Недовольна работой поддержки. По ошибке оператора или бота сбросился доступ к старому аккаунту с накопленными ресурсами и покупками за несколько лет. Вместо помощи оператор Анна предложила создать новый iCloud ради игры, проигнорировав другие письма. Все чеки покупок предоставлены на почту, подробно описана проблема. Очень жду адекватного решения проблемы и возврата доступа к профилю!
Much Less for Non subscribers
As a supporter of RC since its early days. I’ve always spent money when I could to support the app. Buying teacups especially. Over the years they’ve changed the value and amount of teacups, charged for the option of more story slots which I paid for to support and now added subscriptions options which I would have no issue with if they didn’t keep certain options in the story blocked via that paywall. There is no unlimited reading even though you’re paying at least $10. It’s honestly the beginning of the greed that will surely end this app to failure as every other romance virtual novel app before it. Forgetting the players who made this app what it is, is always the first step. There’s literally a gamble option included at the end of certain episodes now which is ridiculously greedy. It’s less enjoyable to read the stories as they’re now shorter, and even with all these new ways to give them money they can’t be bothered to update the older stories to support other races besides Europeans in the CGs, fix grammar and translations, or match the CGs with our choices, but man they never stop coming with these collectible cards. Not to mention most of the new stories are now sequels or spin offs from other stories. I want to hold out hope they’ll turn it around but it’s not looking good. At least we still have DR for now.

я уже 4й раз подряд выбиваю по 1 алмазу, это уже даже не смешно, с золотым пропуском было так же, поэтому я его отменила, колесо явно подкручено, вообще стыдно должно быть для такого крупного приложения вставлять в рулетку 1 алмаз, хоть бы на позорились, уберите его вообще оттуда, или сделайте минимум 10-15, клоунизм, 3 раза подписку покупала, пока этот позорный алмаз не уберут больше не куплю

It has my favorite original stories!
I love this app! You have so many different original stories to choose from as a main character. You can romance multiple characters but, beware because that may end up negatively impacting your story. My favorite part is being able to fully customize your MC with hair, makeup, and outfits. They have subscription options that I am seriously considering because I’m always on this app!
Offensive, broken story mechanics
The book 'Kali: Call of Darkness' is a total trainwreck. Its portrayal of Hinduism and Goddess Kali is highly offensive, relying on graphic, sensationalized gore and cheap shock value that reads like outdated colonial propaganda. Structurally, the game is a broken diamond trap. I wasted over 500 diamonds only to be hit with deceptive choices and vague prompts that ruin your playthrough if you don't use an external guide. It completely strips away player agency and actively promotes xenophobia. Skip this app unless you want a predatory cash-grab that insults real cultures!! Masterpieces like Vying for Versailles show this app can do better, but this specific author's books are utter garbage.

Разочаровалась
Ну типа… в новых историях слишком много клише. Старые авторы практически не подводят. Приглашенные авторы - заставляют меня рыдать не дочитывая первые главы до конца🥲 первые две истории Тепиша и Шута - великолепны, далее Реми не подвела - все истории 100/10, остальные выборочно (расписывать не буду), но многие истории написаны так, будто писал их человек лет 12-15… надеюсь, когда-то, Клуб Романтики опять поднимет стандарты. А то выпускать каждую обнову новую историю - это бред, делайте качественно старые. Я умею любить - я Метал Фемели каждый год жду выпуска серии. терпеливо, и не выебываясь. Они в последние года…три? Выпускают по ОДНОЙ серии! И я терпеливо жду каждый раз новой серии, потому что КАЧЕСТВО! 😍 не стоит превращать люкс в «шо попало» для того, что бы было количество новых историй. Сохраните (в данном случае верните) себе то самое качество. Я буду обнову ждать 2 месяца, но понимать, что там меня ждет отпадная серия после которой я спать еще неделю не смогу. Это лучше, чем, например, забывать о клубе романтики на год-два, потому что «да что там нового… толком и ничего» От души благодарю за уделенное время чтению этого коммента.
Could be better.
I genuinely love Romance Club, and it’s one of my favorite interactive story games. Stories like Thunderstorm Saga and Heaven’s Secret are some of my favorites because they kept me invested from beginning to end. That said, some stories are hard to get through because the pacing is too slow or there’s so much happening at once that it becomes overwhelming. As someone with ADHD, some of the newer stories feel overloaded with information, making it harder to stay engaged. I’d love to see more variety in writing styles and better pacing. I’d also love expanded character customization, including more body types and a wider range of skin tones. Black people come in every shade, not just one or two darker options, and better representation would help more players feel seen. I share this because I truly love the game and want to see it continue to grow and improve. I’ve been enjoying A.I and writing and making my own stories :)

