Need bugs fixed otherwise great app
Won’t Load
I want to give the app a try but the stories won’t load. I can’t get past choosing a name and body type. It kicks me out with some funky error message about the app not properly working. Ugh.
Entretenido
El juego es muy entretenido, y las historias tienen una estructura que engancha. Los gráficos no son los mejores, pero está muy bien para pasar el rato.
Until it’s fixed it’s getting two stars.
This game has been “broken” for months and months. It gives error after error message. It glitches out. Half the stories won’t load and error out. I stopped messing with it late last year, came back to it, and it STILL doesn’t work. It still has the exact same issues it had last year. Don’t bother unless they figure out the problems with it. They keep saying they’ll fix it, but it’s been empty promises. I also hate that you can’t change your hair or anything once the character is created. Some of those hairstyles suck to be stuck with the entire game. Line the pigtails. Who wears pigtails when dressed up fancy? They really should tell you when making your character that you can never change the hairstyle. So, choose wisely. 🙄 Don’t waste your time.
Glitches
It glitches out definitely need to fix
Pretty please lol
Can you please make more I love the fact that you can play as a man or woman in all of the stories no other app offers that
Company doesn’t care
This would be great if you’re in to these type of games unfortunately most stories don’t work all the way through & even though the company has known this error for 5+ months they don’t care enough to fix anything. Have to assume that’s all about money considering any other game of this style requires large purchases to have all choice options. Shame on you. Fix it or take it down. MAKE SURE YOU REPORT THIS TO YOUR APP MARKETPLACE IF YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE!
Needs Fixin
Love the stories couldn’t finish them because it keeps kicking me out
bugs
I love this game I really like the fact that you don’t need diamonds for the options and can pick any choice, but PLEASE fix the bugs. It doesn’t let me start certain stories or finish them because this error keeps coming up.
Error loading secrets
Great app but you can’t even read half of the stories. You get a “Error loading secrets” and kicked out. That sucks.
Just posted another
The first one
Not working
Most stories don’t work
The game is good, but I keep getting errors
I love the app in the concept of it, but I wish they had a little more stories and they fixed the bugs cause it keeps saying like I’m getting an error whenever I try to press on a story not for all of them, but one of them I was reading it for a while and then it wouldn’t let me read it because it had an error so if they fixed that, it would be amazing
bugged for months.
The story arranged to be yours is STILL not playable. i’m stuck on episode six and keep getting kicked out. please fix this game.
Error message
The gameplay is really nice and love that I can make customization with characters. It’s just that I went through all the prompts suggested for fixing the error loading message, which was on majority of them, just for it to still not load. I’m very disappointed in that but otherwise love the app
Love!!!!
This app is so fun and the stories are so good…
3 month error message
This game had been a lot of phone, but I have to give this a 1 star rating because this game cannot even be played. According to your help site it has been 92 days since the “Our server might be experiencing a temporary issue and the download didn't complete. Please check your internal connection and try again in a bit." message has been known. 92 days and this still has not been fixed. So the question becomes, will you repair the issue or remove the game, because it cannot even be played.
Glitches
Such an amazing app. Very good stories. Only problem is I can’t read any of them anymore because it kicks me out. Please fix this problem.
Some of the episodes are not working!!!
I’ve been trying to play my fav ones but it keeps kicking me out please fix the bug it’s been ages now and add more episode that actually works it’s starting to get boring you cant play anything with this new bug !
Error Message
I love the game but literally half the stories either won’t load at all or you only get so far into them before the error message pops up. I’ve went through every story available and was only able to completely finish half of them. And from what it’s looking like it’s been months since this has been reported with no fix yet.
Wish they would make the storys longer
I wish they were longer and they made more stories played them all already.
Barely functional
I wanted to like this app but it’s barely functional. They have been having ongoing issues for months and yet still nothing has been resolved. You can’t even get through one story without it crashing and then you can never open that story again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but there is no reason it should this long to fix an issue.
problem
i really love this game but it gives an "error loading" warning on almost every story, and it hasn't been fixed for a long time. I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible.
Fix the game
Of the 21 available stories (there’s not been a new one in more than a year, not been an update at all in 9 months) only 9 work to the end. 6 won’t load past chapter 1 and the rest stop working around chapter 7. They made a statement 3 months ago acknowledging they know the app is broken but have made no update to fix it. It’s disrespectful to the writers of these stories. This is clearly an abandoned app and I don’t understand why they don’t just add these stories to XOXO and put Secrets out of it’s misery if they’re just going to leave it bugged to unplayable mess.
