Been here from the beginning
I love this app. I can keep a track of my payments and send my family money easily. I have seen the enhancement that the app has made.
App sucks after update
I have an iPhone 7 and was forced to update ios to use the app. Now after updating app still does not work. Don’t trust your banking details with this because it can all be gone when you least expect it

Can’t delete account
Can’t delete my account because I can’t leave a group from four years ago because someone else in that group owes another someone else $30. Genius.
Great app, just need a few small improvements
Overall a great app for splitting payments with groups. It’s just missing one thing that’d make it MUCH better to use - invite links If I want to add a bunch of people in my group chat to a been group, I should just be able to share an invite link rather than having to ask each of their handles.
Pretty good!
Works very well. The only issue I have is when I’m sending money to someone’s account because there is no money in their account - it won’t let me send money because there is no money in their account!!! It’s the worst oxymoron ever!
verify is broken
wasted so much of my time trying to verify on your broken system. fix the backend verification process first.

cannot verify card
used to work just fine but when my card expired, i’m trying to get the updated one verified but it won’t work. it takes me to get a otp but the page just keeps refreshing back to the “select how you would like to receive the otp” page even if i already did receive it. when i try to click out it just says “oops something went wrong” and when clicking try again or try again later, literally nothing happens and its just stuck there… ruins the whole functionality and purpose of the app…
Interface could have been better
Navigation between group payments could be more intuitive. Venmo is better for most tasks

I go to verify my card. It pulls open my bank verification website. I click on the link to get the code. The website refreshes. I verify via my bank. I go back to the app. Its reset the link. Love app but room for improvements
This app is great but wish you could add receipts or like a file to a request so the people receiving the request know what the payment is for.
As of 19-03-2026 your app is glitched. UNABLE TO SPLIT PAYMENTS
How does the core function of your app not even work?? If it isn't sorted out soon just going to delete the app.

Never seen another app with this design principle + UX
Horrible App with terrible customer service
There was a problem with the app verifying my card. I had already registered this card before and when I came to use this app again it asked to verify. However upon verifying it wouldn’t work at all. Contacting customer support they said they knew about this issue and would fix asap. According to them Asap is more than 2 months.
Great but the security has become obnoxious
Beem was so good for such a long time, but in recent months I can't even pay a friend back a couple of bucks without having to compete a security approval, which means extra steps in what used to be a simple process. It's over the top and it's going to drive me back to Splitwise.
Once great now inefficient
Used to be such a quick and easy to pay and sort out personal debts. I now have to externally authorise payments every time I try to make one, even to non-first time payees. This defeats the entire purpose of this app & in fact makes it more inefficient than paying directly via my banking app…

I would give this app 5 stars but with the latest update it looks like bpay is no longer supported? One of the main reason I use this app is to pay my bills… disappointed

Not able to set up account
When setting up your account, you need to upload 2 identification documents. The app doesn’t recognize the documents many times and therefore friends are not successful in completing the set up and cannot use the app

Easy and simple.
Bank cards
First time using the app, it worked fine. Second time making a payment 3 months later, it keep saying something went wrong. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still the same. Deleted the card and then tried re-adding it, won’t verify. Keeps saying something went wrong with verification, then freezes so I have to force crash the app. Reopen the app, my bank card is there listed as “unverified”. And won’t let me remove the card!! Absolute croc of a service!!
search function would be helpful
I like using beem! However there is one update that would boost the productivity and satisfaction of the app. Adding a search function to help find transactions. Sometimes it’s hard to track what’s been paid to who, and it’s tedious to scroll through the transactions page to find the particular payment (especially because I use this app so frequently!)

Not able to log in
I don't get the verification email so I can't log into my account. I chose the "contact us" option and email confirmation for that is coming but not the one that I actually need! Oh and did I tell you they have a faq that tells you how good their app is? The app that doesn't let you login...

Was unable to sign up
Account closed during sign-up. I attempted to create an account but was blocked during the verification process. After providing the information requested, I was told Beem had decided to end the business relationship, with no clear explanation or option to appeal. I never actually used the app, which made this experience confusing and frustrating. Support responses were generic and unhelpful. I would be cautious relying on this app, and have now been using another app with no problems.

Yay You’re back on the US STORE ! Well done Dev Team. I’m liking the low friction payment and the new loyalty card convenience. I can ditch my other loyalty card app now. Better hurry up and get that Apple watch app done !
