Missing much audio content
I was very excited to use this during our hop-on hop-off tour in Vienna, but it turns out that many of the stopping points list audio content but then it does not play. It will not help me but it would be great to have someone look into this for future travelers!

Save yourself the hassle and the money. This app is Useless. Do not purchase it! Just get an audio guide at the abbey itself. It’s cheaper there. And this pop guide tour is absolutely useless
Good app but I wish it had dark mode as well
It’s a nice app but I wish it had dark mode to make it easier to read the text for people who like dark modes.

Versailles - don’t bother
We bought our tickets and the audio tour for Versailles from POPGuide. It was a mistake. I was emailed a link the day before and found the POPGuide almost impossible to download (3 tries for each of us). We also had one kid without their own device, so we ended up paying for more audio tours than we could use (had to get our tickets together). Once we got into Versailles I was disappointed to learn that there were huge areas without any info in the audio guide. I spent quite a lot of time trying to figure out what to listen to before realizing there was no info for nearly the entire ground floor. There are audio tours for rent by the museum, which would have been a better choice. Definitely skip this and go with either a human guide or the one available from Versailles.

SCAM
We visited Paris and bought guided tour tickets to the Louvre. Be aware the guided tour is this app and they are reading a script. Tickets are substantially more money than if you went directed through the website. Their customer service is non-existent. They pry on tourists. Do not download do not go through FEELTHECITYTOURS.COM
Needs work but pretty good for starters
Get the impression that this is a newish app. The idea behind the app is excellent although it’s execution needs to be either streamlined or slightly more intuitive. For example clicking on a map (London) shouldn’t then take you to a globe where you need to manually zoom on your selection. Just a suggestion your choice should put you in that area without further need to interact. The woman’s voice who narrates some of the information is not only annoying it is not easy to listen to and sounds like it is a last minute stand in from someone’s front room ! There are a few oddities with the app that will in time hopefully get ironed out. The idea though is really good it just needs to develop as time goes on which I am sure it will. Please get a professional though to do the narrative. One question when we book attractions through this are we booking through we know London or directly with the operators as there are some pricing differences.
Buy tickets from official websites/ Used in Madrid for Prado and Palace
On an iPhone the map of the palace was not visible inside the building. In Prado it only had audio for 44 items - the museum had audio for over 200 items. Also, the audio numbers were not in the correct position on plan, so very tricky to use.

Very limited
We downloaded this to use with an MP TOUR but the audio provided was about 3 minutes ling for the entire Colosseum. Maybe there's a way to get more information but it wasn't clear to us.

È apprezzabile che i contenuti siano concisi e adatti a tutti. Ma non c’è relazione tra l’itinerario e l’ordine in cui vengono proposti i contenuti almeno per quanto riguarda il Colosseo mentre per i fori non c’è nessuna facilità ad orientarsi

Don’t Waste Your Time
Terrible! I purchase 4 tickets to enter Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome. The QR code on the ticket only allowed a single user to access the data. How bad is that when you are a group leader! Don’t waste your time trying to use the Pop Guide unless you purchase individual tickets… then it might actually deliver what is promised. 👎🏻

Enhanced my Rome trip
Used this for Rome city and Pantheon and found it very user friendly with good information that enhanced my trip. In Rome there are so many impressive buildings that it’s useful to know more about the history and specific features to look for. Also helped me navigate the city. Particularly liked that you could download so could still use without data/wifi.
We bought tickets to a place that was free
And then this app was what we actually paid for. It’s nearly impossible to download. I didn’t get it to work and several people in the party didn’t either. After over three times of trying the process from the beginning. St Peter’s Basilica.
Map doesn’t match layout
The stops in the map no longer match the museum layout so the audio doesn’t line up with the works

The audio tour for Athens is quite basic and the clips from most attractions are only 1:30 long, so not a supplement for a tour. Good concept for an app.
Pop Guide: Lisbon
I found this app to be extremely user friendly, because the points of travel are clearly laid out. Having visited Lisbon recently, this app would’ve helped tremendously with organizing and navigating my trip; in addition to saving me a lot of headaches. I would strongly recommend this app because I found it to be more convenient than tediously plodding through a written travel guide.
Nothing will download!
The app is extremely disappointing. When trying to download the de Familia audio guide in English it will say it’s downloading produces network errors, even though I’m online try again, same errors or sits all the way at fully downloaded without closing out the download process and so therefore, I never get the download. The app doesn’t seem to function correctly.
Colosseum and Ancient Rome- the worst
Tried using this, was the worst experience. It makes no sense oh which and where you are supposed to be at. POPGuide might work but for this venue was useless and ruined it

Ottima app per i musei ma non è molto chiaro come scaricatele foto scattate con l’app dopo avergli assegnato un titolo. Non mi permette di vedere né le foto in Galleria app né da altra parte su iPhone

This app allows you to know more in shorter sentences. It was recommended by my mother ( The Manager of WeKnowLondon). It’s the Company that made the app. It’s a tourist app that helps you! Recommend you get it it’s free and easy and you can use it offline!
Useless
Downloaded app, but it won’t open - tried deleting and starting over, same thing.
So slow
Slow to load, slow to play, freezes everytime you go to the list of attractions.

I have an older iphone so it being slow could just be my mobile. The app is great to get around to most attractions, i used it last night for new years to get to the fireworks. The app needs to add tattoo shops.. i give the app 3 stars but apparently it doesnt let you post a review unless u give 5 stars

Very little information
We were recommended this app by our hotel so thought it would be worth spending €5 on. After downloading you can see the main attractions on the map. I was hoping to get information on more than those. There is a play button for them and after a few sentences it’s done. It gives you a VERY brief and shallow info bite so if you expect some proper facts and historical background it’s worth going on YouTube to type in the name + Audio and get properly informed!
