Use to Be Great
The Jeff Bank app worked great until the last update & now it indicates my authentication information is incorrect. I can get into the site through the main web page, so I know I have my sign-in information correct.
Needs serious improvement if they want to compete
I can’t even view my card digitally, the FAQS link is broken, there is zero help on the app. Compared to my other banking apps this is antiquated and poor.
Jefferson bank app crashed
App crashed. Reinstalled. App was empty. Grrr Called for help was told to uninstall it and reinstall. App still empty. All I get are the logo words Jefferson bank, don’t even show the JB picture logo. I need help but doesn’t seem to be any help. Suggestions? Or I will daily call bank to see what has gone through. Now I don’t even have a statement. Should I change banks? Any help possible?

I absolutely love your app! It is so easy to use and I am able to use the fingerprint which is awesome! Thanks for making my banking experience so much easier! Jacob Stokes is the absolute best to work with! He has helped me with some issues and took the worry away! Thank you again Jacob!!!

Since recent update unable to use finger print to open app. Central Bank works fine but not Jefferson Bank.

You’ve come a long way!
It was 1960, you had to carry around a “savings book” that you had to Hans carry to the back to make a deposit that was all done by hand. They stamped your book with your balance, and dare you not loose the book. Banking has come a long way. I live online banking where everything can be seen and done, all on line with a click and an enter. I love it!
