Think Bank Has High Fees
I was surprised that think bank credit union charged us over 30% due to an overdraft. Not sure it makes sense to stick with them; they only have a few branches far away from our home.
Can’t run app on my iPhone 7
The Think Bank app now requires iOS 16 and Apple only supports iOS 15 on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus so I’m unable to run this app any longer. This is disappointing since I was used to using the app on my iPhone to check automatic deposits and withdrawals. I don’t feel upgrading to a newer iPhone is justified just to keep using this app. I may look at moving my banking somewhere else where they have a app that I can use on iPhone 7.
Great app, but won't run on iPhone 7
This app *used to be* one of the best out there. The new update won't run on iPhone 7, so I can no longer use it. Could I shell out $ for a new phone? Yes. But this one works and I don't need to put my function phone in a landfill. Please make this app work on iPhone 7

I keep getting messages that I red to update for the new app, but when I do it just rejects me to the sign on. Not impressed.
Not intuitive enough
App is not smart enough. Does not auto capture the image and need to get rid of the instruction. Too many clicks.
Fix it!!
I’ve spent a long time using this app, and then suddenly it updates… and I can’t anymore? With the new IOS requirements, I can no longer access the app. Which means no Zelle, no money transfers, no checking my balance. Why is it that it worked for years, and now it “updates” to not work?
Lots to like, but a real failing
I’m happy to have this app. It works very well for numerous functions. However, the search function is completely worthless. I have not been able to recall a transaction by its amount, or it date, content of a memo or any other reasonable search criteria that one would use for this function If the search function was useful for preparing taxes, remembering categories, or any other of the fields for which you can make input, I would be much happier.

No longer works with IPhone X
If you have an iPhone X like I do, the upgrade will not work and you can no longer get into the app because it does not allow you not to do the update iPhone 10 is using 16.7.12. Which is the current OS It does not use 17

The app is often down and doesn’t let me transfer money. It gives me error messages whenever I try moving money from savings to checking. The load speed is pretty slow for an iPhone 11. I get my card declined at times even though I have money in there. Just please, I like the simplistic design and easy to use interface but the bugs and errors really make me think when I want to use the app.
Great bank
I have been with Think since 2006 and have never regretted changing to this bank. Home town friendly service every time I go there.12 out of 10 stars. The new think bank app makes a lot of transactions very simple and convenient. I do miss going into the bank though really great people there and always lotsa smiles!!
Terrible bank
Everytime i wanna use my bank and debit card after 9:00pm it never works, super inconvenient because I work night shift and it’s left me with so many issues, worst bank in my area and I understand why people only use them for savings accounts now. It’s very unfortunate given the time and age we live in now that a huge banking corporation can’t seem to get there stuff together. At some point I will sue them because I rely on them as they are my only bank and I don’t want to have to always keep cash on me as im always on the god.

My old iPhone is still working perfectly… This is so disappointing Think Bank. Is it really that difficult to keep supporting older iOS versions? Voice of customer feedback…

Update leaves customers behind
The latest version of the app kicks customers out if they don’t have a phone with iOS 16. Why update an app to allow fewer customers to use it?

The new update
It will not update on either my phone or iPad. I have updated my iPad and it still will not download the new update. I even deleted the app from my iPad and redoenloaded it and it still says I need to update it. There is no update option.
