Great place to stay, if you want the feel of Italy. We stayed 4 nights, and were treated like Royalty by the Owner. They made us feel very comfortable, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Not your basic Bed and Breakfast.
Not what I expected
The app only has three self guided tours. The rest is just suggestions for tours you can buy.

i especially love the Rome Travel tour section about travel passes and ways to save money. we are backpackers and not rolling in money so this really helped us see the beautiful city and stay within our budget.so simply its is really awesome
Aufgabe verfehlt
ich habe eine App erwartet, die mir in geringem Maße einen Reiseführer ergänzt. Kein Ersatz aber doch nutzbar - weit gefehlt. Die Navigation ist bestenfalls bemüht, eher schlecht, das Design ist für einen snap-shot witzig aber sehr unübersichtlich. Viel Platz verschenkt, andererseits ist ja auch kaum Information hinterlegt, dann ist ein "übersichtliches" Design ja sinnvoll um diesen Umstand zu verwischen. Die Übersetzung in's Deutsche ist sehr holprig, wenn die Inhalte stimmen würden, wäre dieser Umstand ja noch zu verschmerzen. Wofür dies App bei so extrem wenig Inhalt soviel MB braucht hat sich mir nicht erschlossen - peinlich. Schlussendlich war der "Führer" eigentlich unbrauchbar für die Reise.

You download the app and find as you explore it is downloading and charging you extra. Whatever the developer is stating it is far from clear what the actual costs are. It is further aggravated by the fact that the app is not particularly good. Avoid. Am trying to contact Apple about a refund.
best offline app
This Rome travel guide and offline city map is highly recommended with must go places. also includes the weather, currency, converter to Italian etc. A complete software package all for free and nearby subways etc.

It looks like there's some pretty good info in this app, though I would say that the interface needs some excessibility improvement . It is difficult to navigate the controls with voiceover.

Pretty useless as a guide, maps inaccurate and even missing some of the landmarks. Maps not scalable and missing small streets. I was disappointed that I relied on this app to say the least.
My trip in Rome
Im planning to go to Rome in a week from today. Ive downloaded this app and started to plan the trip for the last two weeks. This guide is really useful and cant wait to use while there. Ive jist booked my shuttle to the hotel and a private dinner for me and my husband, Im looking forward to discovering this amazing city that Ive always dreamt to go. Also, the app is free, so just give it a try! It is worth it.
Rome guide
I have to ask for a refund on this app!! I have just purchased for £3.99 and it is just showing me pictures I now find I have to keep £2.99 £1.99 for different things to open tour guides etc!! Not what I wanted to do!!! Will wait to hear from you!!

Im currently traveling around rome and the south of italy. This rome travel guide is very handy and easy to use. Off maps are a big plus while traveling within italy

Rome guide is the perfect app for anyone visiting Rome. I love the graphics and the interface. The maps are outstanding because they are offline maps. Overall it's a great app for any traveler to Rome and needing a guide.

The maps don't let you zoom in far enough to see all street names, they are just saved photos. Screenshot maps and save $4

When you are traveling to Rome, you should have a good rome travel guide and offline city map. And this app can be your company in your Rome travel. Do try to use this app and see if this will serve you best.
Disappointing
I bought this because of the maps and an icon showing a bus. Unfortunately, the only thing thing to do with bus and map is "they're available free and people will help you". I wanted a map with route numbers that I could use on my IPhone. What a waste. Even the street map doesn't overlay the metro - two separate maps.
Not Free
I don't like apps that tell you the download is free and then charge you $3.99 for the maps, as this one does. This app can't be used unless you use the maps.
Junk. I'm in Rome and it is useless.
I bought this before my Italy trip. I bought maps for Florence and Rome. It always hangs on startup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times. I think it worked once. When I start it back up again it hangs. I wish I could get my money back. They must not have tested this in country. STAY AWAY. There are better travel apps out there.
Lousy app
Not worth the money. I wasted $3 for a lousy, non interactive guide with minimal, useless information.
