It is super exhausting that my tng often log out by itself. At least 6 times a day and it happen 4 times already! I hope you would do something about that. Urgently because i need it .

Love the app! But i had trouble reloading my tng card till i took unnecessary time to troubleshoot only to find out that the app has an update. User friendly idea: have the prompt be there at least once when login the app in older version, convenient for those who have plenty of notifications from their OS. Tqq. Love :)

My TnG card unable to reload, have try to scan the card more than 50 times also cannot read. I confrim my TnG ewallet have enough amount. I though my phone NFC not function but end up i saw social media alot people facing TnG app cannot reload TnG card also….what the hell is going on????

This apps made for Malaysian only with many features not for other countries user… you can only pay in Malaysia and you can’t pay using this apps in other countries if you are not a Malaysian

Awesome app. Some glitch and keep on trying to input information after installing, else it is ok.
No response from support team
App overall is okay, even though navigating though it can be confusing sometimes, its still well put together. However, the support is horrible. Theres no further instructions on how long i have to wait for a live agent. Theres no estimate waiting time, you cant even go bacm to the app and use it whilst waiting to connect to a live agent, It will just keep you waiting without further instructions and hope that you abandon the chat and your problems. This is an honest and unbias user review.
Please fix this
Keep trying the app to key in the credit card detail to ‘add money’. The app tell ‘something unexpected occur….’ And i already update the app with the latest version. Please fix this. Thanks

Only good when it works
You will expect to come across problems. Always have an alternative solution in case TnG fails you as it will. Customer service is a nightmare, don’t expect them to help. You need to have basic problem solving skills and expect to manage technical issues yourself.
Not compatible with online banking
I can use the app to top up using Bank Islam online banking, it always failed. Need to top up conventional way via top up codes

Too much ads popping up while making payment
I do think it’s a great app as eWallet. Understand the need to have ads too, but imagine trying to make payment and the ads keep popping up blocking the bar code. It defeats the purpose of using your app really.
