Inability to use some functions
This App used to work very well however, lately it does not allow booking using miles or provides the link but, then once you click it does not proceed further to support the booking!

Flight reschedule error
Horrible experience trying to reschedule my flight dates. Both the app and the website keep showing an error. So I am unable to make any changes. I also tried calling the Globe helpline, but they only asked me to try again on the website, which still gives the same error, This has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful, especially when dealing with flight changes. The app and support need great improvement

Dark/Night mode
We appreciate the African leading aviation of Ethiopian. Pls try to add the dark/night mode option on ur customer app. That all white look is too harsh during the night, especially for those old ppls and customers with eyes problems. Thanks
