A great game
I’m really hoping for another dead man’s phone story, I loved the two on there so much and they’ve both got such an amazing storyline and choices to make… I don’t enjoy the smaller stories as much just because they aren’t as detailed and I like the constant thickening of the plot and working on the same story for longer,so I really hope for another big dead man’s phone story soon. They have such great plots and it’s really tense and intriguing!!

Absolutely amazing game! It’s so in depth and immersive. My only quarrel so far, if you fall behind in reading during and interrogation, you’re screwed until they finish talking. You can not scroll up. The Pc Macguire interview is horrible to sit through if you fall behind
this game is using ai
i was enjoying this game, but i finished the first two dead man’s phone series and started on the miniseries and noticed a pretty severe drop in the quality of the game. it’s very evident that they have begun using ai instead of using real actors for their stories. generative ai is not only very detrimental to the environment, it also steals jobs and artwork from real artists. not to mention that it has completely ruined the quality of the stories due to the fact that their ai generated characters have little to no personality and the characters in the “interrogations” look like something out of a nightmare. i truly enjoyed the first two dead man’s phone series, but it is incredibly disappointing to see the use of generative ai replace real actors. it’s especially disappointing considering the dead man’s phone series highlights the abuse of black people and sex workers, as well as homophobia, islamophobia, and more. i would hope that a team creating storylines highlighting these things would consider the repercussions of generative ai and avoid using it. ai is also a massive risk for women and others due to the rising rate of deepfakes creating non-consensual pornography. the more you use generative ai, the more realistic it becomes, and it makes the world much more unsafe for women and others. i have seen too many instances of people using generative ai to prey on women and create non-consensual pornography of them using photos they posted where they were fully clothed. these are only a few repercussions of ai usage, but there are many more including the implementation of it in government systems that is only adding to the rates of racial profiling and many other things. i would encourage the team behind this game to thoroughly research the detrimental effects of generative ai and reconsider using it.
Great game, far too long a wait
The game is actually amazing and really makes you feel like you’re a detective and it’s so interactive with some really great storylines, particularly the dead man’s phone: redman game is my favourite although I have noticed along with all the other games that there are that you have to wait anywhere between 5-24 hours between certain episodes for certain “evidence” to load or before you can actually play an episode again after only playing it for like 10-15 mins which in my opinion is far far too long and eventually puts you off wanting to even play it anymore, as you can’t even do something else in the game while you’re waiting, unless you use you’re “gems or coins” to take a couple hours away from the 24 hours which is a bit ridiculous as you end up having to pay for more gems just to unlock it or wait the full time, which is sad as I enjoy playing the game but I don’t have time to wait 3+ hours just to play for another couple of mins, please reduce the wait time at least as it’s quite frustrating as the game is worth playing but not worth that wait.

lots of glitches and unnecessary waiting
the game randomly makes you wait like 15 hours and gives you the option to watch like 10 ads to reduce the time after that the game just completely glitches and gets stuck refreshing the app still keeps it stuck this also happened on the previous story and i had to delete and reinstall the app losing all my progress the stories are fun but not worth it for all the glitches A
Amazing there’s just a bug
I was playing red man and I am on the B Drilla mission (spoilers ahead) It got to the part where we contact vikram about if Bradley’s dead body matches the prints or other dna of the crime scene. He said no and now there is nothing to do. I can’t text anyone further, investigate, or interrogate anyone.
Frozen
It’s great until you make a lot of progress and the game just gets stuck with no way to fix the issue. Very unique game with cool storylines. Wish that there were more case episodes. And I wish there was a way to unfreeze the game without losing progress.
AI!!
This is such a good game, the storylines are amazing and the plot twists are tense and unpredictable, so much fun to play. But you need to stop using AI !! Not only is it bad for the environment, it’s lazy, uncreative and looks terrible, no matter how realistic you may think it looks. It simply puts me off the game and makes me feel disconnected from the story, knowing that what i’m looking and it slop made by a computer, not by a talented human.

Takes money without giving in-app purchase
I have made 2 in-app purchases for coins and gems. The first time I made a purchase it took my money without giving me the gems. I tried again today after requesting a refund through Apple, thinking it may just be a glitch, however it has yet again taken my money!
It won’t disappoint
I started playing about a week ago, someone on a social media platform recommended that people play. I saw that it didn’t have many reviews so I was skeptical at first but it did NOT disappoint at all. It’s a really great game. I do have to say, they make you wait for inelegance/evidence for an insane amount of time and you run out of coins faster than anything… with no really big gain of coins after each mission. I would highly recommend this game just have to have patience.