New post
I love the stories, I love that we don’t have buy gems for new outfits but I hate that some stories stop working mid story, tired redownloading and even got a new Netflix account and still doesn’t work
Error Codes
The story’s are really good, you just can’t finish them through without getting thrown an error code and booting you out. I’ve tried to fix it but I think it’s a bug. But if this app gets fixed, then its a 5 stars
Errors half way through the episodes
I keep getting “error loading secrets” when I’m about half way through episodes. Sometimes it won’t even load the episodes. I’ve tried everything, including YouTube videos, and nothing works. Truly disappointed, especially since you don’t have to pay for the options like the original episode game.
Game review
I love the game and how it is set up however when I’m trying to play my game, it keeps coming up with error and I’m doing everything in my power to prevent it and it keeps coming up but other than that when that gets fixed it’s an amazing game
Their not working
Half the games aren’t working
Error message still an issue!!
I love your game and want to play but it’s frustrating when I can’t finish stories! This error message has been an issue for months and no progress has been made. Please get this fixed!!
I LOVE THESE APPS BUT..
I have been playing og episode since I was little! I fell in love with them BUT i hated I had to pay. Fast forward to a couple of years a go I say this app and the other episode Netflix app. ALSO the Apple Arcade xoxo episode, and I love them all of them! But I do wish that there was more stories that came out. I need something new. I get that they probably do that so you download the actual game but that is unfair to us….
Can’t play the game
I’ve tried to play the game for three days now. I only got to episode 3 before it said it can’t download because the servers are down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works. It’s ridiculous
Having trouble
I like the game but you can only replay so many times before it gets old. Need new content to play and right now on my iPad I get error messages saying most can’t load so it’s even more limiting.
Won’t Load Stories
I’ve been enjoying the stories but some of them will start and then have an error loading message then it just closes it won’t open again. This is for most stories on the app which is unfortunate because the stories were fun and interesting.
Some stories crash
I have 3 stories I started but crashed and won’t load
An opinion
You HAVE TO do more stories, the ones that are published are amazing but we need more and in Spanish that would be better!.
If I could rate it a zero I would
The game is always crashing and kicking me out of the story, it’s been going on for almost 7 months. I emailed support but they didn’t help at all so I think imma just cancel my Netflix subscription all together
Error Message
I used to like this game a lot but now that I open up some stories, it’s always saying Error Loading Secrets. If you can get this resolved, that would be appreciated.
Annoying
Alot of sorry download incomplete for weeks now
Episode
I love this app but it keeps kicking me out on my episodes so I can’t even watch most of them I keep trying too log onto the episodes big it won’t let me on
Most of the stories aren’t working
I like the stories but most of them won’t work and it would kick me out of the story. Please fix this because I would really love to check out the other stories. I would also love it if you guys could add new stories.
Can’t even play the game
I was able to play one full story and that’s it. I started a new one and it probably let me play two full episodes of another story but that’s it. Then it stopped working and said there was a loading error. I tried starting another story but it said the same thing. This was two weeks ago. I already contacted support and they were not helpful. No one has done anything to fix this problem clearly.
Bug issues
Some episodes freeze when I play hope it gets fixed
Secrets
I love this game where u don’t need to pay for gems to actually read the story what sucks is for a few days there’s a glitch that stops u from reading so u can’t even finish a story. I also wish there was more stories to read
Not all the stories load
I enjoy the stories but about 4 of them don’t load at all and 2 of them let me complete 1 episode and then shut down and now won’t open
I love the App but the bugs are ANNOYING!
The App & stories are great. But it’s been stories I’ve started & I’m invested in the story & the story just crashes! 😒 Please fix it!
I wish I could read all the stories
Every time I’m in the middle of a story it cuts off and says Error Loading Secrets. It has done it for majority of all of them. Please fix!! So I can enjoy reading the rest of the stories.
Bug
It’s a really fun game, I enjoy many of the stories! However, there is a glitch where it pops up with an error and will not let me open the story again. I saw reviews that it’s been happening since may. Can something be done about it?
Doesn’t work
Has frozen halfway through a story and won’t load. Consistent server issue but nothing is fixing it
Fun but glitchy
I enjoy playing this game and going through stories and not having to spend money on certain choices! However, the error message pops up during chapters for some episodes which makes it hard to enjoy when you can’t finish & get through it! Hopefully it’s fixed sooner than later!
