Great for “Jeffing”
Perfect little app for doing the run-walk-run method of running, or “Jeffing”. My only grumble is that sometimes the app is out by about 400 metres when my Apple Watch workout is running alongside it. E.g app said distance achieved (5k) when Apple Watch Ultra had only clocked 4.6k.
Losing strava is losing a customer
Hi, have been using the app for 5 years but need to look for a new one given Strava upload is no longer available. I hope you can offer a data migration option
Strava is not available anymore
I use the app for Many years now. But unfortunatly it is not syncing with Strava anymore! Please bring this feature back. Now it’s not useful anymore
Very Useful App
I have been using this App to get me comfortably round Half Marathons at the age of 73 and without much in the way of soreness the following day. Partly due to the confidence this App gives me (+ extra gym work and the right mindset this year) I have now entered my first ever Full Marathon. Without the help of an App like this I would not have thought this would ever be possible for me to do. The only thing I would have preferred would be the option to have the extra option of ‘Walk’ instead of only ‘Run Hard’ or ‘Run Easy’. (I use ‘Run Easy’ when I want ‘Walk’). It’s not a deal breaker!
Lost strava sharing
Really disappointed by this new rules of strava, will not use this beautiful app anymore..

Does not work in iWatch
I bought the app on my iPhone but when i want to use it on my watch it tells me i need to buy the app on my phone.

Bom app, seta os intervalos, preço acessivel (12 reais vitalicio). Porem o som que toca entre cada intervalo/faixa de treino, toca alto no relógio e bao toca no fone quando conectado. Corro geralmente em esteira na academia e acho o barulho alto desconfortável. Alem disso, Se estou ouvindo musica alta no fone, quase nao escuto o relogio, pq ele quase nao vibra.

Does not do intervals
What a friggin disappointment, set up intervals and does not work on iPhone 8 . Doesn’t continue to next set interval. Yeah only $2 but that’s not the point
Sync sometimes missing
I actually like the app and use it every time I do my exercise. But history sync from Apple Watch to iPhone is unstable, even when I press the sync button on my Apple Watch.
Absolutely awesome
If you have a training programme based around intervals this app is amazing. I’ve used the average split times to gradually improve training and the watch integration is spectacularly simple just when you need it to be when out running and lot wanting to click multiple times to adjust the interval programme
Apple Watch series 10 | App don’t work
This app don’t work on an Apple Watch series 10, if you are running in distance intervals. I have try to reads out to the company but there don’t answer me.
Haptics Would be nice on the watch
Great app for setting your own custom workouts. However there doesn’t seem to be any haptics when changing intensities and if not wearing earphones the audio prompts can be missed. Definitely a great app and worth the full version.
Als het op de Apple Watch zou werken top
Na de betaalde versie gekocht te hebben neemt de app op de Apple Watch deze versie niet over. Ook niet na resync op de Watch te doen in de app. Hierdoor eigenlijk waardeloos helaas en zonde van de investering!
Best interval App
Very easy to use and to customise, tried several others first but this is the best for me, uploads to Strava too. I can start my run from my Apple Watch, but that doesn’t speak to my AirPods for some reason, only if I start it on my phone. So if it doesn’t work from watch to AirPods it would be good to have a buzz/tap from the watch at interval change.
Sound doesn’t work so might as well just look at a watch
Pointless
Great app!
I started using this app after recommendation and love it. Shows the average pace/distance without the warm ups and cool downs, and have stats per interval. I would love it if we can extend the pre customised work out on days when I end up running more than planned!
Disappointed
I upgraded to the paid version expecting to then get distance voiceover for my interval runs but unfortunately this still doesn’t work

Excellent app. Perfect for Fartlek training. Intelligent interface and sensible price. Recommend totally 👍🏆
Too many features don’t work
Too low voice. Inaccurate distance.
Good but could be better
The interval timer is very good and easy to edit into custom intervals. An extra bonus is that you can still listen to podcasts/music at the same time which not always the case with other apps. One improvement I’d like to see is calories burnt being included that can be automatically logged to apple health. At the moment I have to either calculate it myself or run a 2nd app in sync with the interval timer.

A great training partner
I’ve been hunting for an app like this for ages - it’s an excellent aid for training programmes. Thanks! Two requests: please could there be an option for voice feedback on progress through the intervals (“completed 2 of 8”, for example) and could you please expose the app to Shortcuts? The second would mean I could start my music and the intervals at the same time.
Useless app
So difficult to navigate. Waste of money. No support either
Great, but!
This is superb for HIIT training and can’t be faulted for that, but I just can’t hear the voice prompts. Yes, I’ve checked all my volume levels. It’s just too low and any ambient noise drowns out any chance you might have of hearing the prompts. If this can be resolved, an easy 5 starts coming it’s way.
Very Good but not perfect
I was so impressed with the app itself and its ability to set intervals and run through them so clearly and concisely when on a run. However, one of the main reasons I got this app was it’s ability to upload runs onto Strava, which it said it is capable of doing, but when I got home, tried to upload and it just won’t work, no matter what I try it just won’t upload anything to Strava after all the correct steps have been taken. Not great, wish I could get my money back.
Speed training
Really impressed with the App and it’s good value for money too! Would be nice to be able to link if with Garmin so that I can start it using my Garmin watch than my phone - as then have to put the phone away too 😅
Bait and switch
The app description has lots of cool features. None of them are available unless you purchase them. Dishonest behaviour. The description should clearly state what features are free and what requires a purchase.
Very good app with all the basics
Overall the app is very good and easy to use. It doesn’t have all the bells a whistles of some of the other apps but for basic runs or interval training you can’t go wrong with this app
Simple and elegant design
This app is great. Allows me to customise everything that I want to customise to set up my interval/tempo run. Strava could learn a trick or two from these guys.
Doesn’t work
Couldn’t even get past the first step. I didn’t have the option to turn anything on when it linked to my health data so couldn’t use.

Excellent in Apple Watch
I run with my Apple Watch Series 6 without my phone. Unfortunately I couldn’t run my Apple workout app and my Seconds interval app at the same time so it was difficult for me to do interval running. This app is perfect, love the way it informs you of your pace as you go, keeps you right on the intervals, and gives you a great review afterwards. Then it loads up to Strava with ease. Great app to help me with my marathon training.
Free version is useless
I’m giving 1 star on principle. The free version of this app is useless. Why bother even offering it? Don’t download the app unless you are prepared to pay $6 for any real functionality.
Almost perfect interval timer - well worth your money!
This app is a really inexpensive and efficient interval timer which plugs a gap in a runner’s Apple Watch brilliantly. Custom intervals are easy to set up before a run, distance and time are available. The UI is clear, intuitive (swipe left to change effort) and notifications use a clear chime and haptic feedback so it’s clear when to step up. A praise note as well to the dev team who respond personally to feedback with determination to improve and I was delighted when a feature suggestion was released, based on my feedback, within a week of me suggesting it! The only thing that stops the app getting 5 is that it’s got some outdated design practices (modal windows for text entering as an example) and its difficult to edit custom intervals on the fly as you cannot use the crown to adjust...instead you have to tap a button which adds 5 metres/seconds to the interval. This can be cumbersome when you need to very quickly update your plan before training. Will be delighted to recommend despite this!