This isn’t like chapters, buts it’s refreshing, the animations and artwork are absolutely gorgeous, the stories are actually well written, and it’s very generous with diamonds unlike some apps! The generosity actually made me want to subscribe to get more diamonds! 💎 very well done, please get more good stories out!

Постоянно какие-то проблемы с прогрузкой серий, выборов и концов серий, где должны быть награды, как будто это сделано специально. Игре уже куча лет - это всего лишь визуальная новелла и постоянно такие проблемы с тем, что игра слишком тяжелая, просят для решения проблемы отключить полный режим игры, то есть отключается музыка и визуальные эффекты, какой смысл тогда в игре?

Feedback on Premium Pass and Game Balance
Dear Romance Club Team, I have been a fan of Romance Club, but I’m becoming increasingly disappointed with the direction the game is taking. The premium choices are far too expensive compared to the number of diamonds players can earn. Please consider either increasing the amount of free diamonds available or lowering the cost of premium choices. Right now, it feels very difficult to fully enjoy the stories without spending a lot of money. Another issue is the tea system. It takes too many hours for tea cups to regenerate, making it hard to keep playing. Even after purchasing the Premium Pass, it still doesn’t feel worth the price because progress is limited by the slow regeneration and other restrictions. I am also unhappy with the new Premium Passes that prevent players from replaying stories unless they pay again. Replaying stories used to be a feature available to everyone, and removing that makes the game feel less fair and much more focused on monetization. I understand that the game needs to generate revenue, but many recent changes make players feel like they are being pushed to spend more instead of simply enjoying the stories. I hope you will consider listening to your community and making the game more balanced and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for you time

Romance Club is literally the best app on my phone. In this app I felt loved, seen and cared for, and I'm so glad I found this app. Love it with all my heart❤️🩹 It's amazing, perfect, gorgeous, I have no words to describe how much I love this app❤️
HS3 is ruined…
This app used to be really good, the best out there. But recently they have changed and for the worse. They now don’t care about players opinions and don’t keep their promises that were made. With the ending of HS2, the writer personally promised us they Vicky’s story with her love interests would continue separately. And with this news fans of the main Heaven’s Secret series were happy to wait for the next few years for her story to return. It turns out that the writer and Romance Club failed to keep their promise. They added two more books into the story and created a mess of different themes, characters and storylines and it’s all mushed and doesn’t flow properly. The episode format is ridiculous. As long as the episodes are long I don’t mind how long the season is but these episodes are finished in five minutes. Especially for Vicky’s PoV, and this is a joke considering she is the main character of the Heaven’s Secret Universe. Adding to this, the other two main characters they added are now rehearing an OG love interests nachos as a way to force them into the story. Malbonte for six years was labeled as formidable and the strongest immortal, but they have given all his traits to these two new characters and weakened his own arc. How can the most formidable and strongest immortal be injured by a human? He isn’t the same character anymore. None of the OG’s are. These three books don’t belong together, and fans across the world have been complaining, but Romance Club don’t care anymore. The writers statement that was released after HS2 is still circulating, where she says Vicky’s story with her companions would be revealed separately. Vicky’s own episodes are far too short. There is no progression, no romantic development even though she’s married. If with Malbonte he is the only one who got a relationship reset, which doesn’t make any sense. Her outfits, hair, wings are not to the same standard as previous books. She has been made to look weak, and her love interests have been made to look weak to favour the newer characters. Which again makes no sense. This is who defeated the universe. This isn’t story progression, it’s took so many steps backwards it can’t even be called a continuation. Players waited eagerly from the end of HS2 to start HS3 continuing Vicky’s story and to see her defeating Shephamalum. This is what we were told we were going to get. It now feels like false advertising to get us still spending money and it was lies. I feel my time on the time is nearly over. They have ruined what made the HSU so special, they have ruined the characters that made the universe as famous as it is. They don’t keep their promises. The writer didn’t keep her promise made to fans. The only way this could be fixed at this point is to cancel and rewrite HS3 how it was originally promised to fans. Right now the fans have paid for a promise and they haven’t delivered.

