Notifications
The app seems to work well but I never get notifications on my iPhone when an offline device comes online. I have notifications set to Always for all devices and also set on the iPhone.
Cannot log in
I tried to log in, and I cannot due so, I tried to do a second log in and still nothing. So it no good to monitor my WiFi

If there is an option to add devices to a profile, why do you not let that profile have a time to be online/offline?

Made switching to GreenLight a pain
This App was a pain in the A*s. It would not recognize it’s own WiFi, and made switching to Greenlight WiFi a truly horrible experience.
Notifications don't work
I don't get any notifications when a new device connects
Serious Bug
This app has a critical issue. Every single time I tap on Bedtime or Schedules, the app instantly closes and throws me back out. It happens 100% of the time, making these features completely unusable. What’s the point of having parental control features if users can’t even access them? This bug should have been caught before release. Very disappointing experience. Please prioritize fixing this issue because it severely affects the functionality of the app. Until then, I cannot recommend it.
Can’t test my speed.
Everything appears to work on this app as shown, but only thing that doesn’t work is I can’t test my speed which is no big deal because I have Speedtest on my mobile device. Maybe get everything working, including Speedtest. Y’all used to make some of the best mobile devices only if you switched to android faster.

Not fully ready for prime time
PROS: Map of network and the ability to toggle the beacon and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) primary router lights on/off. CONS: Requirement to login to the app frequently, sometimes each time it’s opened. Needs to be able to allow FaceID to authenticate the user instead. Once in the app it takes far too long to load up your network to allow you to view and manage it. The sign in process at the login prompt also takes far too long to process once credentials are entered. I haven’t had success logging into and using the app outside of home. This is a feature that works very well with Comcast Xfinity app. Future update request: I’d like to be able to drill down to each specific device from within the app to view/test performance per node/beacon. Also, would be more helpful if the Network would provide more useful meta data about the devices that are connected (i.e. Manufacturer name/brand and better device type descriptions). This last feature request is something that Comcast Xfinity xfi modem router is already capable of providing to the network administrator/homeowner.
Speed test stopped working
I occasionally run the speed test to make sure I’m getting what I’m paying for. Over the past week or so, every time I try the speed test, it runs through the prep, the download, and the upload, and then tells me “Something went wrong.” I figured it might be something temporary, but it’s been a number of attempts over several days now, and it hasn’t been resolved. Update: I just downloaded the latest version. Still get the same errors and can’t run the speed test.

Fast internet, horrible app!
I’ve had T-Fiber internet since Sept 2025 and the installer hooked up a Nokia router. Nearly every time I try to use the app to resolve an issue with something not connecting, the app crashes. It’s useless. I’m about ready to go back to Xfinity because their app always worked.

Frequently disconnects
The app disconnects from the network about half the time I use it even though the network is working fine. When it works it’s ok. But it often disconnects in the middle of an operation, very frustrating!!!

Update 12/15/25: Still garbage. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This app is garbage. It rarely connects to my network so I’m not able to see or manage my devices. It takes forever to load and then usually just says there is a network error and can’t connect to WiFi point. Worthless.
The range of the wifi
I can’t find it so I can turn it up or turn it it down make that easier to find in the app
Devices don’t show up
Just got fiber internet and installed the app. My main complaint is that it will not show what devices are connected to my network under the “Devices” section. This is such a basic and essential part of a router app. Devices show up in the WebGUI and in the Data Usage section of the app, but being unable to see them in the Devices section limits my ability to edit and monitor devices easily. The Help section is useless and they don’t offer online chat support (it appears) despite their website giving instructions on how to access it. I expected a downgrade from my ASUS router any time your forced to use an ISP one, but this is pretty awful so far.

No customer support
The information about customer support on the website is from 3 years ago and says to use the app. When you use the app it send you right back into the website from three years ago. They advertise 24/7 support and then make it impossible to get to.
Wi-Fi usage
Beautifully designed app and I love it. I just wish there was a way to monitor Wi-Fi usage so I know how much I use in a month.

App wont load
App does not load only have blue screen when opening and i have tried deleting and downloading multiple times and still nothing. This issue needs to be fixed asap.

Hope can see the connection time for each device and we are unable to see when outside house

This app is horrible. Only thing it shows accurately is the Beacon and other access points. Never shows the devices connected and how many are connected. App is very useless. Better to login to admin portal.

Devices disappear
App worked flawlessly for about the first 3 weeks, then all connected devices disappeared. They are visible when accessing the ONT/router via web, but not in the app. Only MAC addresses appear for usage. Thought would be fixed with latest update…nope! Very disappointed!

This app is NOT user friendly
Horribly unfriendly from an end user standpoint. When new devices connect it doesn’t even give you an inkling of what it is. The last app I used for a WiFi device it would at least say it was a TV or a game system or something to that effect. This tells you 63:68:45:23 connected to your device. And when there is multiple that connect at once like I did when I migrated its nearly impossible to figure them out. Which makes the groupings and possible parental control nearly useless. And the groupings are also not ideal. First, my app appears to be on eastern time zone and I can not change it. Second, you can’t seem to reassign a device to a group. Once you make a decision, thats your only option apparently or you delete the whole group and start over. If anyone knows how to fix the things I’ve mentioned please let me know as I am beyond frustrated with the uselessness of this app!
Missing feature
The app is ok but it doesn’t give us the option to set the ONT to Bridge mode which is causing an issue with my personal Router.
Truly Amazed
I am very surprised and actually happy with Nokia App as well as the router I got with my Fiber optic company the performance is lightning fast no glitches or whatsoever the App is very straight forward yet packed with powerful features. I wish you guys sell your products directly to the consumer market in USA as they are definitely top notch in performance. Nokia has been the pioneer in tele communication in the past and this is a Great comeback..!
app not working
when i start and scan the qr code on my fibre router then it takes me to a page that want me to confirm that im connected but it doesn't do anything i cant do nothing with this app

Can’t Name Devices
When I first down loaded the app last November, I figured out how to go in and name each device that was attached.Now it seems that the software has been changed and I can’t name the devices anymore. What gives?
Ipad user
All of a sudden stopped receiving notifications when anyone connects this week. Overall , a very easy to use app. Love the added security features for 2fa..additionally adding a security key feature would be awesome.

Doesn’t Work
I have a Nokia Beacon 6 HA-0336G-A router. I am connected and can access the internet through it, but the App can’t find it.
Improving with each Release
Adding WiFi statistics is great. If we could get the same stats for wired devices would fantastic. Seeing release notes on firmware updates would be great too so we could see what has been changed. All in all, this app has come a long way and is heading in the right direction as far as providing as much info about your LAN and WAN as other systems like eero.

Schedules dont work. App enable disable multiple times need to press. Veey basic features
CANNOT Test the Internet Speed from Apps
Good app but could be a lot better. One feature that i enjoy with previous apps (another brand) is to easily check the internet speed so that i can easily check what is the issue why games or streaming is lagging.
