Morning Easygoing
I can be anywhere in my house relax in the kitchen, opening my computer, on the deck looking at nature.Ilove it
DVR
Poor not allowing me use it outside of my home even after I reported it and did everything the technician said
FiOS TV
You should be able to watch FiOS TV on your phone or any device as long as you log in to the app you have to be at home in the house to watch live TV when you pay for it
Hi
Afternoon
Worst app update ever
This used to be a great app. Now, with their recent update, it is terrible. Much smaller number of channels on the screen, only two or three time periods as opposed to many more in the past. Large portion of the screen, devoted to video, that no one wants
Streaming issues
When I stream Fox News it is not stable. When I compare it to Hulu, prime or even you tube it demonstrates that it alone has the issue. I have complained for several years but to no avail.
HATE IT!!
The previous version was SO much better. Wish I could go back to it. In the old version I could just type in the the channel and find out what was on. Also liked the light background much better than the dark one. Would really appreciate the option to go back to the previous version!
Long Time Customer and User
Ive had this app for quite some time now and have never experience issues. However over the past 2 months since the update i have not been able to log in. It keeps send me an error message. Very unfortunate, I’ve deleted and redownloaded twice. It’s a dud don’t use it.
Works when it wants too
Horrible app it only works when it feels like it
Worse App and Service
By far your restrictions are far to excessive and service is non-existent per usual.
Unreliable app
When the app works, it is great. But so often it does not or it is super slow.
Disgusted
DVR is awful! Not easy to use or figure out! So sorry I chose Fios TV. Thinking about getting rid of it. TV service is also bad. Most nights I get that circle.
Not with the times
Coming from YouTube TV, this feels very legacy TV. Searching for a specific event such as a live game is almost impossible, you need to start googling what network is going to be on and what time. There is no way to search the live guide. If the live event runs past the allotted time, the live guide shows a whole different program. So good luck catching it last minute because you won’t know otherwise.
USELESS
Verizon just keeps getting more expensive & the features suck. This app is useless! Can’t record anything. Can’t access anything. Constant error loading DVR. 👎🏻👎🏻
My Stuff - Recordings
One can no longer see your DVR recordings or manage them from this app.
Inconsistent service/ poor customer service
It’s ridiculous that I pay so much for Verizon but can’t watch what I pay for on my phone. It’s also ridiculous that the pricing is never what is promised. Not happy at all.
Removal of Download Feature For DVR Content
Why did you take this feature away. I don’t always have access to WyFy and I would like to download content which I have recorded. It’s one of the reasons I wanted to upgrade,
Terrible Mobile App
Unable to schedule a recording on any channel when pm away from home. Customer Service NO HELP.
Sketchy
Cannot get connected. Help is unhelpful.