оч много лет играю, и никогда не имела претензий к игре, но к сожалению одна проблема преследует меня уже несколько месяцев: я не могу зафиналить бездушную из-за технической ошибки, игра вылетает сразу же после титров финальной серии. я ждала тех. обновления, пыталась писать комментарии и искать тех. поддержку, но всё без толку… помогите мне наконец-то зафиналить некогда любимую историю, пожалуйста!!!! мучаюсь три месяца
Too Expensive
The storylines are great, and the artwork is great as well. I had downloaded a while back and uninstalled it. Now I remember why; it’s too expensive. Why do choices cost between 45 - 70 diamonds. I kid you not, it’s that much. I’m going to delete this app, again, great storylines but it’s not worth the cost.

I many have only played for a little while but omg this is the first drama game that A: you don’t need to pay for B: yes there are gem options but at the end of every episode you get 30 or more gems C: you can chose what ever story u want it has so many you’ll never run out or get bored. не открывается история «Аверрис»
Здравствуйте. У меня возникла проблема, уже больше месяца не открывается только одна история в игре «Аверрис:Дитя разлома». При открытии выдает неизвестную ошибку и надпись «Произошла непредвиденная ошибка 003». Я перезагружала планшет не один раз, пере заходила, вообщем, без понятия что еще можно сделать. Скажите пожалуйста, у меня достаточно старый аккаунт с 19 года, почему мне выпадают только повторные карты у меня их около 100 и так же много карт у меня нет. Выпадают только повторки, при этом бриллиантовые карты за всё время выпала только одна. Request to Club Romantik: please add a feature to delete a started story. Sometimes you start it by accident, and to avoid confusion, it would be great to be able to delete it from the list of started stories and start it again when you’re ready. I’ve seen this request more than once — it would be very convenient. Overall, the stories are great, and I know and can see that you respond to every player’s requests — it’s amazing and makes me want to play even more! paying £10 a month just for the OPTION to buy exclusive content is ridiculous. but at least you also have the hideous AI avatars and the double awards for watching ads!! anything for more money to line their pockets, no consideration for their loyal fan base. nothing about this game is free, it is a trap. don’t fall for it, don’t even bother.

My favorite stories, graphics are great, authors are awesome, and good free choices! I love that it doesn’t force you to put money to have a great experience. Играю с 2019 года, за все это время меня никогда настолько не выбешивал мой собственный фаворит. Дайте удалить Морту с сервера или хотя бы развод с Голодом и возврат средств, потраченных на него. Если вы создаете трилогию с одними и теми же фаворитами, да еще и привязываете гг к ним в начале истории, то будьте так любезны сохранить их концепт, а не изобретать что-то новое. А и оштрафуйте того, кто это придумал, он явно не сильно мыслящий человек, наплевали на часть игроков. Две звезды по старой дружбе)

It’s great, but..
I really enjoy playing and the amount of diamonds the game gives and you have the chance to get is really great, but the wait time for teacups is genuinely ridiculous 😭. 2hrs and 30 mins for 1 is crazy, and the fact that even in getting premium, they aren’t unlimited or significantly easier to get just makes it so stupid.

Безусловно, молодцы, что добавили карточки, колесо фортуны, красивые каты, возможность зарабатывать алмазы и дни бесплатного прочтения. But! Я, как и многие другие, в том числе блоггер вроде Виктории Руневской, возмущены тем, что вы перестали прислушиваться к мнению русскоязычной аудитории. Ребят are you serious? Like, мы составляем ваш income ровно также, как и зарубежные люди. Ребят, вы из Молдовы, а не Китая, как в случае с геншином и прочим. Эти турки, требующие уволить Автора ДИЛ или же англичане стоят того, чтобы в Мороке давать нам афроамериканцев вместо чистых славян?
