be accessed between subway stops if you can’t get a signal. Very frustrating.
Transit
This app is amazing! When I first used it, it told me right away when the bus was getting to my stop. Also, it told me what bus was coming, so I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to use a transit bus. P.s you don’t need a membership or vip stuff or pay for anything, just download it and your good to go😎🤟.
Times are not accurate
Annoyed that times of TTC are not accurate. Someone needs to make an app that is actually effective
Ottawa Bus
VERY GOOD POINT and SERVICE…
Bad new update
This app worked really great but this new update absolutely sucks! What were you guys thinking … I click on the bus stop that I’m very familiar with, west bound, but it opens up the east bound side, I click on the east bound and it also shows me east bound side, I need to zoom all the way in to click on my bus stop for it to be the proper west bound side. The new map is not as direct and clean as the old update.
