Absolutely horrible
Buses never show up! I miss things because of it and i promise i will never recommend this horrible app to anyone i know. You should be embarrassed.
Super useful transit app.
Excellent app for navigating our beautiful city with transit. Accurate and straightforward. Thank you. Wonder if there are plans for an ad-free version for less distraction. Once that’s available - you’ll get the fifth star. ;-)

Really off time schedules; skips busses no warning; and termination at Kootenay loop makes R5 no longer convenient.

Show directions of buses please
I like this app better than the Transit app , this app is clean and easy to use , but if the developer can take a look at the TTC Bus Map App ( for Toronto) , it shows the directions of the buses, streetcars, so at a glance you will know how close your next ride is without tapping on the vehicle’s icon to find out the direction of the vehicle. Also it would be nice if there’s a list of our favorite / frequent routes .
Confused
I didn’t think I was going to be charged for what I thought was the free version of this app. Also where do I find out if i pay an annual or one time fee for this? It should notify the user if they will be charged for their inquiry - the upgraded service.

App is super useful but what is with the sick pictures?
Great plugin and easy to use
After the VT Live plugin stopped working, I found your plugin. So much easier to use, cleaner design and just works. Good Job! PS. If you had a paid ad-free version that would be nice. I hate mobile ads.
Does not have every stop, just random ones
For a transit app for the city it’s reasonable to expect that every stop in the downtown area be on the map but they are missing pretty critical ones like the 257 to and from horseshoe bay

Good for knowing the time of the bus, need more work in the trips area.
Scheduling
When you bring up the bus stop map and click on a stop, a popup shows a rout name and stop#. However when you are asked to click of arrival times, another window pops up, but all bus stop names change!! and MOST importantly NO stop#! So now it is a guessing game who to find the correct information!
Route - info
The app developer can set a button for selection of bus direction & information, as the bus information now from both directions cluster together.

Not updated - missing routes and stops
Is not current or updated. There are a few UBC routes and stops that are not on the map and cannot be searched, which doesn't make it useful for comparing route plans and times.

I downloaded it on to my IPhone. I used it on my Samsung. It doesn’t provide the same information as good as the Samsung one.

Bus schedules are good, need the same for sky train and sea bus.
devastating ux/ui
A useful app with a painful user experience • It is almost impossible to spot your location on the map because it’s usually hidden under the bunch of huge bus stop circles. Therefore, whenever I use the app I play the game “find your bus stop” before your bus comes. • too many interactions to get to the timetable. I would expect it to appear right after I tap a blue button. • a very inconvenient way of portraying routes with a line of circles. Not only is it hard to guess which streets you will ride but it also may provoke a case of trypophobia. • if you need to find a specific route it may be challenging because there are more than 700 routes and no search bar. Just keep scrolling. • location identifier doesn’t work properly all the time.
Needs real-time tracker
This app is good for checking estimated bus arrival times but would be better if there’s a GPS-based real-time tracker.
Missing something
I don’t get it. The App never knows where I am, it always goes home even when I’m out and about.

when looking at a bus stop for times. it should show all the times per day. to often i look to check on what time the bus is coming an no time is showing but i know there was one in a few hours.
Love the transit it forces you to be human
If riding the transit as your only way it allows one the privilege to view the whole spectrum of urban species.Thereby granting empathy to the individual applicant and lest we forget the great work of the Bus Drivers. M
INTRUSIVE ADS
The ad placement is absurd and nasty. They are placed in a banner right at the bottom of the screen -easy to accidentally trigger. Get real Transit! Remove the ads completely please! This is a public service for which no ads should be involved! Sufficiently dissatisfied to abort using this app.

Useless. No menu options doesn’t make sense.
Cannot get trip schedule for anytime in the future. It doesn’t locate where I am all it is is a list of buses. Shows buses nowhere in my area How is this app helpful ?
