Great free city guides !
Basic information is given but enough to bring life to the city!
Nonfuctional
This app is nonfunctional and it’s contents. Will not download in my selected language. I have reached out to customer service for over a week. Complete waste of time and money.
Commentaires
Buon lavoro ... Alessandra
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
What a day! I’ve used this app in London and it worked perfectly! I love this new concept of guided tour, we could jump off to have a quick break and then we jump on to finish the tour. Both guides were fantastic! - I recommend it!
Don’t bother with this.
The app constantly crashed; the option to pick a language for the audio download was a blank screen. Useless app that detracts from the experience rather than enriching it.
Perfecto
Nice App, but without a thommaso hotspot it takes a long time to download the app Best regards Lara & Vanessa
Tomo
Pagué 64 € por entrar y el ticket cuando lo canjeas son solo cinco euros y la guía es con el teléfono no digo más
Used this several times. Love it!
I’ve used this app in Amsterdam, London & Berlin so far, and I think it’s brilliant. It makes finding your way around a city so easy, and listening to tour commentary as you go is a great touch!
Absolute Garbage
We downloaded for our trip to Rome and the booking ID is not accepted. Downloaded PopGuide and it works great. Asked BigBusTours who sole me the booking ID and no resolution or refund.
St Peter’s Basilica
Great way to have a self guided tour of St Peter’s. Make sure you bring earphones or EarPods. A bit confusing as to where you are supposed to look. Some misspellings in the guide.
Low Utility
I bought the audioguide for roman historical area. However, there are so few audios for the hole experience. I thought that I would be able to play information about specific parts of the site, but thats no true. There is only a few records with few minutes each explaining a giant historical site.
Great way to see London
Amazing app for live and self guided tours
App Stability issues
I downloaded this app to do a tour of the Academia Gallery in Florence. However, after paying for the tour, the app constantly froze and I was not able to access it.
Difficile à mettre en route

Great app, easy to use
I used this app in London to join the walking tours, easy to use and great audio commentary
An absolute waste
Used this app for an audio tour of St Peter’s Basilica. The guides associated with Vox City were kind and welcoming but that’s where it ends. The app, when it actually was working, would constantly freeze or get stuck on screens I couldn’t leave. Other times it would just crash out and require a restart. Within 10 minutes of using it, I ended up just closing it and using a standard guidebook. Thankfully the VC tour wasn’t much more than ticket price for the dome but I definitely wouldn’t opt to try it again.
ROMA
comentarios muy escuetos y pobres. Faltan monumentos de los q no hay reseña como por ejemplo La columna de Trajano
Nice staff
Chairs and Valentina Bancone are pretty nice!
Difficult to follow
No instructions in how to use and it’s difficult to figure out by your own.
Fantastic explanation and advice
Fabulous well done
Does not work
Cannot move past the intro after purchasing an audio tour. Every recent review is 1 star.
Really Good
I used this app to get around Rome and it was really great. Very good information and much better than carrying a paper map and guide book.
Ridiculous.
Not worth a penny. Short messages without any details (approximately 1 min per stop) & long walks in between. Don’t buy!!!
Great app
Great app, easy to use, latest version is a step above other products out there. Used it in Rome recently. Look forward to getting this for other cities on my next trip.
Won’t recognize the QR code. Terrible app.
Won’t recognize the QR Code so I can’t download the audio guide (to St. Peter’s Basilica). Terrible app.
Awesome guide
I used the App to visit Rome and I really liked it. It is easy to use and very clear. Recommended !
Do not use
Didn’t work and had to buy tickets separately