Wow love this game it is so addictive and also so educated to have insight on solving crimes and being a detective I have always wanted to be one so I have the chance to now hope there are more crime solving episodes coming as it help my mind to keep active and helps my mental state to be more focused

Scriptic is an amazing game that puts you through scenarios real detectives would have to go through. Each character felt unique, almost making me feel as if I was actually there talking to them. My only complaint is that there are only 2 main storylines. Don’t get me wrong they’re wonderful, but once you complete them there’s really nothing else to do, and I understand that making games like these do take a lot of effort I just hope that soon there’ll be a 3rd storyline. Or maybe a new miniseries with the player as a witness/accomplice! Great game would recommend. (Sadly there is usage of Ai if your against stuff like that)
Was fun but now cheapened by over use of AI
I’d give Scriptic more stars if it continued to employ live actors for both live sequences and photos. The AI is so obvious and jarring it cheapens the whole experience. Do better.

Started playing The Unmasked series and got to episode 3, where it suddenly got stuck—just says they’ll update me when they have more info, but nothing has happened since. Thought maybe I’d missed something, but I definitely haven’t. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app (lost all my progress), only for the same issue to happen again. Super frustrating. Also, the wait times between episodes are ridiculous. Definitely not a smooth experience.

Having to wait
Just downloaded and started the red man case. I was so immersed and boom. I have to wait 24 hours to carry on with the case😂. I can’t understand games who do this. It’s pointless. You hook people in and lose them. I’m not paying £5 per case to not have to wait days to complete it. Fix the waiting times/ heavily reduce them and you have a great game. Until then though I’m undownloading.

buggy game, progress deleted
good game, really buggy. had to delete the app because i could only hear the game when i plugged it into headphones? didn’t do that the first time i downloaded. why is it that when i redownloaded the app, ALL of my progress is gone and i have to start all my stories from square one? not only that though, the coins i spent on the stories are still gone, and i still cant hear the game. 😒
Waiting times
Great game. I love how involved you are in every case however…the waiting times are too long. I’m waiting 15hours for someone in the game to do their role? I’m waiting for 11 hours to move onto the next chapter? It’s not right. I’m someone that will occasionally spend money on a game that I enjoy and it’s becoming more frequent recently however I’m not spending money to then still wait. I used coins and gems to reduce my 15hour waiting time and I’ve still got 5 hours left? With the waiting time, it’s not a game you can get fully immersed in because you are constantly WAITING. Bit disappointing as it is such such a good game WHEN you’re not waiting.

I truly recommend this game, if you have any thoughts of being a criminologist/detective in the future. It felt like I was solving a crime in real life. A very fantastic game, so addictive as well!!

This is by far one of the BEST games I ever downloaded!!! I can’t even put it into words but there’s some glitches going on towards the end of some of the episodes.
problem
i really liked this game untill i got stuck on a chapter. it says they will update me when there’s new information. it’s been days now and still nothing. i thought i might have missed a clue but i’ve scanned through everything and there’s no options of clues i have forgotten. seems like it’s broken.

Disappointed
The game loads to 29% and then it is stuck. I’ve played this game before but obviously I’ve changed phone since. I’ve also spent money on this game and can’t get on. There’s numerous people saying the same thing it just doesn’t move pass 29%. Will revise review if bug is fixed. Please sort it out
Amazing
The only bad side to this game, is there isn’t more long episodes of Sutherland and team! And the short stories end once you decide to charge them or not - would be nice to discuss with the team. It’s so Addictive though! So well made. Would be 5 stars if there were more long episode stories.

Good game but too many bugs
Such a good game, really enjoying it. But it’s infuriating having to keep restarting episodes cause it freezes or bugs out. One game no matter what I do, won’t load. So now I will never know the ending which is also annoying. If it weren’t for these problems, it would definitely be a 5 star!
Good gameee
I love this game a lot !!! It’s a great mobile game and has a very intriguing plot lines . I would have preferred it if we didn’t have to wait so long for certain things , I understand you can pay with coins and gems but it’s a little annoying. I normally just watch the adds but it takes forever!

I’ve been seeing this game advertised a few times, decided to download it and play it. I can’t even get past the loading screen in the very beginning it’s been stuck on 29% for 3 hours. Hopefully one day it decides to download and I get to enjoy it

There are not enough words that I could put into a review to explain this game so im just going to say WORTH THE TIME ! or AMAZING ! I mean there is just one big idk if it’s me kr tje game but when I first downloaded it it said best with sound now idk if i was hallucinating it or it’s real but there is no sound on this game but it’s NOT A BIG DEAL and lastly i just wanted to suggest making the time when bringing or searching for people shorter because some of them are like 24 hours and i know you can watch ads but it’s a bit annoying but again NOT A BIG DEAL but overall amazing fabulous fun thank you for making it

So much bugs!
I hate to say that, because I reaaally love that game.. But I was about to finish Redman last episode and it bugged so I couldn’t finish it.. tried to deinstall and reinstall to check if it would work and BAM aaaall my savings where GONE! And of course my coin where not return. Try to restore purchase, still, 60 coins lost. Really frustrating.
